14 Chapter 12: Uncle and Nephew time

General POV

"Yes Patrick?" Joseph asked the person calling.

"Did catch you at a bad time Joseph." The man calling Joseph asked.

"No am just going to pick up my nephew from school." He shrugged. "So, mister secretary why are calling me this time of the day?

"Well, I want to discuss the Kujitenga situation." Patrick said seriously.

"Huh well aside from the villains they've been outsourcing over the past year I haven't really found out much only but over the past year they've been under ice."

"Ever since their fall all those years ago it makes sense they don't have any man power and that's probably why they basically announced 5 years ago their return they were trying to advertise themselves their desperate. Anyway, I just wanted an update keep us informed."

"Yeah Mr. Secretary." The phone than cut and Joseph just wondered about kujitenge it was obvious they were hanging on their last thread of life and hiding became their specialty but he promised himself that he will help bring the terrorist group down for his brother but speaking of stuff conserving his brother he had arrived to his nephew's school.

"Minerva really pulled out all the stops with this huh." He drove to the car park and then spotted his nephew playing with yoyo while talking to some girl with blue. he parked closer to him and waved at him which Chimwemwe spotted so he said bye to the girl and got in the car and they took off.

"Damn Chmzey didn't know you had game." Joseph smirked at his nephew.

"She's just a friend uncle J." Chimwemwe chuckled rolling his eyes.

"That's what your old man used to say about your mom." He chuckled himself and that might have been a poor choice of words as he noticed him look a little sad. 'Shit!' He cursed himself.

"Hey uncle J can you tell me more about my parents I mean I've seen pictures of them and that's it."

"Um didn't your aunt and gogo tell you much about them?"

"Well the first time I asked them about they broke down and I really don't want to see them like that again."

"Hm, I guess I can tell you a thing or two. First your old man growing up he was a little bit of a somewhat sly personality and he had an electricity quirk like you but he mostly used his for hacking and magnetic stuff. We let's just say both of us weren't the best of kids growing up and he used his quirk to get things he wasn't supposed to get." Joseph chuckled at the memory of his older brother and how much trouble they used to get into.

"Hm using electromagnets for hacking huh." Chimwemwe put that in his head and decided to experiment with it.

"While in your moms your mom well aunt can tell you more about that but before I can tell you watch anime, right?"

"Hell, ya I do."

"Good the lioness had a little bit of tsundere like personality and was very protective of your auntie but she seemed a little blood thirsty at times. Let me tell ya it was never boring when her and your dad where in the same room it was always funny back than seeing your dad purposefully get under her skin though he never went too far with it just enough to get her touching him."

"So, like you and auntie."

"Well, no Minerva actually hates me while your parents were really flirty but it was different back then. I was a very withdrawn back in the day and in first year of college we officially met. She was one of those athlete girls along with Matilda but was little a bit of the curious and adventurous type." Joseph smiled at the memories.

Before the conversation could continue the conversation could continue the wheels of the car suddenly exploded and Joseph acted fast and struggled to at least gain control of the car and stopped by traffic caused by a battle on the street by four villains and six heroes.

"W-what the hell!" Chimwemwe yelled in surprise and noticed they villain attack happening on the streets.

"AMWANA LOOK WHERE YOU'RE DRIVING!!" A minibus driver screamed at them.

"Dammit! Whichever one of those villains fucked up my tires is going to pay for all the repairs." Joseph cursed completely forgetting to watch his language in front of the child beside him.

"Damn uncle J how much Kwacha did you spend for Lexus tires?" Chimwemwe asked him.

"A lot man." He sighed sadly hoping for once insurance will actually raise to the occasion. "Just what dumbasses are attacking this time." He still sounded aggravated.

They saw the battle wage between the groups and increase in property damage and since they were basically in a traffic jam the two got out of the car just to be to avoid getting into the crossfire.

"I'll get a toll after well that is done." Joseph sighed as he got out his phone to call and Chimwemwe was fixed on the fight and the car tires.

