Chapter 4: Quirk Assessment (2)

It was fun to be in a class full of teenagers who are aspiring to be a hero for different reasons. As I was the first one to reach the class, I sat down at my designated seat and started to think about what I should do from now on. I do know what will happen in the future and what kind hurdles these kids have to go through thanks to All For One.

As I was thinking that, the class door opened and in came the deuteragonist of My Hero Academia, Katsuki Bakugo a.k.a Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight, in short a Dynamite. He looked at me and scowled, what the heck did I do to him to scowl at me? I don't know and from what I know, that's just his nature, so I left it there.

A couple of minutes later another student came in, it was Momo, the Creation Hero. She found her seat and sat down, which was right behind me. As she passed by me I nodded at her in greetings and she returned a nod of her own. She didn't speak much, as I'm sure that she's just not that used to mingling with boys.

After that it was like a dam broke as each and everyone in class 1A came in, except for Midoriya, Ochako who haven't reached the class and also Mineta whom I believe that I have replaced with. As I was observing these guys who were talking to each other, I saw the door opening again, this time a floating school uniform came in. That might be what others saw, but what I saw was entirely different.

What I saw was a cute girl with medium-sized messy hair and thick eyelashes, which are colored to be chartreuse and turquoise strands. While I was observing her, our eyes met, she looked at me for a few seconds and sat down on her seat while sighing. I too sighed, cause I'm sure that there are not many people who might have seen that beautiful face.

As I was thinking that, Aizawa came in and berated us for something and told us to change into our gym clothes and come to the field. Knowing what this is about, I stood up from my seat and got the gym clothes that would fit me, then went straight to the changing room. The students followed what I did and we all went toward the field where Aizawa was.

He told us what we will be doing, and asked Katsuki to throw the ball using his quirk. Screaming bloody murder he threw the ball with an explosion. Mina, the ever energetic girl was thrilled, as were the other guys too. Hearing all that, Aizawa gave an ultimatum that he will expel the student who will be placed last.

After that we started to do the test, the first one was 50m dash. I was paired up with Momo for all the tests, so when our turn came we got ready, Momo created skating shoes and a jetpack? I don't know but something that will help her propel her forward. As soon as the machine buzzed we both ran at the same time. I reached first with two seconds as my timing, Momo got right behind me with a three second difference.

Seeing my speed, all of them were dumbfounded, and Iida, who is the speed user of our class, looked at me with a gaping mouth. I just smiled at them and observed how they fared in the running test.

Next was Grip strength, I squeezed it and I crushed it, same thing happened with Momo as she used vice grip and crushed it.

Then it was standing long jump, I cleared with ease, after that it was repeated sidestep. That too was an easy part.

After that came the ball thrown right before mine was Izuku and he was tense. I can see that from his body language.

As he set foot in the circle Iida spoke "It doesn't look good for Midoriya if he continues like this."

"Huh? Of course not. He's a quirkless small fry, you know."Bakugo, who was right beside him, retorted.

" Quirkless?! Are you not aware of what he did in the entrance exam?"

"Huh?" Before Bakugo could ask what he meant by that Midoriya tried to throw the ball with 100% of One For All, but Aizawa stopped him by using his quirk and berated him for a whole minute. After that he told him to go at it again.

This time he only used the top of his finger to blast off the ball, getting 705.3 meters. Seeing Midoriya using a quirk made Bakugo lost his cool and tried to attack him, but was stopped by Aizawa and he berated him for being reckless.

After that debacle Aizawa called me to throw the ball and I just did that, the indicator showed that it had reached beyond its measuring capacity and showed infinity. Then Momo created a cannon- like thing and blasted the ball beyond 1500 meters.

After that it was Sit-ups, seated toe touch, and long distance run, and I was the top scorer in all of them.

After everyone finished their tests and lined up Aizawa spoke "Okay, I'll quickly tell you the results.

The total is simply the marks you got from each test.

It's a waste of time to explain verbally so I'll show you the results all at once."

Midoriya already looked dead inside after realizing he's the last place.

"By the way, I was lying about the expulsion.

It was a rational deception to draw out the upper limits of your quirk." Aizawa dropped the bomb.

"Of course that was a lie. It should have been obvious if you thought it through." Momo said that after seeing the reaction of other's.

"With that we're done here. There are handouts with the curriculum and such in the classroom soo when you get back, look over them." Saying that he moved towards Midoriya and told him to go to the nurse's office to heal his wound, after that he left the place and we moved back to class.
