chapter 14-hes out

Kelly finally gets to the pack and looks around to see them working around while some take advantage of Aarons absence to rest and heel wounds Aaron has inflicted on them

just as she arrives her presence is recognized as some of the wolfs put their guard up and ready to defend themselves and the pack

they cant see her eyes and her hair is tucked up so they cant recognize her as her scent has not yet formed on her clothes since they aren't hers

a smirk appears on her face as she begins to talk

"has it really been that long that you cant recognize me" Kelly says as she lifts her head up and takes off the hood and hat revealing herself as her hair falls down

some the wolfs face turn into a smile as excitement and relief forms on their faces

some of the wolfs run up and hug her Kelly steps back as one accidentally hits her shoulder and pain arises

the wolfs step back once they notice

"what happened?" one of the wolfs ask as a worried look appear on their faces

Kelly gives out a small laugh

"it seems Aaron has grown stronger yet he's still weak against me" Kelly says as she starts walking towards the pack as a now admiring look appears on their faces

Kelly stops in the middle as the wolfs behind her gather around along with some wolfs who are still there

"but he is not dead he is currently just passed out so we have to take this chance cause I don't know when we'll get another one" Kelly says speaking loudly to the wolfs getting their attentions

"over the time I've been gone I have made a safe place for us, although it is not totally safe the children will be safe and we will be safe from anyone who dares try to harm us like Aaron has" Kelly says

"not only that but I have met and saved more of our kind and we have taken shelter and we will grow in number and in strength" Kelly says

"like I've said before I don't know how long we have until Aaron is able to move again or until he escapes and comes here so we must work fast to leave here" Kelly says looking around at the wolfs who are getting ready to stand up and move around

"lets start going now, those who are injured will be in charge of the children with some others, the rest of you get everything you can and need and lets start going" Kelly says as everyone starts moving around and getting ready as Kelly goes over and helps around

they start to head out into the forest as Kelly leads them to the building where midnight gang is taking shelter

they finally arrive at the shelter one of the guards look down and notice them

"is everything ready" Kelly asks in a loud voice as she looks up at the guard

"yes there is still some stuff that needs to be done but for the most part everything is ready" the person says

"okay then open the door" Kelly says as she gestures for the pack to go into the door, Kelly leading them in

some of the members go and help those who are arriving and gets everyone settled

one of the children of the pack walk up to Kelly as she supervises everything

"miss alpha?" the child asks as she tugs on Kelly's shirt from behind

Kelly turns around and gets down one of her knees to the Childs level

"call me Kelly" Kelly says as she puts her hand on the Childs head as her face lights up in admiration but then goes back when she remembers what she was going to ask

"um miss Kelly, we have someone who helps everyone but she she left and hasn't come back yet what if she doesn't know where we are" the child asks with a worried look on her face with nervousness

"what's their name?" Kelly asks

"Eva" the Childs father says as he walks up behind Kelly as skelly looks up at them

"Eva left to find you but it seems she hasn't come back yet so I question-" the father says but stops once he watches Kelly pick up his daughter and hands her to him

"Eva is fine I left her to watch over Aaron since she is unable to move due to an injury in her ankle" Kelly says

Kelly's phone starts to ring as the father takes his child out of her arms

"seems like something must of happened" Kelly says as she looks at her phone to see Eva's calling

"is everything ok?" the father asks with a look and tone of concern

"everything's probably fine" Kelly reassures him as she answers the phone while the father walks off with his child

"hey what's going on?" Kelly asks

"where are you?" Kasey's voice came from the other side

"why do you have Eva's phone" Kelly asks

"well Eva's currently trying to pull herself together" Kasey says in a nervous and worried tone

"what why what happened" Kelly asks frantically as her tone fills with worry

"well" Kasey says

"he got away didn't he" Kelly says in disappointment

"yea" Kasey says

"wait if he'd just escape then Eva wouldn't have had a breakdown" Kelly thinks to herself before her eyes widened in realization and her face and tone become frantic

"where's the kid!" Kelly says practically screaming over the phone with a worried tone causing Kasey to pull the phone away form his ear

"Sean took Racheal back to the dorm the little boy insisted on staying here though" Kasey says

"ok but where is the boy" Kelly says

"um Aaron took him he said its his kid-" Kasey says before Kelly cuts him off

"so you allow him to take him" Kelly says with a tone of anger

"well yea the kid kind of resembled him and he didn't struggle" Kasey says

Kelly drops the phone with the look of fear on her face

the sound of the phone hitting the floor practically echoed and some members nearby heard and 2 of them walked over but before they could say anything Kelly dropped to her knees and faced her head down on the ground with her face still full of fear making the people worry

"um are you okay" one of the guys who walked over asked as they looked down at her

Kelly put her hands into a fist as anger arises in her alongside the fear

Kelly grabs the phone and stands back up

the two back up a step as Kelly puts the phone back up to her ear and starts talking again

"where did he go?" Kelly asks

"he told the kid that there were going back to the pack" Kasey says

Kelly noticed the 2 guys standing in front of her and gestured her head to reassure them that everything's fine and that they can continue with what they were doing

"make sure Eva stays safe" Kelly's says as one of the guys stop and turn around to watch her hang up the phone as he turns around and starts walking back towards her while the other guy stands there watching with a confused look

"is everything ok?" the guy asks stopping in front of Kelly

the guy sees anger in her face along with a hint of fear as she looks at him

"yea its just Aaron" Kelly says as she notices the guys face expression becomes worried and full of fear

"don't worry, he doesn't know where this place is plus he's on his way back so he hasn't discovered you guys are gone yet" Kelly says assuring him that everything's fine and watches as a sigh of relief takes over him

"then what's with that look on your face" the guy asks coming back to his sense

"he has the kid with him" Kelly says as the other guy walks back up while they are talking

the guy covers his mouth as his eyes widened in shock and turns to worry meanwhile the other one is still confused

"it should be fine, this guy wouldn't hurt a child right, he'd probably let him go" the guy says not knowing what's going on

"ill have you know that he would hurt the child and that child knows where this place is so I doubt he would let him go anytime soon" Kelly says with an angry expression on her face

"I'm putting you 2 in charge of supervising around and making sure everything's ok while I'm gone" Kelly says

"I wont be back right away since I have to check on Eva and make sure he wont be following me" Kelly says

"right ill take care of everything here, go and save the child" the guy says with determination

"ok then, you know how things work around here so I want you to help him" Kelly says as she turns to look at the other guy

"yes ma'am" the guy says nodding his head with determination as well as Kelly walks out
