11 Chapter 10: Rampage

Alex went wide eyed at the notification he read when he got home.

"Anything? I can buy anything?" Alex immediately looked at the list as he weighed his options.

"Damn, what kid has never thought about being a super saiyan?" He immediately picked Rajang.

He was like a kid in a candy store. All giddy and happy.

"Ahhh, Mitsuki really is my lucky star." He was all smiles. With a dopey grin on his face.

"Hey, what's gotten you so happy?" Mina asked him.

"I've gotten a transformation that will blow your minds." Alex grinned.

"Ohhh! Show us! Show us!" Mina clapped in excitement. The great jaggi already boosted him so much, so they got excited.

Izumi took our her notebook and Momo watched on in interest.

"What manly transformation is it?" Kirishima was basically bouncing around.

"It's a super saiyan gorilla." Alex nodded with a smug look on his face.

"A super saiyan? Aren't those guys incredibly strong?" Izumi the nerd knew about them.

"Rajangs might not be true super saiyans, but they embody their spirit." Alex wanted to try it too. But it was too destructive.

Elder dragon level monsters are just too strong. And Rajang can cause tremors strong enough to make hunters stumble with its blows.

It truly was the embodiment of return to monke.

"Huh? A new transformation I hear?" Rumi's ears twitched as she arrived for their training.

"Yeah, and I'll definitely beat your ass with it." Alex was sure as hell he could.

Rajangs pick up boulders the size of buses with one hand. Using pure grip strength to pull it out of the ground. Then they throw it faster than the best baseball pros.

And that's in their base form. Not accounting its control over lightning when it goes super saiyan.

"We'll see about that!" Rumi carried him as she knows of super saiyans and how destructive they are.

It was her favorite show growing up. "Hah, there they go. Come on zygotes, let's catch up to them." Allmight transformed and Izumi rode on his shoulders.

Momo and Mina on his arms, while Kirishima clung to his waist.

They then followed Rumi who was running towards the nearest mountains with Alex.

After a few minutes they arrived and Rumi was warming up. As her bunny senses felt that something was up.

"Come on, Alex. Show me what you're made of." Rumi had the grin of a villain.

"You're on, woman. I'll beat you to the ground." Alex matched her grin and the others didn't know what to expect.

His skin started to turn black and his muscles ballooned.

Horns appeared on his head sideways. His sclera turned blood-red. Making him look like he was an enraged demon.

A tail appeared behind him and his fangs increased in length.

He then released a roar that made the teens freeze in fear.

"That's Alex right?" Kirishima asked as he stepped backwards.

Momo, Mina, and Izumi hid behind Yagi and he squinted his eyes.

"He's acting weird..." Yagi pointed out. Meanwhile, Rumi could feel her hackles stand on end.

Her super instinct told her that she was in front of an apex predator. A beast that lives in the zenith.

But she crushed her instincts as a rabbit and grinned like a loon. "That's what I'm talking about! Luna rush!"

She crouched down, her legs pumping with blood as her heart pounded.

Rumi then disappeared, appearing right in front of Alex like a blur. And Allmight was the only one able to see it.

A barrage of kicks hit him, taking him by surprise. But when she was about to finish her string of combos, her leg got caught by his larger hand.

"Shit." Rumi was only able to say one word as she got lifted off the ground and slammed like a hammer multiple times.

Alex then threw her like a stick, crashing through several trees before she stopped.

"Fuck, that broke a rib or two." Rumi coughed as she stood up. But her bloodlust surged at the amazing strength.

Alex roared again and he ran at her like a monkey. Using his lengthened arms in conjunction with his legs.

Grabbing a tree along the way, he used it like a bat. Terrifying the peanut gallery with his savagery.

Rumi dodged it with a leap and she spun in the air. "Luna arc!" Her leg was like a cleaver as it hit him right on the head.

Alex got buried on the ground as the earth quaked due to the hit.

"You're getting too excited, Mirko!" Allmight called out, but she couldn't hear him.

She was then hit by a laser of pure electricity. Making her fly through dozens of trees.

Rumi received burns all over her body and her muscles were paralyzed for a moment.

"That's crazy..." But she only got more excited as her blood pumped.

"This is awesome! More! Fight me more! Try to beat me! ALEX!" She grinned like a lunatic.

Allmight was ready to step in, but Alex's temper changed. And Rajangs are always angry.

He got hurt by the devastating blow and he didn't like that, at all.

His hair and fur on his back started to turn golden as arcs of electricity crackled around him.

He then roared to the heavens, it was so loud that everybody had to cover their ears.

The teenagers were trembling as he exhibited pure rage. His arms gaining a red hue.

"Luna Ring!" Mirko did a cartwheel, spinning in the air super quickly like a top.

Her legs were like blades, cutting through trees as if they were butter.

But when it hit his arm, sparks resounded and Rumi winced heavily. 'His arms are harder than steel!?'

She got stopped dead on her tracks and she was in mid-air. Rumi then went wide eyed as she saw Alex wind up for a blow.

Rumi raised her arms for a guard and her arms snapped as his haymaker hit her dead-on.

"Gah!" Rumi could feel her whole body tremble at the blow. She plowed through the earth like a bullet, bouncing around like a pebble thrown on a river.

