Chapter 3

Exiting the gate from the airport I think about everything that has happened in just these past few years. I am now 10 years old and me and my parents just landed in Japan starting our lives all over again.

You're probably really confused right now, a lot of things have happened over these past 6 years. When I went back to school to start my kindergarten year people were asking what quirk I had since I was really popular, I explained and everyone was jealous of me since I had such an awesome quirk.

For some reason Plague told me to leave out the part about him being alive for some reason but I am not going to question since he knows more than I do. Though this didn't last long, a couple years had passed and everytime someone new came to the school we got to know them and asked their quirk, the normal stuff. Until one day someone came and no one liked him. He was a bully, and since he had a powerful quirk he thought he could do whatever he wanted.

I was irritated seeing him doing this but it seemed that Plague was more upset then I was. Not putting up with his shenanigans, we got into a fight. He started to throw a punch at me, so I planned to dodge but Plague on his own covered me. I then saw a green gas coming out of his hand. Now I know that Plague just saved my life.

Plague then grabbed the kids arm and threw him against the wall. I then saw my classmates were scared of me. Since I never looked in a mirror when I am fully surrounded by the symbiote I never knew what I looked like. Turning towards the window I saw a big bulky blue monster with comma like eyes and sharp teeth looking back at me. Scared I wanted to back up but I couldn't move and realized that Plague kept me there to realize that is what Plague truly looks like.

The bully was then seen as a hero and me as a villain. I then started to get harassed by the kids and some parents complained to the school how they could have a 'villain' be at their school. I was then kicked out of school, they tried to get me into other schools but they didn't allow 'villains' at their school.

I just wanted to kill my self so I wouldn't be a burden on others since I never wanted to be someone to be feared but every time I tried, Plague would stop me. He reassured me that everything will be alright but I couldn't help but feel that I was just a burden on my parent's since my dad lost his job for having a 'villain' as a son.

So my parents looked into other countries that might accept me into their school while my father could also get a job nearby. They eventually found a school in Japan that would accept me, Aldera Junior High. Luckily my dad found a job as the project manager at UA highschool, where he will make sure all the construction projects are going as planned and also to project some designs so they could see it in 3D.

Then Plague kept trying to reassure me that now my life would be easier from now on but I still couldn't help but feel some doubt. Since I had to learn a new language and was going to a new school I didn't want to mess this up so I continued training with Plague wanting to have a better understanding during a fight so that I won't have to rely on Plague to save me again or to scare someone else.

It took us a long time to learn a new language but we all got a hang of it eventually with Plague's help. Apparently Plague made sure to copy a couple of quirks from my old school before I left and did the same thing to my parents. Plague also told me that he didn't just let me copy quirks but the quirks were also enhanced.

Plague can now make illusions (Dad's quirk), sense what other people feel around me(Mom's quirk), I can now climb walls and ceilings just by touching it with my bare hands (Classmate A), shoot webs out hands (Classmate B), Shootout different poisonous gas out of your hands (Bully).

The other kids didn't have that many interesting quirks or that's what Plague said, so this is the best I could get. Since I have been kicked out of school I put all my focus on training and learning the new language. My quirk is now almost completely invulnerable, I don't make a sound when I walk when I am covered by the symbiote, I can sense everything in a 100 meter radius, and Plague just acts like normal clothes so I will always be ready if I am ever attacked.

Since I was so worried about what I looked like Plague made sure that when I am completely covered by the symbiote I look more like someone in a skin tight spandex with comma like eyes. Though he said my fears where stupid I shouldn't care what other people think I just couldn't help it. Even though I don't look scary anymore I am still scared to use it in public, so I will only use my quirk to train when I am at home or when it is truly necessary.

When we exited the airport we got into a taxi where we headed to our new home. I could see heroes everywhere while on our way. Hoping that this new school will go better then the last one, I fell asleep on the ride home.

Waking up the next day, I know that today is my first day at school. I get ready by doing my normal routine and head down stairs. Plague turned himself into the school uniform that I am now going to. Once there I eat chocolate chip pancakes with chocolate syrup on it. After eating I thanked my mom for the breakfast while I grabbed my lunch that my mom packed for me and my backpack and then I headed to school.

I already memorized the path to walk to school since we don't live that far away. On my way I notice that there are other kids wearing the same uniform I am wearing. Not wanting to cause any more attention then necessary I try not to make eye contact. While Plague was looking to see if there are any interesting kids with powerful quirks that he could copy.

The only one he could see was a kid with wings protruding from his back, thinking that this might be able to allow me to fly. Noting that this is a possible person he could copy their quirk so far since kids aren't just openly using their quirks except those with mutant quirks. I just continued to walk towards the school and Plague could not find any more interesting quirks to copy.

Once in front of the main gate I see a whole bunch of kids entering the school and heading to their classes. Taking a deep breath I head towards the principal's office hoping that I won't get kicked out of this school.

It took me a while to find the principal's office but I eventually found it. Knocking on the door to signify someone was waiting on the other side of the door, I heard a 'come in' after a while. Walking into the office I see an old man sitting down at a desk with some papers on it. The principal gestured for me to take a seat so I did.

"Welcome Axel, I heard that you were transferring to this school after an accident happened. Am I correct?" The principal said, putting an emphasis on accident.

[As long as no one causes trouble to us] Plague said in my mind.

"Yes sir, I plan on just not using my quirk while I am here. I won't cause any trouble here. I promise you that." I said with a serious face but inwardly I was sweating buckets hoping that he won't change his mind.

"That sounds like a perfect plan, well I should explain a few things before you go to class. You will be in class 1-A, this is where the first years go and is also for the ones who got the highest test scores on the entrance exam. You are only a couple of days late into the school year so it isn't that big of a problem so you should be fine." The principal said before continuing.

"I also heard from your previous school that you sometimes fell asleep during class. I don't mind if you do that here as long as you get top marks on your exams then you are fine falling asleep. That's about it. Here is a map of the school and I hope you enjoy your time here." The principal said before handing me a map. I thanked him then I left to head to my first day of class.
