Chapter Twenty-One

It's almost five minutes but still my eyes is on the forest. I don't know but I feel like looking at it and I really can't control nor stop myself. That is why I let myself though. Besides, this one is healthy on my eyes unlike in the city.

Argh!

This is not helping me!

Because of that Bruse, I went to that city and another because, I kinda thought of going back there even though that's breaking the rule again! I really don't want that freaking punishment happen again to me even though I really didn't do anything.

But, what if I would make it real?

I shooked my head more.

That would be more risky!

What if there's an enemy?

What if they didn't torture me, they will kill me too?

Shocks.

This is not good.

I also feel like Bruse really intent to do that since they have something on me, I guess. And, I have a strong feel to that. Kiah also said that. Maybe that's it. But, the word "enemy" never part in my mind that is why I see them as one. They're my enemy and they will never became my comrade.

"Now, you're not listening. "

"You're not saying anything. You just said, Criminology. Is that your course? "

"Yes. "

"You want to be a policewomen? " I asked.

"Detective, to be exact. "

"Are you serious? You'd never been interested to things, how come you want to be a detective? " I said.

"Shut up! Will you? That's what I want. "

"Maybe, he wants... " I didn't mention any name but I saw Celestina became mad.

"Don't you dare, Xeena. I have a gun here. I might rain you of bullets, I swear, " she said with her teeth gritted.

"Oh, I'm scared. " I made a face.

"Why you're in the window anyway?! There's no fresh air! " She complained.

"Why is that? I want to stand here. The wind is, ugh. Relaxing. "

"Tss... "

"Anyways, I have a question. "

"What? "

I cleared my throat and she did it too.

"Do you know something about the Black Agent? " I asked her in a low tone.

I feel like she's stunt and immediately closed her book.

"Did you even hear what you're saying? Be careful, Xeena. Saying his name in here will stab you to death, " she said concernly.

"His... So, he's a boy then? " I smirked.

"I can sense your playful thoughts. Don't tell me you like him? "

"Meh, why not? "

"What if he's old? "

"If he's rich, then go. "

"What if he's old and bald? "

"Uhm... "

"And pervert? "

"Uh, I would back off, " I answered.

She laugh.

"But seriously, stop mentioning his codename. He might come here. He has sharp ears. Who knows? Maybe he's listening to us now and he will marry you because he heard us. You'll be dead, Xeena, " she joked.

"Tss, I'm just joking! I just remembered someone, a guy at that city..."

"Ah, so you're inlove? "

"Hilarious. "

"Okay, love at first sight. I experience that, Xeena. There's nothing wrong—"

"Will you shut up, please? Don't tell me a story about your lovelife. Winter left you, okay? He left you! Don't be proud of something, tsh... "

"You're mean! You shouldn't told me that! "

"Serves you right... "

I grimaced.

"I'm curious with him. Why he's not here in HQ? What's his life all about? Does he hiding a secret? " I asked.

When I said those words, wind blew strong and it made my hair and leaves on the trees dances. I also feel my goosebumps.

"Be careful what you're saying, Xeena. I just said you earlier! "

"Why is that... " I whispered.

I always remember that. When my first step here in Es Sorores. They always say that we mustn't mention the codename, "Black Agent" or else we will die. Psh. Why saying his name is like a curse? There's nothing special on that. It's just a simple word, black and agent.

But who knows?

The name is non-sense but he, he's special or what. I feel that one. He's not ordinary agent I know or we know. Yeah right. Maybe that's that. That's the reason why we should be careful on saying his name.

"I'm leaving, " Celestina spoke.

"Okay. " I immediately faced her and pushed her outside in my room.

"Goodluck! "

I immediately closed my door and let out a deep breathe after. Finally, I'm gonna rest now peacefully.

But, later on, the wind made my curtains dance again and I don't know why but I feel like I should go there so I did.

I placed my curtains away from my window so I can clearly see the forest and those metal-string that used to be our walls.

I also roamed my eyes in the whole forest and suddenly, my eyes landed on the place where I first saw H. But, what shocked me more when I saw him literally standing there and... He's watching me.

The sun is up.

It's bright.

Meaning I can have my chance to see his face.

I didn't waste time and quickly jump into my window and I landed on the bermuda grass with my bare foot. I started running towards his place. And, I just stopped when I'm in his front.

He's wearing a mask.

"What a thick face you have! After what you did?! " I hissed. I didn't wait for his answer and immediately targeted him.

I was able to pat his leg with my hand so hard but he immediately stopped me by holding it. I didn't struggle to that and I kick him in his stomach. Since he's holding me, we both landed on the grass and I'm on his top now.

"Woah, woah there... " I heard him said.

It made me goosebumps.

Goodness.

His hands moved faster than I expected and it goes from my back to mt down. I immediately moved my hand in my waist to and picked up my butterfly knife and pointed it to his neck.

"Don't you dare touch me, H, " I whispered.

"What did you just called me? " He asked.

"H... "

"Stop turning me on, Agent. "

I slightly pushed the knife on his neck.

"I'm serious, H. "

The way of my breathing became hard.

I looked at his mask. And I just realized that I have a chance to take it to his face. So, I moved slowly my hand to his mask to removed it and I can finally see what his face looks like.

"The Black Agent is coming tomorrow to look for you, " he said.

My eyes widened.

"Y-You knew him! " I said. "And why he's looking for me?! "

"Because he knows we're doing this. " My forehead knelt.

But, I just got shocked when he get my hand and forcely removed his mask by it. But sadly, I didn't saw his face because he quickly made me stand and we hid in the bush.

His mask left.

"Is there someone here? " I gulped.

Did they saw us?

"There's nothing here though. "

"But I really saw someone! They're both wearing a black clothes. "

"Maybe you saw a bad spirit. "

I struggled to H. How dare that agent?! I am too beautiful for that!

"Don't move, Agent. You might wake some beast, " H whispered.

I hit him with my elbow.

"Stop playing with me! " He hold me tight more, to my waist and my arm.

"I'm here to warn you. If there's someone who is near to you except for your bestfriend, he is the Black Agent. He wants something on you, Agent, " he said again.

I cleared my throat.

"I don't believe you. "

"Believe me. "

"And why would I? "

"Because… " I can feel his breath on my neck.

I gulped.

"Because… " And with that, he recklessly made me turn on his front and immediately kissed me.

My eyes widened.

And, if I don't mistaken, it last for almost a minute causing me to gasp for air after. And I still didn't saw his face! Damn!

I just throw a punch in the air.

But I stopped when I feel his kiss again. I touch my lips and tried to remember it.

What a sweet kiss for such a bad guy...
