As strange as it may seem, this is a simple interrogation room. Under normal conditions, the hero's agency did not provide for such a room, but simply because it did not surrender to them. This rule is followed by the rest of the heroes, except for Victor and Enji. Yamaguchi tried to prepare for everything, that's why he built, and in Enji's case, he just loved to interrogate the villains, showing them who was in charge, and even showing them his strength. This guy Victor knew well , because he is the culprit of the fact that he recently visited the original universe of the "My Hero Academy"
The culprit was brought into the room first, and a few minutes later Kizaru himself joined him. The shock that appeared on the guy's face was simply beyond description when Victor entered. The eyes were wide open, and the mouth was lowered in surprise. He could not pronounce anything normally.

Victor decided to go to one of his favorite bars, which he visits when he is bored. Interestingly, when he gets bored, the bar is never quite the opposite. Everyone here knows him: regular customers, waitresses, the owner and the bartender. Many know this and so at work, but when without a uniform, few people notice, which is rather strange.

His clothes consisted of a white shirt over which was a simple green jacket, an inexpensive watch on his wrist, and a tie hanging from his neck.
The guy was clearly getting ready to get drunk in the trash, that already some of the buttons were revealed. Victor realized that he was not drunk, as he did not smell at all.
