Sports Festival Part-4

Just like the audience, the heroes that were watching this whole event unfold were also surprised, they also began chatting among themselves as to what exactly is the quirk of Izaya and who is going to take him for an intern.

"first fire now barrier and flight, this kid seems to be filled with unique abilities." Death arms said

"his fire abilities were powerful, I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes endeavor's intern." Kamui woods said

"Yeah, we'll get to see more of his abilities here because he'll definitely be a target, but he does have it easier compared to the other contestants," Mt. Lady said

While the trio of heroes was chatting among them the students in the arena were thinking hard on how to get the headband from Hatsume

"Momo, so far how many abilities you have seen, what weakness do you think he has" Denki asked Momo as he knew she is the smartest of them.

"I-I'm not sure," Momo replied back. 'Does he even have a weakness...' she added in her mind.

"He sure is strong," Todoroki said while looking at his hand where tiny fire sparks appeared, but he soon dismissed that idea

"Most of the teams are going to be going after him. Do we do so as well or go for the weaker ones first?" Iida asked his teammates.

"We'll let the others go after him first. While Izaya deals with them, we can easily go after some of the weaker teams then go after him when he least expects it." Todoroki said.

"Are you sure we should go after him?" Momo questioned.

"No matter how strong he is, he will get tired after fighting all of them," Todoroki said not knowing about Izaya's energy absorption ability

While they were talking about this Izaya was still in mid-air, and the students on the ground started to get angry.

"What the hell, that's not even fair!"

"God damn bastard!"

"Come down like a real man!"

Izaya then floated down and as soon as he did all the teams came rushing at him, Izaya simply closed his eyes and used his senses to sense all the headbands in the arena, using his telekinesis he removed all of their headbands and made them float in the air.

"WHAT" all the students screamed in unison

Izaya stood in his place using his telekinesis he scattered all the headbands of the contestants all around the arena, and he just stood there watching them fight each other for the headbands.

His scarlet red eyes looking down at all the contestants.

Looking down at all the students who don't even come close to his level.

Most of the opponents who were ready to attack Izaya began to rethink if they should really go after him.

While everyone was fighting for the headbands Present mic's voice sounded out at the worst time.

"15 MINUTES REMAINING"

"Damn it, we can't waste any more time-fighting Izaya now" Todoroki said to his other teammates who nodded in agreement.

"DIE, YOU BASTARD"

Unlike Todoroki and Midoriya Bakugo was not so calm-headed, he was already angry that he couldn't defeat Izaya and now what Izaya had done pissed him off even more.

Bakugo propelled himself ready to pounce Izaya with his explosions but once again he was stopped by a barrier.

"Damn it, you coward, why don't you come out of this barrier and fight" Bakugo shouted as he tried to use the barrier as a foothold to not fall down.

"say someone who used his quirk to torment the weak for self-satisfaction, the one who is a true coward is you who used to torment a quirkless kid for years just to prove his superiority, but you got scared when you encountered a villain, and if I remember correctly the one who showed the courage to save you was actually that same quirkless kid you used to bully" Izaya said to Bakugo

Bakugo's eyes got filled with anger to the brim, he was told he is superior to others, his quirk is superior to others and so he believed all that and deluded himself into thinking that he is the protagonist of this world while the others are extras, and he can't stand an extra talking back to him.

Bakugo once again jumped to blast away Izaya's barrier but he was stopped in mid-air by Izaya's telekinesis, Izaya applied a little pressure on Bakugo's arms, Bakugo understood what is going to happen and his eyes widened in surprise and soon turned to rage, he tried to force some explosions out of his palms but he couldn't.

Izaya smirked and looked into Bakugo's eyes with his glowing scarlet eyes.

"Have you not forgotten that, have you?" Izaya asked Bakugo calmly

A sweat dropped appeared at Bakugo's forehead as he realized that he still can't get out of Izaya's telekinesis.

'How could I forget that' Thought Bakugo, After Bakugo awakened his quirk he had always been a bully, he never got hurt to the extreme and always enjoyed the suffering of others thinking that they are merely stepping stones for him.

But when Izaya came to their school, Bakugo made the mistake of trying to bully him, and at that moment Izaya broke all the bones in his arm, he saw someone else enjoy his suffering, he became the stepping stone for someone else.

After that incident, Bakugo never tried to actually bully Izaya, he did challenge him to various things but never bullied him, and right now Bakugo feared the worst, he feared that his bones are gonna break from every joint like before, but then a voice calmed down his fear.

"EVERYONE STOP, THE MATCH IS OVER" Present mic shouted.

Izaya released his telekinesis and also put down Hatsume from his shoulders.

"Your quirk is amazing, what else can it do" Hatsume asked Izaya

"It's complicated, I'll explain it to you at a later time" Izaya replied and then looked towards Bakugo and said

"let's see if we can actually fight in the one on one battles"

After hearing this Bakugo realized that he didn't collect any other headbands.

"Damn it" He grumbled, he regretted that he decided to fight Izaya over collecting headbands when he could have actually fought him in the one-on-one battles.

"Times up! The second round is now over! Now let's reveal the Top 3 teams to make it into the last round!!" Midnight shouted as the screen behind her revealed the results of the match.

1. Team Izaya

2. Team Todoroki

3. Team Bakugo

"What" Bakugo was surprised by this development, he didn't collected any headband so how is he in the top three.

"Don't worry man, it was us" Kirishima said as he held up several headbands

"huh" Bakugo stared at them in confusion

"While you were held in the air by Izaya we collected some headbands, we knew calming you down was gonna take a long time so we went on our own, I fought others with my hardened body while Sero snatched the headbands with his tape" Kirishima explained

"Tch, I didn't need you guys to help anyways" Bakugo said

Said everyone there in unison

"The Hell you all said" and just like usual Bakugo started Barking
