Shadow magic users can slip into shadows to hide, pull others into shadows and travel between shadows, even ones that are far apart from each other. This allows the user to travel from one place to another akin to Spatial Magic. The user can also transport a limited number of people through the shadows with them. This Magic has a strong compatibility with Dark Magic, as the two magic attributes together can be used to continuously synergize and strengthen each other.
This magic can also be used to immobilize someone who steps into a shadow, or physically materialize shadows into hands to restrain a target.

It seems that my explanation of the Kurayami's quirk is a little vague and unclear to some people.... Yeah scratch that, the way I described his quirk in the previous chapter is a bit confusing and yeah, totally wrong in many way... sorry about that. Let me fix it:
Kurayami's quirk a.k.a Shadow Devil:
Kurayami have strong control over shadows. He can easily create, manipulate and materialize shadows and use them as a weapon.
His quirk also have the additional characteristics of the shadow magic from Black Clover world (bonus powers because of the reincarnation stuffs ya know what I'm doing here right..?🥸👀).
When Kurayami awakened the memories of Nacht Faust, he decided to use them(Nacht's memories) as an example and imitate Nacht's way of fighting and all the 'spells' Nacht have used.
Weaknesses?... He doesn't have any specific weaknesses that affect his quirk like Tokoyami's Dark Shadow. Maybe someone with a lot of raw firepower and physical attributes like All Might, Endeavor or AFO can defeat him though.
About the devils:
There's no devils, they're a bit too much in my opinion. I'm not gonna give him a grimoire either because he already have Nacht's memories, all the ways of how to use shadows are already imprinted inside his mind, he can just imitate the 'spells' that Nacht used with his quirk and once again, there's no 'magic' in MHA world, there's only quirk. Of course, his quirk can get stronger as he continues to practice.

[Musutafu City]
Kurayami quietly appeared from the shadows inside an alley near a street in Musutafu City. His sudden appearance in the alley caused a cat resting on a nearby trash can to startle and immediately run away from him.
He ignored the cat's reaction and quietly checked for anything hostile or any kind of unexpected situation around him. He does this every single time he comes out of the shadows in an unfamiliar places because he doesn't want to stumble upon any kind of weird situations again.
He vividly remembered that one time he came out of the shadows and saw a group of thugs trying to rob some dude in front of him. Of course, he knocks out all the thugs and calls the police afterwards.
There was also a time when he came across a pair of couple who were making out wildly in the alley. His sudden appearance in the alley disrupts their activities causing the situation to become rather strange and uncomfortable for him and the couple. After a short moment of silence, he quickly executed a perfect 90-degree bow while apologizing and ran away immediately afterwards.
'Sigh... what a blunder...' Kurayami sigh inwardly at his fate as he step outside of the alley and silently join the crowd walking down the street and disappear immediately.

Kurayami's first destination was a supermarket. He went inside the supermarket and brought a bunch of meats, vegetables and some spices. While he enjoys the taste of new kind of different foods that he can get in this new life, he also found a different kind of joy when he cooks his own foods.
Fortunately, the cooking skills he had built up in his previous life remained the same. In fact, they have improved a lot because of the years of living alone even in this second life he has acquired. It's just that he didn't know whether to cry or laugh at this development.

'Sigh...I love my quirk, especially this 'Shadow Space' technique, this is officially my favorite technique out all of the techniques I have created.' he thought as he placed all the items he bought in his shadow. 'The two weeks I spent creating this technique were not in vain. You are a genius, Kurayami.' He nodded silently as he praised himself inwardly.

