70 Chapter 70

" Sounds like a party up there. " Axel said as he stepped into the facility, gearing the noise.

" Yeah. I'm going to go have fun. See you in a bit. " Toga said as she ran off to find someone to play with.

" Sate, Sate, Sate. Where's Miranda at? " Axel muttered as he observed the facility from top to bottom.

" There you are. " Axel said with a smile as he leisurely walked forward.

Miranda ran towards the main computer room to gain access to the system files. She quickly stopped as a body flew past her while someone chased after said body.

' Get to the computer. Get to the computer. ' She repeated in her head.

She knew what the villains were after. All the data they have collected up till now. If that information is revealed to the public, society will fall, with no way to take back control.

She ran as fast and cautiously as possible, avoiding fights, hiding through walls before arriving at the computer room.

She went to the main computer, typed in the password, and did an eye scan. She stared at the information she had, acting quickly to erase all the files.

Her hands went to the keyboard to start deleting everything from the system, but her hands stopped before they could touch the keyboard, her fingers just a few millimeters from it.

" That was close. If I hadn't arrived in time, the mission would have been a failure. " Axel said as he walked towards Miranda from behind and stood on her right.

Miranda looked at her hands with her eyes wide from shock. She slowly turned her head to look at Axel standing right next to her, giving her a happy smile.

Miranda tried to say something, anything but whenever she opened her mouth she couldn't say anything. No words come out.

" Don't worry. I'll answer you. I'm on a tight schedule so I'm going to need these files. Be a dear and copy them to these. " Axel said as he handed her 3 pen drives. 3 because one of them is a spare and the other is just in case he loses that spare.

Miranda watched as her body moved on its own. She tried to force herself to not do what Axel wanted, but she couldn't stop her body. She watched herself as she made copies of all the files and put them onto the drives.

She looked towards Axel and decided to move her mouth without saying a word. Axel looked at her and saw that she was lip-syncing, asking him " Why? ".

" Why not? " Axel asked with a smile as Miranda stared at him with an annoyed look.

" I answered your question. Why shouldn't I release this info to the public? Why shouldn't I be doing this, given what you've done and what everyone who was a part of this had done? " Axel asked as he stared at the screen which was close to completion.

Miranda stared at him with a scared look on her face. Considering that she worked her for years, she knew what had happened in this place. Though even with that, she didn't want to die.

" Give me the drives. " Axel said with a smile as Miranda did what she was told.

" Now log out of the system. " Axel said as Miranda followed. She turned her head towards Axel who smiled, but that didn't put her at ease.

Her body exploded before disintegrating into nothing. Axel stared at her before walking away from the room. This place will be destroyed soon enough.

" Seems Dabi's fight is still going on. Let's go check upon him." Axel muttered.

Dabi sends a wave of blue fire straight towards Ghoul. Ghoul runs into the attack, blocking the flames with his quirk, Kagune. He then jumped out to the right and ran towards Dabi.

Dabi stopped his flames as Ghoul reached Dabi, sending a right hook to Dabi's face. Dabi blocked the attack by raising his arms, but the power from the attack sent him back a few feet.

Dabi grit his teeth as he tilted his head to the right to avoid the strike from one of the Kagune. He tilted his head to the left to avoid the next as jumped back, avoiding more strikes to the head. Ghoul didn't give him any space as he rushed Davi from his left, sending a kick towards his head.

Dabi ducked under the kick, before propelling himself to his right with his flames as he avoided getting stabbed by a Kagune from above.

Dabi stood up as he stared at Ghoul with a calm, cautious gaze. Ghoul on the other hand just stared at Dabi with a disgusted look.

" I always hated that look. " Dabi muttered as he stared at Ghoul.

" You shouldn't have come here. If you stayed low, then you would have lived a long life. " Ghoul said.

" A long life without people relate to vs a short life with people to relate and destroying everything I hate. I think I chose correctly!! " Davi said with a crazy smile as he burned off his shoes and propelled himself towards Ghoul.

