chapter 1

Bakugos explosions caused Deku to hit his head on the table. The cause? It caused deku to black out but at that time another soul took over....

De- no it's more accurate to call him the hunter now. His eyes turned cold, then his body was launched forward, driving his knuckle into bakugos neck.

He didn't stop there however, and to the bystanders it was like watching a beast be unleashed.

The hunter had no mercy going for crippling blows. His new body might be weak, but that wouldn't stop him.

When bakugos tried to use his explosion, the hunter grabbed a book and used it to snap his arm.

The hunter grabbed the metal on the desk, and snapped it. Then used to absolutely cripple the man.

The hunter's body was swiftly held in the air, as another teacher with a quirk of telekinesis restrained him.

...

The hunter was sitting in the principal's office, currently he was going over his host past memories.

This world had heroes and villains. He would prefer that over the beast.

A woman with green hair came rushing over much to the hunters' shock. Ah yes this was "his" mother wasn't it?

"Are you alright izuku?," the green haired woman began checking over his body.

The hunter shivered under this... Feeling. This was new to him. Such emotions were not in yharnam.

"I am fine... Mother," the hunter said before flinching. His voice sounded squeaky, and very very different.

Inko meanwhile took it the wrong way, thinking that it was her son who was injured somewhere.

At least until the paramedics came and collected the crippled bakugos in the nurse's office.

Needless to say the hunter got a scolding, and an expulsion.

When the hunter got to "his" room, He sighed. He had a lot of work to do.

He posted the figurines online to earn money that he would desperately need.

"Thank you little ones," the hunter said as they retrieved his items from the dream.

The hunter ever so slightly smiled as he saw them. So many fond memories that lead him to his new conundrum.

His answer was answered soon after... To hunt.

He was a hunter of hunters after all.

The blades of mercy were once again in his hands. He began familiarizing his new body with the weapon.

This body would honestly not work in the long run... Or it might if he pushed it further, but even then it was a might.

This body was barely even containing his insight too... Damn weak bastard.

Even now he could barely manage to contain about... A fifth of his actual power, and maybe with a stronger body he would get more.

The hunter listened for his mother's breath, and once making sure she was asleep he popped open the window.

He had changed his clothing into the ones his mentor used. The crow outfit.

...

Some say help came in weird ways. But for her at this moment? That came in the form of... A person in a feathery cape and a plague mask.

Ah we should probably backtrack huh? I suppose that's fair.

She was minding her own business as she had gotten some groceries. She decided to take a shortcut through an alleyway.

She proceeded to get mugged, and then threatened with a knife. What would they do next? Who knows.

The man just looked her over once, gave her a nod after seeing her fine and left.

... The police were soon called right after that. And news of a vigilante began spreading throughout the police department.

...

Our resident vigilante meanwhile was watching the scene from afar. The so called heros really aren't anything.

Most cared for fame, and the rare few that don't, were on the weaker side and couldn't get anything done.

The hunter surveyed the city. While crime was apparently normal, people were either too weak, or just plain.

But it was refreshing. The hunter took a nice long breath of the air. He was so used to the smell of yharnam that this... Felt like a vacation.

All the hunter knew how to do was hunt. Nothing more, nothing less.

The most dangerous beast was the ones hiding in human form.

"A hunter must hunt," his whisper gently carried in the wind.

He just didn't know how much fame he would accumulate though.