"Hey wait if the villains and heroes are fighting over there and if one of their attacks hit the tire I mean we didn't even see it coming?" Chimwemwe questioned and as he looked at the tire and it seemed to have gone through a spike stripe be it looking like it had some looks on it. He looked at the battle and none of the villains or heroes and type of any spike related quirks.

"Your actually on to something there." Joseph also looked down at his tires.

"Maybe OW!" Chimwemwe flinched as he felt something thin and sharp prick the back of his neck.

"Chimwemwe what's wrong what happened." Joseph asked his nephew as Chimwemwe removed the needle and removed from his back neck and began to feel woozy. "Easy kid I got yo-…" He did finish his sentence as felt something about to pierce prick his neck but then the needle just broke.

Before he could properly comprehend what was happing some man came out of nowhere it was one of the man with a silent quirk Chimwemwe fought last year and tried to grab Chimwemwe and ran for it but he was quickly grabbed and slammed on a building wall hard make a crack by Joseph and holding the drowsing Chimwemwe.

"Who the fuck are you and why did you just try to kidnap him!" Joseph yelled at the man and he seemed to be surprised that Joseph was still on his feet.

"W-Wait how are you even still awake was it your qui-ARGH!!" Joseph punched him hard making his nose and mouth bleed than again slammed harder on the building making the villain cough.

"I asked you a fucking question dumbass." Joseph reminded him but he noticed that the people around weren't paying attention to which was very alarming. But he was then hit rock spikes which made him let go of his grip on Chimwemwe and was pushed some feet away but he wasn't injured.

Four other men had come into the scene. First one had a rock themed costume with spikey looking rock hovering near him.  Next was a man in a skin tight suit with an eye on his chest. The other one had seemed to be a crow mutant quirk user. Finally, was a man who was in nyau dressing and had a flute on him.

"I got the kid let's go!" The man with the silent quirk yelled and all the villains began to run with the crow user held the sleeping Chimwemwe with his talons and took off but Joseph wasn't going to let that happen. He dashed straight for the crow villain at high speeds surprising the villains present but was hit with a sonic blast by the flue villain to his back making him crash into a building.

Joseph immediately got up again without a scratch on him and grabbed some near by rumble and throw it at the villain with the eye ball logo on his chest hitting him center. The eye villain tried to get up and retaliate but Joseph stomped on his face hard making it go inside the ground knocking him out.

Another sonic was sent his way but he stood his ground and barely slide a few feet back. The two villains stood in his way.

"Out of the way assholes." He glared at them.

"Sorry Amwane that's not going to happen." The flute villain got in a fighting stance.

"Yeah, why don't you turn back before you get hurt." The rock villain taunted.

Joseph narrowed his eyes at the two and it was clear that before he could reach Chimwemwe he had to take care of these two firsts and fast.

Meanwhile the crow villain was still flying Chimwemwe up the sky when his electricity passively shock his brain knocking back into consciousness similar to what happened five years ago.

'The fuck?' He thought to himself as he saw he was in the sky being carried by some crow mutant quirk user. 'Fuck what is up with the kid napping schemes.' He thought as he began thinking of a safe way to land so he saw a nearby rooftop of a skyscraper.

'Well, it well do.' He than discharged electricity shocking the crow villain and making him screech in pain and let go of Chimwemwe in the process and he flipped and landed on his feet on the skyscraper thanks to some agility lessons his aunt gave him.

'Sort of nice up here.' He looked down at the city of Lusaka and it was a good view but he turned his attention to the crow villain who had recovered from the sudden attack.

"You little shit how are you even awake!?" He questioned.

"Fuck you that how." Chimwemwe gave him the middle finger surprising the crow villain a little. "How are you and what do you want with me."

"Wow quiet the mouth on you kid. But to answer your question my name is black wing and a certain organization paid good money to catch that's all you need to know."

Chimwemwe immediately thought that it must have been kujitenge as he remembered seeing the man with the silent quirk from a year ago before he dozed off but he the heroes and police thought the police and heroes caught them all. But it was obvious he escaped and must have said something about him to the group leading to this attempt but he could also be reading too much into it maybe it was just the man's way of pay back.