Alex then dug his arm deep into the ground, making the surroundings shake.

And with pure unadulterated grip strength of his fingers. He pulled out a boulder the size of a bus.

He roared before throwing it at Rumi who was dazed. Her arms shattered, her ribs were broken, and she felt like a wrecking ball just hit her at breakneck speeds.

"Carolina smash!" Allmight intervened as he broke down the flying boulder.

"Hide! He's clearly rampaging!" Allmight warned them and Rumi stood up.

"I can still fight." Her arms were dangling and calling her status, in rough shape. is so understated it wasn't even funny.

"No, I will take it from here Mirko." Allmight looked at Alex and he was suddenly assaulted by a beam of electricity.

"Detroit smash!" Yagi countered it with a haymaker.

The winds from his attack were like hurricanes and the kids were running like headless chickens.

Yagi then started a fist fight with Alex as their knuckles clashed.

An ear-rupturing shockwave exploded. 'His fists are unreal! It's like hitting a brick wall in my unmuscled form.'

In its enraged form, rajangs' fists actually get so hard that blades that could slice through rock like butter bounces off of them.

Alex's power is lacking against Allmight. But the durability of his fists is something that he hasn't encountered before.

Allmight felt his knucles crack and he quickly concluded that crashing fists against him was a bad idea.

He threw an uppercut at Alex as he went for another haymaker. Making him dizzy.

Allmight then grabbed his horns and kneed him on the chin, making Alex lose consciousness as his brain got rattled hard.

He transformed back to his base form and Allmight frowned heavily.

"That's definitely not going to be used until he can control it..." Yagi could just imagine the destruction he could cause.

Rumi, the number 5 hero. Is second only to Allmight in strength and durability.

Endeavor, the number 2 can probably tank a few hits just like Rumi. But he will fall due to Alex's pure savagery.

He was about to throw a bus-sized rock at her for Christ's sake.

Allmight then looked at his right hand and he was sure that his knuckles were broken.

"His fists and arms are like a club. It's hilariously hard, it's not even funny." Allmight winced as he stared at Rumi.

She had the unlucky opportunity to get hit by a blow straight on. And he can see the damage it caused.

Rumi was like a fleshy piece of meat that got whacked by a sledgehammer.

Allmight was sure that heroes who specialize against blunt force trauma are the only ones who can tank that. Even he doesn't want to try it.

"Fuck, that transformation is crazy. Good thing you're here Allmight." Rumi sat down as she coughed up blood.

Now that her adrenaline came down, she was sure as hell Alex would've killed her. And she didn't turn into a mangled corpse due to Allmight stepping in.

"You're welcome Mirko, at least we didn't try this in the city..." Allmight winced at the thought.

"Crazy bastard, I never expected his transformation to be able to get that strong." Rumi frowned.

She underestimated him completely. Honestly, she could've bagged the win if she played her cards right.

Rumi is faster than him. And she didn't need to attack his arms. But her hubris resulted in her defeat for the first time in years.

"I hope he controls that, maybe we can let him try to transform small portions of himself first?" Allmight pondered.

"That's definitely a good idea. But it would be more terrifying if he can use that while he's conscious." Rumi shuddered.

"Oh my god! Are you okay, Mirko?" Momo gasped and the others winced when they saw her.

Her arms were bent the wrong way and she was bloody all over. It definitely looked like she is a victim of a brutal and violent beating.

"I'm fine, I'll live." Rumi winced as she felt her sides hurt. Her adrenaline that was keeping the pain away has gone down.

And even breathing hurt. "We have to take you to Chiyo. Recovery girl is in UA as the resident doctor there." Yagi said urgently.

"Hngh, whu? Whazzat?" Alex woke up and he looked around, still whoozy.

"Alex, you're okay!" Izumi hugged him and he started to sober up.

"Young Alex... You can't use that transformation. It's banned for now. You'll need multiple top heroes to get apprehended if you rampage again." Allmight pointed at the destruction around them.

Alex then saw Rumi and he went wide eyed. He immediately bathed her in vitalily juice. Making her drink it too.

"Ahhh, I feel much better already. That was one of the best fights of my life." Rumi smiled at him. Her bloodlust was satisfied for now.

"Did I do that? All I could remember is rage and fury..." Alex frowned heavily.

"Yes, you did..." Mina replied and they had looks of fear on their faces.

"Sorry everyone, I won't use that again. At least for now." He put them in a group hug.

Showing them that he was just Alex again, not the hyper-aggressive apex monster; rajang.

"Y-you promise?" Izumi was shaking as she asked him.

"Of course. I won't. Unless Allmight is there or something." He smiled at them and Momo hit him lightly.

"Don't even try! But I guess it is logical to use it if Allmight is there." Momo commented.

"Yaomomo! Don't enable him!" Mina hissed at them and Yagi sighed in relief.

"Try to transform your limbs first or something. Just not fully, at least until you can control it." Rumi advised and he nodded.

"Thanks for stopping me guys." Alex cringed as he got told the recounting of what happened.

'I should work my way up. This is what happens when you skip a lot of steps.' He sighed to himself.
