Quirk Assessment Test

Yo, feeling better but still sick..ish. Mostly lethargic with the occasional headache. But I can write now. Back to the Grind. The Grind never stops. A little cold won't keep me down. Anyway as I said things are going to be moving a lot faster now that Canon has started.

Ochako steps up "What about the entrance ceremony and the orientation"

Aizawa didn't even turn around "If you are going to be a hero, you don't have time for such leisurely events."

The class was stunned from his words

"U.A's selling point is how unrestricted its school traditions are. That's also how the teachers run their classes." He turns back to us

"You guys have been doing this from junior high, right? Physical test where you weren't allowed to use your Quirks. The country still uses averages taken from the results of the students not using their Quirks.

It's not rational. Well the Ministry of Education is procrastinating (delay or put off something)

"You take those off" he points at me

"Man.. Aizawa did you have to ruin my fun?" I take off my shitty disguise

"NO WAY!" Kirishima yelled out

"It's him!" SugarMan pointed at me.

Tail boy just fainted

"TSK" I don't even need to think about who did that.

"Kodo Shinichi. Top on the Entrance exam. Broke the previous record with just his Villian points which were 150. Then saved or helped a lot of examinees and destroyed the Zero pointer. Which got him 70 Rescue Points. 220 points. A new record." Aizawa said while looking at the phone.

Oh yeah. I gave the letter to my assistant. I didn't give a damn about my other points and whatnot. I just told him to get my stuff ready for today. I honestly have no idea what they said in that holographic disk. Didn't care enough to sit down and listen

"Hmmm, using you as a measuring stick would be highly inefficient. Baukgo step up. What was your maximum distance in the ball throw?"

Hahaha the bastard skipped me. Did he know what was I about to do? Well, it was the best choice for him. I was going to blow it out of the earth's orbit.

"Then try doing it with your quirk." Aizawa gives him the ball and backs away

Bakugo enters the circle

"You can do anything you want as long as it's in the circle. Hurry up. Give it all you have got"

Aizawa really needs to chill out.

Bakugo starts to stretch and gets in a pitching position.

"DIE!!!!" He pitches the ball and ads an explosion at the last second

Even though Deku said it, most of the class was probably thinking of it

"What a crude man" Momo whispers causing me to smirk

"Know your own maximum first. That's the most rational way to form the foundation of a hero."

He shows his phone to us. '705.2'. That was Bakugos score.

Hmmm if I used all my strength without any animal boosts. I should be able to push it to 1 km. Normal Athletes can do about 100 m.

"Woah it's over 700 meters"

"Amazing"

"What is this? It looks fun" Pinky clapped her hands

"We can use our Quirks as much as we want. As expected of the hero course" Sero the Tape boy exclaimed

"'Looks fun' huh?" Aizawa spoke up "You have three years to become a hero. Will you have an attitude like that the whole time? All right. Whoever comes in last place in all eight tests will be judged to have no potential and will be expelled"

"HUH?!!!"

If only he stuck to that. Goddamn Plot armor. Wonder if it will work this time.

The class starts to panic

"We are free to do what we want about the circumstances of our students. Welcome to U.A.'s Hero Course!"

"But it's only the first day of school! No even if it wasn't the first day, this is too unfair" Ochako started to complain

"Natural disasters, big accidents, selfish Villians. Calamities whose time and place can't be predicted. Japan is covered with unfairness. Heroes are those who reverse those situations. If you wanted to go and talk to your friends in a cafe after school. Well that's too bad.

For the next 3 years, U.A. will give you hardship after hardship.

Test 1: 50 Meter Dash

(Athletes with doping. Men 5,56. Women 5.96 Mid 90ties. Record still holds)

"On your marks. Get set.. " Bang!

Iida quickly dashes through

"3.04 seconds"

"Hmm for 50 meters I can only go up to gear 3" Iida starts to mumble to himself

"Well he is like a fish in water" Aizawa said as he looked at his score

I agree, But he hasn't seen me. And honestly, I just realized. It's quite sad. Iida will never be able to use Geppo or Soru. The engines are inside his calves. Geppo and Soru both rely on total muscle control in the legs. The calves handle all the pressure.

I was hoping he would learn it and do some variation. But looks like luck was not on his side.

"7.15 seconds"

Hmm ahh the 'Main Love Interest'(Ochako). Honestly, she is quite pathetic as well. But I get where she comes from. Being poor locks away most of her options. And it's not like she could work out. Working out would make her go hungry faster. Food which she doesn't have money to buy.

Hmmm maybe I can make a deal with her. Sponsor her now. And get 10% of the first 5 years of her carrier as a pro. Not a bad idea. I'll see what I can do with kids in a similar situation. Maybe U.A is doing it as well. This is a free education school. The costs have to be covered somehow.

Momo gets ready and she's gone, her afterimage was seen on the track.

"Haaa, still nowhere near as Sensei" She shook her head. Honestly comparing herself to me is not good for her. I reinvented those things.

Hmm, it seems he used his tapes to move across.

"Momo you can use Soru!" TailBoy rushed to her

"Hmm yes. Sensei has been training me since I was a kid" Momo answered with a smile

Said boy zoomed and stopped in front of me.

"I'm Mashirao Ojiro. Please give me your signature. And some tips as well"

Well looks like I have a fan. If I remember right. He was the martial artist in Class 1A.

I give him my signature "Sure thing. I don't mind telling you some tips. Show me what you got on the tests. And I'll tell you what you are doing wrong."

Ojiro bowed down "Thank you very much"

"Kodo Shinichi" Aizawa called me "You requested that you have two separate tests. What for?"

"I will be doing one test with my Quirk and the other without" I answer simply

"Why? What do you plan to achieve by doing this" Aizawa started to question me

"I just want to show you what you can achieve even if you don't use your quirk."

"Hmm sure. Go right ahead"

I don't even need to use the starting blocks

"On your marks. Get set.. " Bang!

SORU

One moment I was standing straight at the start, the next I'm on the finish line

Aizawa stood still.

"That's impossible" Looks like his brain can accept the score. can't blame him. This is almost All Might speed. You know for pro heroes they sure don't understand what the Rokushiki can really do. Even after I shared the basic information with them.

Plus that's without me using Divine Demon. You never show your full strength.

"That's unreal"

"As expected of Sensei!" Momo smiled proudly

"No way.. Without his quirk" Deku looked down at the ground, questioning his whole life.

"Woah dude that's a scary face" Sero looked at Bakugo

"Kodo. Use your quirk this time." Aizawa moved a bit closer to the finish line

My body started to change. I turned myself into a half-cheetah hybrid. The most change was to my legs.

"He..he broke the sound barrier" Deku stuttered out

"Ahhh that felt good!" I grin in my Cheetah Form

"Lets move on. Wasting time isn't a rational choice" I say to Aizawa

"You have a mouth on you kid. But you can back it up. Everybody finish the Dash and then head inside. The Grip Test is next" Aizawa was already calling the next runers

This turned out to be more fun than I thought. Messing with him is interesting. Wonder how he will react to the rest?