" You chose wrong!! " Ghoul yelled as he rushed towards Dabi with his Kagune.

Dabi sent a torrent of blue flames towards Ghoul who avoided it by using his Kagune to push upwards to the roof. He then pushed propelled himself towards Dabi sent flames towards him.

Ghoul got caught inside the flames as kept going towards Dabi. Dabi stopped his flames and rolled forward to avoid being struck by Ghoul. Ghoul punched the ground, which shattered on impact.

" Tch. Damn training!! " Dabi yelled with a smile as he sent more flames towards Ghoul.

Ghoul dodged the flames as he grabbed the broken metal floor and threw it at Dabi, who dodged.

" You would have had a good life if didn't become a villain. A simple life, away from here. Yet you threw that away for revenge. " Ghoul said.

" Of course I did. I don't care if I die!! I'll fucking kill you and my asshole of a father!! " Dabi yelled as he attacked with flames.

" You're still just a child!! " Ghoul yelled as he rushed at Dabi with his Kagune.

" I'm 26!! I'm no child!! " Dabi yelled.

" Really?! I hadn't noticed. " Ghoul said as he attacked Dabi.

Dabi dodged as best he could but before long he got stabbed in the shoulder by one of the Kagune. Ghoul retracted his Kagune as Dabi fell to one knee. His quirk being a hindrance to him at this moment along with the blood loss.

" You're an idiot. " Ghoul said with disgust on his face as he stared at Dabi.

" True, but he's my friend. " Axel said with a smile as appeared next to Dabi and Ghoul.

" Holy shit. You got beat up pretty bad. I'll show Shigaraki and the others. " Axel said as he took out his phone and started taking pictures as Dabi blocked his face from the camera.

" You made a friend. " Ghoul said with a surprised face and some happiness in his eyes before they disappeared.

" Sigh. You got them involved with this. That was a mistake. Now they will die along with you. " Ghoul said as he stared at Dabi and Axel.

" Yeah no. We won't die as long as he kills you first. " Axel said as he pointed at Dabi.

" And how will he do that? " Ghoul asked whole Dabi stared at Axel.

" By going crazy. " Axel said with a smile. Ghoul stared in confusion before his eyes widened at Dabi. His wounds were healed. Dabi's eyes widened as he felt the recent burns he received in this fight fade away.

" Well? " Axel asked as he stared at Dabi. " The hell you waiting for? A countdown? "

Dabi smirked as he stood up and looked at Ghoul.

" Let's begin Round 2," Dabi said with a crazy smile on his face.

His body became engulfed in blue flames as Ghoul's eyes widened. Dabi blasted flames everywhere in the room, burning everything around them. The metal melted while the corpses started turning into ash from the flames.

' There you are. ' Ghoul thought as he looked in the direction of Dabi. Ghoul let one of the Kagune he used to shield him, fly straight through the flames.

The pain he felt was immense. the heat but his training made it bearable. His Kagune went straight through the flames and stabbed Dabi in the gut.

Blood poured out of Dabi's wound but he then smirked as he stared at Ghoul who removed his Kagune from shielding him.

His eyes widened as he saw Dabi's crazy smile. Dabi laughed as he hugged the Kagune and covered himself in flames. Ghoul grit his teeth from the pain of Dabi using his flames.

The flames traveled up the Kagune towards Ghoul, who used his other Kagune to cut off the other. The flames didn't him Ghoul rushed towards Dabi.

Dabi pulled out the Kagune and rushed towards Ghoul as well, laughing maniacally the entire way. He dodged the Kagune attack from Ghoul who tried to avoid getting caught by Dabi.

Fabi though was relentless as he used his fakes with reckless abandon to get closer to Ghoul. Ghoul dodged and another blast of flames as he rolled in the ground before getting up.

Burn marks on his body from the flames. Dabi though was already in front of him and put Ghoul in a lock and slammed him onto the ground. Ghoul's right hand couldn't move much while his left arm could hot Dabi. But Davi didn't let go as he lit himself on fire.

