15 The Winner Is...

UA Sports Festival, obstacle course, minefield.

The long race finally reached its final stage, and most of the students had reached the final obstacle, which was the minefield.

The first person to succeed in getting out of this obstacle was Midoriya Izuku, but it required him to sacrifice some of his toes;

Kaminari looked strangely at Fulan and said;

Before Kaminari could complete his question, Fulan rushed towards the finish line like a thunderbolt. Even Kaminari was unable to withstand this speed, and if Fulan had not been holding Kaminari's feet well, the latter would have fallen to the ground.

Back to Midoriya, who was smiling as he looked at the finish line. Suddenly, his smile disappeared and a serious look appeared on his face after he heard the squeak of electricity.

Midoriya did not hesitate for a single second to use his ability on one of the fingers of his right hand, as he immediately turned back and said;

"It's impossible for me to win over you without more sacrifices, right?!"

A wind wave shot through the corridor from Midoriya's finger, hitting Fulan's face directly.

Midoriya had thought that these winds would be enough to hinder Fulan and stop him, but in reality, that was not what happened.

Firstly, Fulan cannot change his track while using the full purple charge mode, and because Midoriya is running directly in front of him, this means that an unwanted collision will occur in the corridor.

Secondly, the wind wave that Midoriya unleashed had obvious damage to Fulan, as his nose bled a little since he was directly attacked.

Thirdly, the wind wave caused the full purple charge mode to be canceled out, meaning Fulan would no longer move at the speed of light.

However, Fulan's body is like a corpse, although he will not run due to the damage his head suffered after the shock of the wind, his body will continue to fly above the ground at the same speed, as someone who fell from the sky cannot prevent himself from hitting the ground.

A collision occurred between Midoriya, Fulan & Kaminari, as the three of them rolled near the finish line and even crossed that line after their bodies came into contact with the ground.

A very shocking scene, three people crossed the finish line at the same time, all of them were all fallen to the ground.

Despite this, the audience shouted at the top of their lungs and commentator Yamada said;

"Unbelievable!! I repeat, Unbelievable!!! This race was extremely strange! It literally moved at the speed of light! Fulan Nanimo was able to complete the race in literally few seconds! But the strange thing was that he was carrying one of his classmates on his back. Why? And that's not all, in the last moment Midoriya Izuku refused to let Fulan win, tripping him twice in a row. We can't determine the winner with the naked eye, give us a slow replay!"

Everyone in the hall raised their heads to the giant screen to see the scene slowly repeating. This happened simultaneously with Todoroki entering fourth rank and Bakugo in fifth rank.

Those two, especially bakugo, were angry and dissatisfied with those ranks, as they raised their heads, and here was the shock, as commentator Yamada said;

"Unbelievable!! The winner of the race is Kaminari Denki??! With a very small margin over Fulan, Kaminari touched the finish line first, then Fulan was in second place, then Midoriya Izuku was in third place!!"

*Yeeeeeaaaah!!!!*

Kaminari looked left and right, the entire hall was cheering and colorful confetti was falling from every corner, the screaming of the audience and his image appeared on the huge screen. All this made him say while he was unable to believe that he had won;

"Bro, you've got to be kidding..."

More than half of the audience was criticizing Kaminari because he did nothing to deserve to win the race, while the other half were screaming and cheering for Fulan and Midoriya, who gave an impressive performance.

Of course, the crowd was cheering for Bakugo, Todoroki, and the rest of the students as well, all of whom contributed to making the race more fun.

But...

Fulan couldn't care less about any of this, he just wiped his nosebleed with his wrist, then he stood up and kept looking at Midoriya who was very happy about getting the third rank, thinking;

'My victory in this race is beyond doubt, but this boy was able to ruin it for me. This is not something that can bother me, what really bothers me is his fingers that look very swollen, what kind of ability does he have exactly?'
