Lady Nagant. Pt 1
(Hero Public Safety Commission.)
"All For One? Who's that?" Izuku, questioned with a tilt of his head.
"Sounds ominous..." Momo commented. Bakugo didn't respond much during the whole discussion, he kept his head down, staring at his now handless arm..
'I'll get him back for this! You bet I WILL!' He mentally promised, with gritted teeth. The other people in the room noticed this as well but didn't comment on it, as they knew he was angry about what happened with Kira.
"All For One was... Well is my arch nemesis. He's the one who gave me the injury that could never heal, which is why I have to be in this tiny form after every 3 hours, well now it's 1 hour and 30 minutes.. Anyway, All For One is a dangerous man, he's strong enough to go toe to toe with me and even injure me, as I've said before.. The most unique thing about him is that his original quirk allows him to steal, store, and transfer other peoples quirks. He can also use them, but I doubt he's in the position to train them since he himself was injured as well during our fight a couple years ago." Toshinori explained.
The other heroes in the room were shocked and utterly confused on how such a dangerous man wasn't really known, but they decided to keep their questions to themselves, and wait for another time to ask.
"But, why would All For One send Kira, to fight all of us? And if Kira is actually working for All For One, why? He's strong enough to fight All Might, and the rest of the TT Heroes by himself, I'm sure he can easily defeat this 'All For One' guy.." Kamui woods, commented.
Bakugo on the other hand was going through a range of emotions when he heard the explanation of what All For One could do.
'Maybe that All For One guy can make me stronger.. No! I'll become the number 1 hero with my own strength!'
Bakugo's eyes flashed with determination that went unnoticed by the rest of the group.
"Wait, but All Might! Kira working with All For One wouldn't make sense at all! He was unsealed from my body du-" Izuku couldn't finish his explanation as he was cut off.
"Young Midoriya!" Toshinori put a finger to his mouth and gave him a stern look.
"A-ah!" Izuku frantically looked at the other people in the room and everyone was curious as to what he was about to say, except for Bakugo, Momo, and Toshinori.
"Oh? Please do finish your statement, It sounds like it would be really helpful if we want to rope in this 'Kira' or find weaknesses in this powers to kill him." Violet said.
Toshinori looked at Violet wide eyed before shifting his gaze to everyone in the room and noticed they all had a curious expression.
'Hahhh.. They would find out sooner or later.. Later would've been better.'
Toshinori lifted his head and looked directly at the frantic Izuku, and said.
"Just explain everything about him, and what happened." Toshinori instructed.
Izuku looked surprised at Toshinori's declaration but none the less spilt the beans.

(1 hour later)
"And that's the story of what happened, and all my knowledge so far on his potential weaknesses other then his physical ability, I'm pretty sure that's what his speed is there for." Izuku sucked in a deep breath as he finished his explanation.. Well It was mostly mumbling and rambling about the cool parts of Kira's powers, but he still got the explanation in!
Sigh.. "So, he has no family no friends.. No loved ones.. Nothing?" Violet asked while rubbing her forehead, they've been sitting in the meeting room for more then 3 hours already, and one of those hours was spent listening to a kid ramble on about shit when he was supposed to give an explanation.
"Appears so.." Hawks replied.
Yawn! "I'm tireeed~ When is the meeting going to be done with? I need my beauty sleep, and I need to wake up early so I can continue my hero work!" Yu spoke with a lazy tone, she looked around and noticed that some of the people in the room were looking at her with sadness and pity, while others looked at her like she was stupid.
"Why are you guy's staring at me like that? Do I have something on my face!?" Yu exclaimed while patting her face, she frowned when she felt nothing wrong, so she decided to leave.
"Fine! Since you don't wanna tell me what's wrong I'll just go!" Yu exclaimed with a pout, she stood up.. Or at least tried to when she suddenly fell down in pain.
"Guh! What the hell?.. Ohhh I forgot.." Yu looked at her now footless left leg with teary eyes.
"We can fix that for you." Violet stated like it was nothing. I mean she has a right too, they saved and patched up All Might's fatal wound from his last fight with All For One a couple years ago.
"Really!?" Everyone in the room suddenly shouted out in unison, except for the people who were on the same status, or a little below Violet in terms of prestige and status. (I think those are the same thing. If so, my bad)
"Yeah, do you have the lost limb with you? If you do then it'll be easier to reattached it then getting you a prosthetic strong enough for you. Well I don't think there is any prosthetic that can grow and shrink at will.."
Yu was so happy and excited that she didn't hear the last part of her sentence, though she didn't need to, other people did. The one in question frowned and heaved a heavy sigh.
"What's wrong Toshinori? Do you not have it?" Violet asked, she was waiting for his answer only to be answer by someone else.
"No uh.. Kira burned it to ashes.." Informed Best Jeanist. Violet frowned when she heard that because she knew that nothing they have would be able to withstand the air pressure that comes form All Might's punches.
"Then I will have to apologi-" Violet was cut off by Toshinori.
"No need to apologize.. I let my emotions get the best of me during that fight, and I paid the price for it, Instead of my arm. Please fix Young Bakugo's hand!" Toshinori pleaded while bowing down 90 degrees.
Violet had a thoughtful expression, before she looked at Bakugo who was in turn looking at her with his usual frown, but his eyes were full of hope.
"I'll see what we can do."