Ghoul grit his teeth as he used his Kagune to lift them and slams them onto the roof. Dabi's back hit the roof but he didn't let go as he bared the pain and kept on laughing as Ghoul slowly burned from the flames.

He tried, again and again, to get Dabi off, but Dabi didn't let go. They soon fell to the ground, since Ghoul had lost a lot of oxygen.

' Guess I'm going to die from this. Guess you did find your home after escaping this hell. ' He thought as he looked at Dabi.

His life flashed before whispered eyes.

" What's your name?! " The instructor yelled as he looked at a young Ghoul. The younger version of him had fear across his face as he stared at the electrocuted boy next to him.

The boy had talked back to the superior and for that, he was shocked using the chip inside his neck that doubled as a tracker.

" Ken Kaneki sir. "

" What's your quirk? "

" Kagune sir. "

" What does it do? "

Ghoul didn't speak as he showed him in fear of not being able to explain it well. Four blood tentacles come out from his back as his left turned black with a red iris.

" I see. You're the one that was mentioned in the meeting. Follow me. " The superior said coldly. Ghoul walked with him in fear as he walked behind him.

He was taken into a room with the superior and forced to stand on one side of the room.

" Attack me or else. " The superior said as he motioned to his neck.

Ghoul was terrified as he gulped and nodded. He fought against his superior who went " easy " on him, beating him to a bloody pulp as Ghoul defended himself. By the end, he laid on the ground beaten and bruised with broken bones all over.

" He has potential. Increase training. Once he heals, start the level 2 training. As of this moment, his name will be Ghoul. "

Pain. That's all he felt in this hell.

After healing, he was placed in a room that only let oxygen in, but that was cut off soon as he was electrocuted as water started filling the room.

Ghoul begged for it to stop and let him. out, but I was no use. The " training " kept going before the water was let out.

Part 1 complete.

Part 2 commencing: intense heat.

The room temperature was increased to extreme levels as the water from the previous punishment evaporated quickly.

Part 2 is complete.

Part 3 commencing: cold.

The temperature was turned on his head as the room temperature dropped to absurd levels.

Part 3 compete.

Part 4: solitary.

Ghoul was taken and placed into solitary confinement. He was still conscious but he couldn't be with anyone. He yelled to let him out but no one could hear him. The walls were soundproof.

Training continued as they kept training.

It was survival of the fittest.

They needed to fight each other.

Child killing child.

Teenagers killing teenagers.

So on and so forth.

It was hell.

Any attempts of escape were impossible. Ghoul should know.

He tried once but was immediately put in his place with even more harsh punishment.

After so long, he stopped trying, earned the position of one of the superiors, and taking over as the director of the facility, overseeing the training.

But that never erased the scars. There were too many scars on his body that reminded him of where he was. He should disgust for them. The ones on his own body and the ones on the children.

Though he couldn't stop the training and the entire facility, getting rid of cruel trainers for one and doing the training sessions himself, just to try and make this hell a bit more barn

He made sure that they didn't have to deal with the monsters he had to deal with before.

Though whether it helped them or not

He doesn't know.

Dabi breathed in heavily as Axel walked up to him and healed him.

" Damn, you let loose. How do you feel? " Axel asked with a smile.

" I feel great. " Dabi said with a smile of his own. " You have the info? "

" Yep. " Axel said with a smile.

" How... " They both heard as they turned towards Ghoul who was laying on his back.

" How was the world, outside hell? " He asked as he stared at Dabi.

" It was just another hell, but more bare able thanks to few a people. " Dabi answered as he looked at Ghoul.

" I see. Did you have fun? "

" Yes. Thanks for helping me get out. " Dabi said as he looked at Ghoul with a grateful look on his face.

Ghoul smiled at Dabi before passing on with a peaceful smile on his face as Dabi held his body while his flames reduced Ghoul to ashes, the embers flying away with the wind.
