Starting Naruto's Training and New Project
It has been three years since the Kumo ordeal. One year after that the village was finally finished reconstruction. During my free time in the next two years, I learned as many jutsu as possible. I learned 13 lightning style, 7 wind style, and 5 fire style jutsu. I made sure to choose the jutsu based of situational needs. As learning jutsu that would be useless with my style of fighting would be a waste of time.
Today is Naruto's 6th birthday, so I left Shikaku as temporary Hokage for the day. Naruto has been bugging me to start his training. Knowing how fast Naruto absorbs the teaching of the practical part of being a ninja from watching the anime, I didn't want to start too early. All I did was help him unlock his chakra and gave him small exercises like 10 pushups, squats, jumping jacks and 5 laps last year. So that he has the foundation to truly begin hard training.
After leaving the Hokage office with Shikaku assigned as temporary Hokage, I head home. Opening the door, I see Naruto looking over while bouncing around excitedly. Walking over to him I ruffle his hair.
"Happy Birthday, Naruto." I said handing him his gift.
"Thanks, Dad." He says, rushing to see what is inside.
Opening up the bag Naruto takes the items out which include, kunai, shuriken, a weapon pouch, a black t-shirt with orange flames, black cargo shorts, and three scrolls labeled substitution, transformation, and D-Rank Wind Style. Seeing him so happy makes life easier. Even though I am a transmigrator, these memories feel real especially the ones of Kushina.
"Ok, Naruto today you will learn your first ninjutsu." I say with a smile.
"Really, will I be able to flash around like you?" He asked excited.
"Haha, nope you're too young for that but I have something that can do this." I say before throwing a kunai and using a substitution jutsu to switch places knocking over a chair in the process.
'Oops, that what I get trying to show off in a house.'
"Wow that's cool!' He says excited.
"Ok, lets go outside before we break something." I say before taking him to the small training ground behind the house.
For the next 2 hour I had taught him the substitution jutsu. He got it down in about 20 minutes but, I had him keep going to do the jutsu faster. Figuring it is time to move on, I take him into the house. After arriving inside he sees the clan heads and their children.
After the party, Naruto falls asleep on the couch. Taking him to his bed I lay him down. Today was special for Naruto, he met kids his own age for the first time. I am overly cautious with him. I made sure Danzo hasn't spread rumors and the villagers has calmed down on the Kyuubi incident. Now that everything is fine I can relax my guard a bit.
ONE YEAR LATER
In the past year, a lot has changed. First of I was busy with personal studies, leaving my clones to train Naruto. I started a new project that will give me an artificial dojutsu. The ability will be an version of my Flying Thunder God technique, allowing me to teleport to and place in my vision. It will help me fight in one-on-one battles are groups up to 8, as it will be useless in large scale combat. After I finish the last layer of the seal all I will have to do is place it on my eye. I will call it the super eye of the thunder god or The Raijingan (Thunder god eye) for short.

Naruto can probably match new genin Kakashi, but he can't graduate as I have added more to pass. You have to have one specialty class pass. There is medical, fuinjutsu, or genjutsu classes. To graduate you need to pass at least one of the classes. The students also have to master tree walking and complete 5 d-rank missions. This will make the resources of the village go to more ninja's with potential. Making the quality of ninja better, as cannon fotter will not be needed.
