Oki and Sir Nighteye got out of a black sedan and walked towards the building in front of them. None halted them as everyone gave way for them, and soon when they reached the escalator, a blond-haired girl with yellow eyes and a red and black dress seemed to be waiting for the two.

As soon as they arrived near the escalator, the girl walks forward and bends a bit forward. "I am Rachel, Michelle Rachel. I will escort you to Mr. President's office."

Oki looked at her for a second and nodded while Nighteye was silent.

'I thought it was only the kid, but... why the ex-sidekick of All Might?' Rachel's heart was racing, and the temperature around her was dropping slowly, but she forcefully stopped it.

Soon Rachel escorted the duo to the Hero Commission President's office. "Go in, he is looking forward to your arrival sir Oki." Rachel bows and walks away from the room while Oki and Nighteye open the door and walk-in.

As Oki stepped inside the room, he felt killing intent and blood lust aimed at him, which didn't make him flinch, but Nighteye didn't feel any of it. They both walked forward and saw a man in his mid 50's leaning forward, holding a pen in his left hand and spinning it.

"Welcome to Hero Commission HQ," The man stood up and showed his gesture to sit down, "Name is Ena Yagami, feel free to call me Ena."

Oki and Nighteye took their seats while Oki looked at the man and the bookshelf behind him. 'Well, their technique is flawed... at least in front of me.'

"How can I help you," Ena said with a heartwarming smile and open arms while looking at Nighteye.

"I am just here as an observer," Nighteye said and looked towards Oki. 'And also talk to you after what he is done with."

"So how can I help you Mr. Takemikazuchi," Ena said, turning towards Oki. 'Let me see what the kid has to offer.'

"Well, I will start after you tell him to go out," Oki said with a smile that made him look like a snake.

"I don-"

*Trisck*

"I am sorry," Oki was holding a man in a black suit covering him up entirely. "He was just an eyesore." Oki let goes of the man who was now embedded inside the bookshelf.

Nighteye was looking at Oki for a second, then was looking at Ena. "May we know what this is supposed to mean?"

Ena coughed once, "I supposed he was here to assassinate me."

"Well, looks like you will be owing me a favor." Oki walked backed to his chair and sat down.

"I will be direct Mr. President Ena," Oki said with a neutral face. "I am here for the three weapons which I think, I could take as my souvenir after I defeated the three knights."

Ena had a look of realization, "I am sorry, I ca-"

"You see Mr. President. I know you have already read the files I sent you." Oki didn't let Ena complete. "I know where the weapons are and also what you have done with them and doing as well."

"Even still Mr. Takemikazuchi, that I think won't be possible," Ena said with a serious face.

"Is that so." Oki said with a playful smile, "Perhaps this *Click*."

Oki presses his watch then a hologram screen pops out, showing info about Ena and his works. "This is just a small thing. I have a lot more that can not only remove the seat but replace 80% of the staff."

Ena's face started filling with sweat. 'This guy can collapse Japanese society with this much info!'

"And now I am here for three things," Oki said, showing three fingers. "If you had excepted the first one, the meeting would have ended you know." 'Of course no.'

"The first is about the three weapons, which I have already mentioned."

"The second would be about 'Item Developer' license."

"The third would be about my future 'Hero License'."

"I can get you an 'Item Developer' license, that won't be an issue, and the first one I can accept I guess," Ena spoke the second Oki made a break. "The Hero License is different."

Nighteye was looking at Oki with interest. 'Why did he say 'future Here License'?'

"Well, I am not asking for a Hero License," Oki said, shaking his head. "After I get my 'Hero License' I always want to be in of the Top-9 in Japan Bill Board Ranking."

"..."

Nighteye and Ena were looking at Oki with awkward faces.

"There is a reason for why though," Oki said, pointing his finger at the hologram screen, which was showing a lot of criminals and Mafia gangs. "I will clean them out."

"But, that doesn't tell us why we have to give you a place among the 10," Ena said, shaking his head.

"Yeah, if you put it that way, the only person who can defeat me after my adoptive father is Best Jeanist, Edge shot, and Mirko. I am pretty sure that Endeavour is easy and so is your nurtured hero Hawks."

Ena looked completely serious. "I ca-"

"I am not taking no for an answer. You have time until October, and you still decide not to... Well, I will make sure that you won't have the seat you are sitting on and... The only thing I can give you is that I won't leak your dirty work, after you full fill all three."

Oki gets out of his seat. "I will be taking the weapons now."

Oki saying that walks out, but Nighteye decides to stay and talk with Ena. "I-i..."

Ena couldn't say anything and sigh in defeat. 'Damn! How does he have such information!'

