127 Deika City

Day 3 of training camp. 1 AM
Shhhhhh.
A portal opens up. hundreds of meters in the sky. Above a certain remote city.
From the portal stepped out Garou.
"So this is Deika City? I have to say it's kind of impressive even if it's stupid."
Every person here is a member of the Meta Liberation Army. The MLA has one hundred thousand men. Around half of that are gathered here. But the numbers dont matter. What matters is the top echelon.
I take them out. The rest are just sheep, waiting to be slaughtered.
'Clones'
Bzzzzp. Bzzzzp. Bzzzzp. Bzzzzp. Bzzzzp.
I start to multiply in a few seconds there were dozens of Garous.
Twice's quirk was the last step i needed.
We reposition ourselves. Some around the outside of the city. And a few of us above with the main body. We were like a dome around the city.
I always wanted to do this.
I even topped off my reserves just for this moment.
"SHINRA TENSEI!"
I push down with my telepathy power. The clones did as well.
*BOOOOOOOOOM*
An invisible force starts wrecking the city. Rooting out houses. Crushing them to pieces. It was like the whole city was put in a pulverizer.
After a few moments of that I stop it.
Damn. That took a lot on the reserves. I made it so when the clones use Quirks they take the power from me. The other option was for me to put a certain amount of power in them. But thats not very efficient.
The clone could be killed and I would have wasted stamina for nothing. Or there could be a situation where a clone needs more power than he has.
This way suits me better.
'Scan'
Let's see if anyone survived.
Hoo. We have one. Rikiya Yotsubashi or Re-Destro.
Of course, the leader survives. How cliche. But he is the most powerful of them all. So it makes sense that he would make it through.
I wonder how pissed he will be once he sees his city

~ 3rd Pov
Thud.
Stones were pushed out. Rikiya emerged from a collapsed building. He was using his quirk to the max. He was currently in his gigantic form.
But he was frozen in place. Instead of the city filled with his army that he build. He emerged to see a wasteland
"what happened.. WHO DID THIS!!!" he shouted at the top of his lungs
"Hoo. You survived"
Re-Destro heard a voice below him. When he found the source his mind blanked out for a second.
The infamous mass murderer. Hero Hunter Garou.
Re-Destro was currently much larger than him. If he grabbed Garou, his palm would completely envelop and crush him.
But even he knew that would be difficult to do.
"Hero Hunter! Why did you do this?! What have we done to deserve this?!" Re-Destro screamed out
"Haa? No reason really. I was just bored and was passing by. I was surprised to find out that this was a base for the Meta-Liberation army. So I decided to see how strong this army is.
Obviously, I overestimated you guys. After all only you survived. Not much of an army if it was destroyed by a single attack" Garou shrugged his shoulder in a 'what can you do' attitude
This enraged Re-Destro.
'Stress 110%' "DIE!!" he created an orb with blackish purple power and threw it at Garou
"I dont think so. Cero" Garou pointed his finger at the orb and a Red Laser erupted
The laser was extremely fast and powerful pierced the orb and made it explode near Re-Destro who was sent flying from the force of both attacks exploding
"AHHHHHH"
"Rikiya.Rikiya. Is that the best you have got?" Garou shook his head in disappointment
"Dont screw with mee!!" Rikiya deashed at Garou, his giant form threw a punch. His fist was bigger than Garou.
"Hahahaha, Giant Quirks have such an obvious weakness. I just need to use your size against you"
Garou saw the giant right fist coming at him and he smiled
'Water Fist. Redirection'
BAM
Garou slammed his hands on the fist and he changed its direction, messing up Re-Destro's balance. He then punched at Re-Destro's face.
'Superstrenght + Telekenesis'
BOOOOM
The giant was sent back flying. But Rikiya landed with a back flip. The right side of his face was messed up.
"YOU BASTARD" He did a Chop at Garou who calmly raised his hand 'Redirection'
CRAACCKKKKK
CRASHHH
Garou caught the hand chop without any problems. And redistributed the force to the ground, making a spider web patter appear for dozens of meters around him, but he was unscathed by the attack
"You are going to need to try a lot harder than that" Garou let go of his arm as he jump to deliver a fierce kick to Rikiya's stomach.
Sending him tumbling back as the air was knocked out of his lungs.
'NO. Not like THIS!'
"BAS! Activate!!" Re-Destro yelled out.
From the ground a couple of metal containers shot out and flew to Rikiya, the container disassembled and started to 'equip' themselves to him
Garou just scoffed "Keh, IronMan ripoff."
A soon as the steel suit bound itself to Rikiya. The pilars inside the suit came down, impaling his body. The wrapping became tighter as well. Strangling him.
'Burden Amplyfying Steel. Stress 150%!!'
Garou just smiled 'Here it is. The metal suit injures him, adding more stress on his body. Too bad for him, that wont help him at all'
Rikiya created two giant Purple Orbs of destruction "Go to hell Garou" he aimed the orbs at him but Garou vanished in thin air
Tap.
Rikiya felt something light on his back. Garou was standing right below his neck.
"I just got this Quirk. But I think it's the perfect one to end you with. There is a certain irony to it. You being destined to lose to this quirk, twice. Goodbye. Re-Destro" Garou put all 5 fingers on the back of the robot suit's neck.
Crrrrrrr, Crrrrrr.
And slowly pushed down as the suit Decayed. And when he touched the real neck.
"NOOOoooo" Rikiya screamed out in pain

It was over.

Man I got to give myself props for this.
Ended him with Shigarakis quirk.
It was so freaking satisfying. And with this one major pain in the ass for the future has been neutralized. I dont need any revolutions.
My calm, peaceful, luxurious life would be ruined.
Now to get data from the hardware that survived. They should have some interesting things.

I found the link. The League of Vilians. The Meta Liberation Army and the Black Organization were working together. That and a couple of other groups.
This info will come in handy for the new number 1 Hero. Kodo Shinichi.
Taking out a couple of Criminal Syndicate will be a good boost in rep. I will milk that position for what its worth for a few years before retiring in a private island.
Now to take care of this mess. I take a look at the ruined city before I use a Gigantification Quirk. I dont like these for fighting. But I found another use for them.
Combined with a variation of the Warp Quirk.
I call this Beelzebub.
It sends everything directly in my stomach. I can resolve any material and turn it into energy. I plan to eat the whole Deika City. Everything will be consumed. And all the quirks here will be mine.
~ Day 3. 10am
Another day of gathering energy in the forest.
The students were giving it their all. Kinda stupid not to have scouts around if you ask me.
The League is already here. I felt them arrive yesterday at night. I'm interested to see who is coming.
Twice is dead. They will need a lot more men if they want to handle me. Especially after how I showed off at the Sports festival. The Stain and Yakuza fiasco as well.

"Hi~~" Eri excitedly waved her hand
Shhhhh. Sigh the vilians are moving closer. Whatever, I'll take care of them later. I need them to kidnap Bakogo or Deku or whoever else to start the Kamino fight.
Plus Eri is much more important
"Hey kiddo. How was your day?" I smile at the little girl who beams at me
"It was great. Grandma took me for shopping and we got a pink doll and.." Eri happily started to explain her shopping trip as I watched the little bundle comically explain with her hands how awesome it was.
Man this is so heartwarming.
I'm glad I adopted her.
