In a dingy, dangerous part of town, unsavoury characters roamed the streets, minding their own business when an appliance store with a set of TV's in the display window lit up with activity, showing it to be the Hero News Network.
A few passers-by stopped to see the latest report, expecting another story about heroes thwarting villains.
"This is Daikaku Miagi of the Hero News Network. Our top story for tonight is on the annual UA Sports Festival, which took a turn for the worst as the infamous villain known as the Green Rabbit, who high-jacked the event, showing his true identity and assaulting a student before making his escape..."
The report caught a lot more people's attention, drawing a crowd around the window as the screens showed a small, green-haired child standing before an entire stadium's worth of people, with the most daring and devilish grin on his face.

A young man with charcoal black hair stared down into his phone, the light from the screen illuminating the flayed and scarred skin around his eyes and mouth.
A pile of corpses were piled up behind him down a dark ally, where blue flames roasted them into charred, unrecognizable husks.
The burned boy chuckled as he watched the green-haired kid pound the blonde into the ground for the umpteenth time that night.
"Okay. Now that's funny."

A young girl with a pair of messy blonde buns atop her head grinned into her phone, a pair of fangs gleaming in the dark of the alleyway she was loitering in.
Her extra-large white cardigan was drenched in crimson, protecting the sailor styled school uniform underneath.
She trembled as she watched the green-haired boy pummel the mean jerk who used to bully him into a mushy, bloody pulp.
Her smile grew wider as blood splattered across the ring, hitting the villain child in the face, helping to decorate his furious expression.
"He's just so cute and dreamy~! I could just eat... him... up."

"While heroes attempted to save the UA student from the Quirkless villain, they were held back by what can only be described as an invisible forcefield. While the young villain has not been known to possess a quirk, he has been known to work with several known criminals, meaning that it is most likely that he was not working alone..."
La Brava watched the newscast with a look of worry on her small face.
She turned back to her Gentle, who was sat in a lounge chair with a hand over his eyes, with a cup of tea set to one side, growing colder and colder the longer he left it be.

"Many accusations have been made about what the villain's power could have been, but regarding if the medical papers which were included in the incriminating footage shown to the public are true, then it is highly likely that the Green Rabbit is well and truly Quirkless..."
A middle-aged man sat on a large leather sofa in front of a large plasma screen TV in a spotless meeting room.
The beak-shaped plague doctor mask covering his mouth did nothing to hide the astonishment in his golden-yellow eyes.
The masked man slowly stood from his seat, walking around a coffee table as he kept his gaze on the Quirkless villain on screen, watching as he fought the explosion child, striking him with fierce verbosity.
The man stepped up to the screen and placed a hand on the Quirkless child's snarling face.
"Yeeeeeeessssss..."

A man with a pointed nose and thinning, spiked ginger hair, wearing a sharp black suit and tie grinned wistfully at his television set, whilst sat behind a large desk in a lavished office.
He watched as the young criminal brutalized the blonde student in front of thousands.
Though he held a gentle smile on his face, his right hand was clenched and trembling...

"The reveal of Izuku Midorya's lack of a quirk has left authority figures baffled, unable to accept that such a young man without any powers could have thwarted the number of heroes he has already, using such skill and physical prowess unlike any has seen from the Quirkless community before..."
Rappa switched his radio off as he unwound the sports wrap from around his worn knuckles.
"That was one heck of a grudge match, kid. But you better be ready... Cause you just moved up to heavyweight."

As the report continued to play, Giran was on cloud nine.
He was surrounded by bustling villains, handing over and taking in more money than he could count.
His gap tooth was on full display with the enormous pleased grin on his face.
As he handled his customer's cash, he turned his head up to face the TV once more.
He caught sight of Deku pounding away at the blonde kid who gave him grief for who knows how long and gave him a silent thank you.
Thanks to his cockamamy revenge plot, the villain broker had a feeling he was going to be having a lot more customers in the near future.
He laughed among the money running through his fingers, smoke billowing from his lips from his cigarette.
Oh yeah...business was about to get real good!

The man with the melted face was still hooked up to his medical appliances as he chuckled in dark delight.
He watched as Izuku Midorya, the Quirkless villain whom he had been keeping an eye on since his debut at the Masquerade, punished Katsuki for his bigoted actions in front of the entire world.
His chuckling leads to a fierce coughing fit, a bit of blood escaping his dry lips.
He merely wiped the red liquid away as a picture of the Quirkless villain's insane grinning face appeared on the screen before him.
A sneer that closely matched the boy's appeared on the man's face.
"Oh, Deku...you truly are something special..."

The world began to get caught up in the oddity that was the Green Rabbit, who turned out to be a fifteen-year-old boy who was born without quirk.
What made everyone else special, yet had become one of the most ruthless, ingenious, and dangerous villains hero society had ever seen.
News of Bakugo's involvement in his origin spread like wildfire.
The footage of his abuse lit up the internet, bringing a tirade of hate and malice toward Quirkless fascism, Quirk abuse, lack of discipline in the education system, and hero and villain relations.
While the world continued to spiral into itself, Izuku Midroya lay in the middle of his torn-apart apartment, the tear stains on his cheeks showing anyone who could see that he had successfully cried himself to sleep...
