18 Chapter 18 : Battle Trial 6

Minor Quest: Quirk Doesn't Make A Hero Complete

Main Quest: Defeat Bakugo Without Using Hero Time Completed.

Reward: Drunken Fist

Yuta didn't care about the invincible girl bouncing on his side, he would have been if only he could see her. 

If only...

But right now he was much more interested in his rewards. At one point he thought that he ain't going to get anything because of how King's Engine Activated on its own but now, he was just happy about going the extra mile and not using Hero Time.

He even wanted to get some Alcohol to recreate Jackie Chan's famous drunken fighting scene but he couldn't get any until he was at least 21. This is Japan after all.

As he was walking out of the building he called for his status to see how strong he is right now.

"Status."

'That's awesome, nothing like King's Engine or anything but I still like it. Its a good improvement,' Yuta nodded to himself with a little satisfaction on his face and smiled. 

As both he and Toru came outside, he saw many other students waiting there for them, they were filled full of questions. 

"Man, you were awesome back...

"I WILL KILL YOU, SMARTASSSSS....".

Kirishima was the one who opened his mouth first, wanting to congratulate his friend on winning but before that, A certain Blond shouted and rushed at Yuta. 

Yuta and others were caught off guard, thankfully All Might was there. Just before Bakugo jumped on Yuta with his palm full of explosion. All Might stop him by grabbing him and throwing him back like a rag doll. 

"Well done Young Yuta, you have performed fantastically. You too Young Toru," All Might just praise Hero Team a little, before asking others who the MVP of this fight was and what could have gone wrong or the other way around.

"I believe that Yuta is unconditionally the MVP of the fight," Momo was the first one to say anything. Besides Izuku, she is the second best when it comes to analysing fights and quirk usages. Probably Tenya is the third or maybe Yuta.

Many of the other students also agree with Momo's assessment. 

Then, All Might gave his own insight into the fight.

"Young Bakugo, you need to control your temper.

Young Tenya, better villain acting ???

Yonng Toru put on some muscles and try using high durability transparent glass weapon, you can make a request later from the school.

And lastly, Young Yuta... you have to learn how to use your quirk more effectively," All Might said but he himself was not sure.

He was observing Yuta very closely, from the beginning of the fight he was totally focused on Yuta, not like there was anywhere else to focus on anyway, an invisible girl and all. 

All Might could say for sure that while fighting with Bakugo, for some reason Yuta wasn't using his quirk. Strange because at best All Might thought that this had something to do with his control over his quirk but later on he punched Young Tenya and although the attack was strong nothing seriously injured Tenya. So Yuta shouldn't have a major control issue.

Then there was also that terrifying Aura for a second when Yuta was fighting Bakugo. That sounds like a giant's heartbeat. All Might really is not sure, maybe he alone felt like that, it happened for only a second maybe. So he didn't talk about that anymore. 

From there on the fights continued, and Yuta was once again only interested in important key figures like Izuku, or Todoroki. 

Especially Todoroki, that guy is a little too strong, Yuta was wondering, can he win against Todoroki with his only 15% OFA mastery. 

He wasn't sure, it wouldn't be like how Izuku's fight with Todoroki went in the UA Sport Festival. Izuku was using 100% OFA which was completely unnecessary, of course, he didn't have any choice but just on account, Yuta can say that with Todorokis quirk and his power. As long as he is using 20% full cowling, he has a pretty decent chance of winning. But only if half and half is only sticking to Ice.

If he uses both fire and ice then maybe 20% won't be enough.

There is another powerful quirk too in his class, like Tokoyami's quirk 'Shadow'. Others don't know but thanks to his anime knowledge, he knows Shadow's weakness. It's light. 

But besides that, there weren't many powerful quirks.

After the class ended, Yuta knew that Bakugo would come after him, but not much because Yuta beat him, Bakugo is not that bad at handling failure but he would rather target him for 2 reasons. 

One for King's Engine, which even surprised Yuta for how suddenly it came out, let alone others and the person who experienced the full frontal assault of King's Engine. 

And second, because he didn't use his quirk against Bakugo. 

"Wait you bastard,"...

"Here we go again....