Ena then noticed Nighteye looking at him. *Cough*

"Sir Nighteye, is there anything you want to talk about?" Ena asked, sighing.

"I don't approve of Oki's way but I believe he has the capability to back things up," Nighteye says with his always calm face. "And his father he mentioned was none other than All Might himself."

"..."

"Though adopted. He is All Might's son, but his true lineage is something that is in his name."

"I don't get it..."

"The Demon King..." This word made Ena's pupils wide for a second and then shrunk.

Nighteye nods after taking Ena's reaction. "Though what I wanted talk about is about a raid I will be conducting at the end of the month."

Oki took the escalator, which was filled with security guards who made space so that he could enter.

Oki enters it and presses the Ground Floor button.

"So. Before we start who wants to leave?" Oki asks as the doors of the escalator close.

"EEEAAA!!!" A man yells while his hands turn into a spike.

*ting*

Oki dodged to the side and triple tapped his watch.

A high voltage of electricity passes through everyone knocking them out. While Oki also took the full brunt of the attack, he was unfazed except his hair now standing and smoke coming out of his mouth.

*Sigh* "He really is an idiot, now this will be a lesson for him to know." Oki fixes his hair and his purple Tuxedo. "April, I doubt Ena did this, get the info."

/Done/

'I see.' Oki looks at the hologram screen full of information and audiotapes.

After a minute, the escalator reaches the ground floor, and Oki walks out of it and spots Rachel.

"Hello there, can-"

"General Kenobi?" Oki said playfully.

Rachel thought the man who came out of the escalator was someone different and not Oki.

"..."

"Oh! You were wondering about the guards you discussed with other high officials and sent after me, they are in the escalator." Oki said, pointing at the escalator. "I thought it was Mr President who sent them, but seems like you have leaked the info to the other high officials. Seems like you want to kill me."

'Light Step' Oki came in front of Rachel and clutched her throat. Oki's hand started to freeze, but it was nothing in his books.

"Listen here you piece of shit, your quirk is good as nothing against me and you can stop your act as well," Oki said to Rachel, who was gasping for breath, with killing intent. Rachel struggled for few seconds before deactivating her quirk.

Oki, after Rachel deactivated her quirk, let her go. "So you guys listening?"

Oki takes Rachel's flip phone and flips it open. "I will send some files of your works, and I hope it could help you make Ena's decision faster."

Oki crushes the phone and walks towards a pillar, and double taps a brick.

A pathway of stairs shows up.

'Well, let's get the hands-on these babies.'

Oki walks down the staircase and soon saw a large facility where many items were stored. There were also some item developers, scientists, and men in browns walking here and there.

Oki walks to a place where three scientists were trying to heat the great sword held by Degore.

'Light step!'

"Stop damaging my property," Oki Light stepped and clutched the hilt.

'Light step!'

And took the sword a meter back and stood and started blowing air it to cool it down even though the sword was cold as ice.

"I am sorry sir, this is allowed for authorized personal." A man covered in an aluminium suit came forward.

"Oh! I am authorized to take the two weapons and that stopwatch." Oki said childishly.

"We didn't get any info on thi-"

"Sir Soka!" A man in black runs and bolts into the room. "I have a note from Mr President."

The man in black says, panting and gasping for air.

"Tch," The man name Soka was not happy at all, "How about a bet kiddo."

"Nah, sorry I am not interested." Oki adjusted his stance and swung the sword, and as soon as he did that, the whole room was covered with sand, and it was obeying Oki.

'Guessed as much.' Oki walked forward while the great sword was placed on his shoulder.

"I will be tacking back these. So ba-bye." Oki pocketed the watch and held the shield on his freed hand.

"Hey WAIT!" Soka cries made Oki turn and look at him.

"Yes?"

"How did you do that?!"

"What do you mean by that?"

"How were you able to summon sand... so much sand!" Soka took away his mask, and he was a Cheeta-faced man. 'Damn all we could do was turn a piece of concrete into the sand and one can only do it once, while he just converted the whole layers of the room into the sand, I need to know!'

"Oh! I dunno." Oki played blunt and walked towards the exit. 'I will unlock all your secrets now!'

Meanwhile->

"Oh my who would have expected, I would meet the Number-2." An ancient voice said.

"Who's there!" Endevaour shouts while his flames start to rise up as intimidation while looking at an empty alley. "I will give you five seconds before I melt this place."

"Flames as puny as yours are nothing to me, besides you can't as you need to take care of the civilians." Soon, a figure that was as massive as All Might walked forward with glowing orange eyes. "You will be a nice stretch workout for my future battle, so show me what is the Number-2 made o-"

"FLASHFIRE FIST!"