He continued to walk through the crowd on the street until he came to a cafe that he always stopped by when he left the house. He's a regular customer here so of course all the employees already know him by now.
"Ara, it's Kaito-kun, welcome~" said a middle aged woman after she saw Kurayami enter the cafe.
"Hello, Akemi-san." he replied politely with a small smile on his face.
"So, the usual order? A cup of iced mocha with a piece of chocolate cake right?" Akemi asked Kurayami.
"Yes, please." Kurayami replied as he take out his wallet and put the right amount of money on the countertop.
After a few minutes, Akemi come back to the counter with his order. "Here we go, a cup of iced mocha with a piece of chocolate cake. By the way Kaito-kun, I hope you don't mind me asking this but which high school are you going to attend next year? She continues to ask as she handed Kurayami his cake and iced mocha.
"Oh, I'm going to U.A High school." replied Kurayami as he placed the cake in his shadow while holding the cup of iced mocha in his other hand and started drinking it.
"My goodness, I wish you good luck, I heard that school entrance exam is quite difficult. But if it's you, I'm sure you can ace it." She was shocked at first after hearing his choice but immediately supported Kurayami as she knew a little bit about his quirk and it's potential.
"I will do my best then, thanks for the support, see you later Akemi-san." he said as he walked out the cafe.
"You're welcome, come again soon." Akemi wave at Kurayami.

'I have ten months left before the exam starts. I need to refine my Shadow Devil Modes a bit more, after that I could try to combine them like Nacht did in the manga. Maybe I could try learning how to use a weapon too, a katana perhaps. I mean, Nacht did have a memory of Yami practicing with katana. I can try imitate his exercises and try create a style for myself later on.' Kurayami thought as he walked on the sidewalk while looking around trying to find something to do.
'Oh, there's a new arcade opening over there. I'll have to check it out too.' He thought as he stared at the new arcade across the street.
However, as mentioned earlier, the world is now filled with people with Quirks, so the crimes and dangers in this world are far greater in scale than in his previous world.
*BOOOOOOM!!!*
"Watch out!!! There's a villain here!! Where's the heroes!!!" he heard some guy warning the other civilian while frantically looking around for nearby heroes.
On the road ahead of him, there were a chain of violent explosions and flames, as well as a panicked crowd, causing Kurayami to slowly come to a stop as well.
"Here we go again... a world like this is really full with trouble and dangers." Kurayami sighed as he gazed at the scene in silence and realized something after a few moments. 'Hmmm.. this crowd, this place, and these explosions, isn't this the Sludge Villain Incident?' Kurayami frowned a bit after he saw the familiar scene in front of him.
'As I thought, this sludge villain is really disgusting.' He thought as he stares at the sluge villain who's trying to take over Bakugo body.
After a few minutes, Kurayami sees a line of heroes joining the battle, trying to save Bakugo and ultimately failing miserably. After trying and failing several times, they decide to wait until the right heroes come along and rescue Bakugo while they help mitigate the damage caused by the fire and explosions instead.
Kurayami frowned seeing this situation but ultimately decided to not interfere with the canon event in front of him. The situation doesn't have nothing to do with him either so he decided to leave it to the protagonists of this world. He looked around the crowd and saw All Might in his skinny form and the wimpy protagonist of this world.
After seeing all the actors were already here, he continued to watch the same thing happen like in the anime and decided to leave after it's ended, he didn't want to meet these guys early, he was going to have fun at U.A instead. When everyone else was distracted by All Might appearance he quietly went to the alley next to his position and slipped into the shadows and went home to eat his cake and rest for the day.

(Night, the same day)
"And... with this, One For All has managed to get it's new successor." Kurayami muttered while checking the news of the incident with his phone.
"One For All and All For one huh... What an interesting pair of quirks..." Kurayami continued as he put his phone aside and lay on his bed gazing at the ceiling absentmindedly.
"A real life story about a hero vs 'demon lord', a grand fight between a pair of brothers that lasts almost a hundred years. This world sure is messed up huh." Kurayami chuckle as he thought about the MHA world setting.
"Well, they can fight all they want. But if that bastard decides to bare his fangs on me, I'll drown him inside the shadows and show him the true meaning of darkness." Kurayami swore as his shadow spread throughout the house leaving only his sharp eyes glowing dark purple in the dark.
