Chapter Thirteen

Tomorrow morning, they're all busy for the reason that they will visit their daughter. I stayed silent watching them how to fix their things.

"Xeena, I already cooked some food to eat. It's up to you on what time you wanted to eat it. Sydney will be left for you to have accompany, " Kiah said and I just nod at her.

"Do you want to come too? " She asked. Klev glanced at me.

I shooked my head. Sign of refusal.

"Are you sure? " It's Klev. "You'll be bore here. "

"Nope. I can go out with myself. I'm fine too. And... Sydney is too young. If something bad happens, I'll be here to rescue hee. We're in the city, you know... " Klev nod. He got my point easily.

"Let her be, Klev. Let's go. "

"Okay. "

"Take care. " I waved my hands.

I watched them entering to the car. Sydney stayed inside the house because she has something important to do and I don't care about it. When they're gone, I get back inside their house and sat on the sofa.

I guess Klev is right. I should come with them too. But, how can I entertain myself in the hospital? Well, maybe instead of that, I'll just have a heartache seeing people who has critical conditions.

I sighed.

Later on, I feel the pain around my neck so I fixed my position. I sighed and again so I stood up. This is really non-sense. The first thing that my eyes saw was Sydney doing something that... Well, I don't know.

"What are you doing? " I asked.

"Class project. "

"Hmmm... "

Helicopter for a class project? Nice.

"Why helicopter? "

"It's my choice. We need to make a miniature transportation, on air or on land. And it needs to be running too. "

"Seriously? " You can sense the awe in my voice.

"Yep. "

"You're doing the wrong thing. It's not like that. " She stopped and I grabbed the chance to move close to her.

"Let me and just watch. "

She moved a bit so I can have some space to sit on. I started working on her project. And it seems so she's quiet.

"I noticed that you're hating your Kuya Klev. " I started.

"I just hated him for not being there to his family. "

I stopped.

I kinda feel what she feels. Because I already know how it feels when someone you love is far or gone. It hurts at the same time, sad.

"I saw how Ate cried many times, for missing him. I saw Ate on her sleepless nights thinking Kuya Klev. And I hated him more when Kelly's got sick and he's not here. "

"But, Klev has a job to be done. After that, she can go back to his family, " I answered.

It's not like I'm defending that bastard. I kinda feel that maybe she forgot that Klev has a job. That's all.

"I know. And I want... I want you to take a look for Kuya Klev. If something bad happens to him and Ate Kiah will cry again, I will definitely kill him, " she said.

I blinked.

"Woah, that's too brutal. "

Silence, again. Instead of talking to her again, I just focus on my work so I can go out and entertain myself. In a couple of minutes, I am finally done.

"It's done. "

"That fast? "

"Yes. Too easy. " I stood up.

"Thank you. "

And since I wanted to go out now, I immediately walked upstairs and change my clothes. I wore the same clothes that I wore in our last mission. It's now dry and clean so I can wear it again.

After fixing myself, I walked downstairs.

"Where are you going? " She asked.

"To ease my boredom. Here, wear this. " I throw the wristwatch-like at her.

"What's this? "

"Press the red button if something bad happens. "

"Okay. "

"I'll be back. "

I stayed somewhere inside the mall, err to be specific in the coffee shop. And I was just like, I've been in my 20th year and I never knew that there is something like this, here, inside. Since I'm here, I also grabbed the chance for me to think some plans for us Klev to get back on Es Sorores.

I have first choice, to track the car we used in the mission. I can do that. The second choice, if we really have no other choice is to contact those two. Which is Klev know how to do that.

And I'm wishing through the Above that Freyia didn't use the car. I'm hoping...

If that's the case, we can go back immediately within this week.

But, hell yeah. It all just started to Bruse that they help us on throw us here. Damn them! If the highest mission goes for me, the Rank-A mission, I will definitely kill them all. That freaking H and C! I'll throw some bomb at their faces!

I can't let them alive knowing that they killed my parents.

In the midst of thinking, I just got shock when I heard the fire alarm rings. So definitely the people all running to get out of the mall.

Is there a fire?

The people keep running as fast as they can. I tried to sniff hard, I can't smell some smoke or what.

I just walked calmly outside the coffee shop too. But, suddenly a man running fastly and he almost bumped at me. I immediately got his attention.

"Excuse me, what's happening? " I asked.

"Someone planted a bomb! " My eyes widened. A bomb again? No way...

The Bruse!

"Where?! "

"In... In jewelry shop! " I can hear his calling to me but I ignore it.

I rushed in every jewelry store and shops that I saw.

Ground floor. Second floor. And lastly, third floor. There's no one in here so my every steps are in echo. I walked slowly and later on I saw a jewelry store near at me.

When I reached it, I saw some mens in black and I just realized that they're group of thieves.

"What do you think you're doing? "
