Desire sat on one of the seats that were outside their house as she took in the evening sun setting on the horizon. It was quite fortunate for her to be part of the first house. After all, she was not royalty, and her family was previously shunned.

It had been a little over a week since Lexine left their house. Although it was not as noisy as it was when she was around, it was not as silent either. As she thought this, she heard the sound of something crashing in the house. The only two people who were in the house currently were Christana and Sevin.

She sighed softly, as she picked up one of the teacups that were on the small table before her. She quietly took a sip of the warm tea that was in the cup. Her face slightly scrunched up. She was among those who liked to partake in the tea that Lexine made. Although her method of making tea was nothing like they were used to, the tea actually tasted delicious.