"Listen kid just come with me quietly I don't want to hurt you too much." He smirked as he flapped his arms floating in the sky.

"Haven't you ever played Pokémon before electric types have the advantage over flying types."  Chimwemwe said while having electricity surround himself while the Crow villain had a 'what the hell are you talking about' face.

Chimwemwe pointed his fingers in a gun position and shot a bullet of electricity at the Crow human which barely dodged.

"Pfh honestly ki AAAHH!!" The electric bullet made a u turn and struck him. "Fuck this am going the claw you up bad. He dived for the electric quirk user at high speed ready to claw him but he jumped out of the way.

Chimwemwe than throw a strong to his face barely did anything to him. The crow human chuckled maliciously and used his strong wings to hit Chimwemwe hard flinging across the roof smashing into the bulkhead making a dent in it. Black wing flew at Chimwemwe again but he quicky recovered and shot his electro ball paralyzing black wing for a bit but just enough for Chimwemwe to magnetic powers on a metal bar on a vent and flung it at the Villain but he flew in the air avoiding it.

Black wing began flying around in high speeds but Chimwemwe could still keep up a little so when he tried to claw him, he dodged but with difficulty. He could keep himself covered with his electricity but he was sure the bird brain would just wait till he was out of juice.

Black wing successfully clawed his back making Chimwemwe flinch in pain and he about to claw him again if Chimwemwe didn't dodged thanks to his much smaller body and infused his electricity in and punched black wing straight in his beak. The punch might have not done much but the electricity certainly did.

Chimwemwe didn't waste time he knew he was a disadvantage in this open area plus this villain was physically stronger than him and had good durability so hand to hand was a no go. He flinched a little as he felt his back bleed. He needed to end this fight fast.

Black wing quickly blew a powerful gust of wind slightly distracting Chimwemwe but just enough for him to land a nasty kick to the child's face with his claws digging a little in his skin making Chimwemwe cough blood and launching off the roof and sent plummeting downwards.

"Oh shit I got a little worked up!" Black wing exclaimed as he didn't think a boy off 9 years of age will give him so much trouble.

He flew after Chimwemwe only to find him sticking on the skyscraper wall with a blood smirk showing off his sharp teeth and a lot of electricity dancing in his right hand. All in all, he looked like a wild animal.

Before Black wing could properly comprehend.

'LIGHTNING SPEAR!' Chimwemwe shot the powerful making the man screech more in pain.

He couldn't take it anymore the constant electric attacks were really doing a number on him. He felt a heavy metal object fall on him making him cough in pain. It was the roofs vents and they had him pinned down on the wings.

"You know I didn't put much voltage in those attacks I wonder how you would take 9.5 million volts worth of power?" Chimwemwe asked a little sadist making Black wing's eyes widen and before he could say anything else he was electrocuted with that amount of electricity.

The attack was so huge that it drew the attention of a lot of people from below. And luckily also Joseph who was done with his battle and was jumping from roof to roof looking for his nephew.

Chimwemwe finished his attack and he saw he didn't cause that much damage to the roof but the villain was barely twitching.

"Good thing mha people or regular anime humans are much stronger than normal humans on Earth." He touched his slightly bleeding head. "Is the constant use of lightning affecting my brain in a negative way because am sure sadism wasn't my thing or is this something else." He said to himself as it was really starting to worry him.

"Hey kid that was quite the show." Chimwemwe look saw his uncle smiling at him.

"Hey uncle J done with your fight already you don't even have a scratch on you."

"Oh right guess I never really told you my quirk let's my bioelectricity highly increase my durability making my skin extra hard also giving me a strength boast a little." He explained lifting Chimwemwe on his back.

" The two I was fighting had impressive long range quirks of spike rocks and blasting sonic blasts they weren't really a proper much for me when I got close at knocked them out plus the nyau had sleep and poison darts in his flute which couldn't pierce my skin. Now let's go before we get busted." He said in a hurry as he jumped from roof to roof before the heroes or police showed you.

"Am really hurt right now get me patched up and how are we going to tell Aunt all this."

"That can wait before for now you and me need to have a serious talk about what happened to you last year."