(POV GENERAL)
It's been about 2 weeks since Kira made the top ten heroes taste defeat. The media totally ate up the video that was posted of the fight, and the heroes faced harsh backlash and criticism for letting a student die and another get injured, the people didn't blame the other pro heroes for Edgeshot's death, as they know he was more then capable to handle himself, and it seemed like he overestimated his own abilities.
Kira's fame only grew since his first debut as a villain, his face was posted all over the internet and there were a bunch of people claiming to be his fans, while the others were shunning him, and spamming hate.
Kira himself didn't really care that much for the reactions from people who were beneath him, so he didn't think anything about it, but when he realized that 90% of his fans were women who were infatuated with his looks, he started to doubt the logic women have.
The last 10% of his fans were a mix of small time villains or thugs that want to work under him, he ignored all their attempts at meeting up with him, hell he even killed a band of 100 thugs that tried to jump him one night. Let's just say that the heroes and the people who clean the city had one hell of a work load the following morning.
Kira's name spread far and wide through out Japan, and he even caught the eye's of a certain group of Stain followers.

(POV Lady Nagant.)
"Do you think you can handle this mission? If not you will be assigned 5 other missions that you would need to complete tonight." A old man with a pointy nose, and nasty ass mustache stated.
"Yeah.. I'm pretty sure I can handle this guy, It might take a couple days though." I said with a plain tone. The man looked at me for a few seconds before he nodded his head and responded.
"Very well, just make sure you get it done."
"Alright. Just make sure you have my rewards ready. This mission isn't a cake walk." I said while furrowing my brows, the man in front of me just scoffed and turned to walk away.
'I really need to get out of here..' I then walked out of the room and made my way to the roof, so I can start my hunt..

(2 day time skip, Lady Nagant POV)
I've been searching around in Hosu city, since it was the last known place Kira was seen.
I was starting to think he died, or bailed out of the city since he knew I was coming, but I shook my head to get rid of these stray thoughts.
'Argh! This is so annoying!' I complained mentally. I kept running on buildings for a few more hours and I was about to look in another city when I suddenly heard a scream.
"AHHHHH!" I rushed near the location, and crouched on a medium sized building that was facing the place I heard the scream.
'Great.. I can't see inside..' I started moving once again, but I never took my eyes off of the building.
"Tch, what do I have to do to keep people off my ass bruh. This shit's annoying." I heard a rather soothing and manly voice coming from inside the building. I was about to move once more but I felt a cold blade pressed against my neck.
'What!? I didn't even see him!' I eye's shot open wide in shock, but I immediately fixed my composure and turned around.
My eyes met with a face that was so handsome that it would make even the gods jealous.. The man I was face to face with had snow white hair that stopped at his neck, and piercing red eye's that immediately shot open wide as he muttered.
"Beautiful..."
