1 Chapter 1 Dead but not out

(Iv been writing this for a bit and just realized that it was in the wrong category so my bad)
This is my first writing on this website/app, I've read a lot of other peoples fanfics about my hero academia, so I'm going to stealing things from those just a little to make this better. But anyway I hope you enjoy.

(My name is Dave Willasin and I'm…. Well dead. I know it's very hard to believe but let me explain.)
(I was just a regular guy, living a pretty average life. When I was young I read manga and watched anime. Later on When I got older I graduated high school and because of how my father is I immediately went into military school. I know a drastic turn but my family has a long line of military. So it was only natural for me to keep the legacy going. When I graduated I went on deployment and got out after five years, I went home and lived a pretty normal life. Sadly I never really found a lover. Sadly it doesn't seem to matter now)
(Anyways one of my friends decided to set me up on a blind date. I didn't bother to tell him to fuck off Since it was only across town. I decided to walk there to save a couple bucks.)
(On the way there I saw someone attacking another person with a knife, so I did what I was trained to do, I tried to save them. What I didn't expect however was that the Bastard had a second knife!!!)
(Just my luck! dead on the middle of the sidewalk! no honor in my death either!!!)
(Besides that there's nothing I can do now….)

Suddenly Dave was blinded by light. It took him a minute to Readjust to the light but when he did all he saw was a floating ball of light.
"So how do I look? Be honest I can take it~"
(What are you? Are you god? How can you hear my thoughts?)
"Ok let me answer your questions in order, I'm what people consider a ROE Random Overpowered Entity. No I'm not god and just because I can."
(So if your not god, where is he?)
"Let's just say he's taking a vacation, to where I don't even know"
(Ok… so why am I in Limbo?)
"Wow you sure ask a lot of questions, but lucky for you I have the answer~ you've been selected~"
Before Dave could respond the orb of light rushes right up to him.
"And I already know what your thinking. ~what does being selected mean?~ well it means you were chosen by a higher being to do a specific task, usually involving another universe or dimension I'm one of the entity's Assigned to give you your mission~"
Dave at this point is going absolutely mental. Just Imagine that your talking to your hero and trying your best not to geek out over them. For one Dave has read manga and watched anime's based on the idea of being Reincarnated but never once did he think that it was actually real!!
Dave composes him self, looks right at ROE and says "what's the mission?"
"That's what I'd expect from you~ now then let me explain. You are to be reincarnated into a MHA universe Specifically number 5783-"
Dave can't control him self
"LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"
He's literally yelling into the void at the top of his lungs. Well what ever he has right now
"You done?"
[Cough cough*] "ya I'm good please continue"
"Anyway it's a MHA universe specify number 578327. This universe is completely different from the others because a virus is released which one, Cancels most peoples quirks. Don't worry we'll let you keep your own. Second the virus rases the dead"
"That's fucked up"
"I know right? Anyway. This wasn't meant to happen. So your job is to find out how to fix the mess, Understand?"
"As much as I can, all I hear is I'm being sent to my own personal heaven" [Dave loves zombie games and survival games]
"Ok I have some questions"
"Ask away"
"Do I get to pick my own quirk?"
"We already have some ideas but we'll allow a main quirk and a passive quirk that I'll choose, I'm thinking something like increased luck~. That's pretty Obvious of what it does. It should make your life a little easier."
"Thank you your to kind"
(Now I have to think of a quirk...… I got it)
"I'd like . The more I get hit the more crystals come from my body, I'll have enough control to throw them off my body at any direction and I have control to pull them back into my to store them for later"
"well i believe that we're done here am I correct? "
"Before you put me in I have to ask one last thing. Am I going to have to be…. Well… born again?"
"Oh heavens no I already have a body ready for you, you'll be a 16 year old boy who has been training to be a hero for all his childhood and has always been a orphan so you don't have to worry about a family."
"Thank you for the chance at a new life"
"Your welcome, I must let you know that someone that you will know has framed you for something and you will wake up with nothing but the things on your person."
Suddenly the world go's black and all he can hear are the words "GOOD LUCK"
