Amanda taught her a few steps on how to conjure the mother spell. The mother spell is a spell that only a few witches or wizard can cast. The mother is capable of a lot of things; killing, healing and many more. The spell can only be taught by a mother or a mother figure in a witch's or wizard's life. If not learnt by neither it would not be effective.

Queen Mia learnt it from her mother Queen Eliza though Queen Eliza could not cast the full spell. Queen Mia was able to. She used the spell to do a lot of things; possess, manipulate, construct, etc which she mostly used to manipulate her enemies. It is called the mother spell because from it other spells are gotten but sometimes it can be unpredictable. The spell can be cast in order to possess a being or object thinking it would solve the case or problem but it might not possess that thing but rather manipulate or kill.
