48 Chapter 47:- A Man's Character and Integrity

Seeing which Kaina was shocked as she jumped on the bed startled.

What she saw in front of her was unbelievable.

Izuku used his quirk and now he was changing his face.

And now Izuku's face changed as it bore no resemblance to Izuku.

"What do you think?" asked Izuku, showing his face to Kaina.

"I-I-Impressive," Kaina stammered, her voice barely above a whisper. "How did you do this? And when did you learn this?" asked Kaina, who was completely startled seeing Izuku changing his face, to the point she thought it was someone else, as even his voice had changed, then she remembered that only Izuku and she were in the room so she calmed down.

Izuku grinned, pleased by her reaction. "It's something I discovered recently," he explained. "If I concentrate enough, I can change any part of my body. It's like my body is made of code, and I can rewrite it to be whatever I want it to be, and however I want it," said Izuku

"All I need to do is have a clear image of what I want to change and how I want to change it, well I can't keep the changes for a long time as I will need to revert to how it was, or else I will be stuck with that changes, and for that, I need to train it so that I can maintain it for a long time, however, there is a big risk associated with it as well," said Izuku

"Risk? What risk?" asked Kaina.

"If I forget how I looked or how that part of my body looked, I will get stuck with the changes I have at that time, so I don't want to use it too much without training, but still, I can change my looks for enough time, without any drawbacks right now to get the work done," said Izuku as he reverted back to the original face.

Kaina's heart sank. She couldn't bear the thought of Izuku being stuck in a form he didn't want.

"Wait, how do you know about this risk, if you haven't used it much and just recently discovered this ability?" Asked Kaina as she also had developed the ability to pay attention to details and connect dots, while staying with Izuku for 6 months.

"Because my mind showed me," said Izuku as if it's the most normal thing to say.

"Your mind showed that?" asked Kaina as if she had heard the most absurd thing.

"Yup," said Izuku nonchalantly.

"Are you doing drugs or some other kinds of substances? Cause there is no way I believe that your mind talked to you, or is this one of your jokes?" said Kaina as she doubted what kinds of habits Izuku had developed

"You tell me, you have stayed with me for 6 months, did you see me taking some kinds of drugs or other substances?" asked Izuku.

"Well that may be true, but still, you lock yourself in that secret room of yours which you call your office, where you don't allow me to enter, maybe you take drugs there," said Kaina.

"Well, what can I say, I really am surprised," said Izuku.

"Why" asked Kaina.

"Cause every time, I think of showing you and telling you my secrets, or what I do away from you, you say something which makes me question, whether I should actually show you and tell you my secrets or not, here we are again, I would have taken you to that secret room of mine, but with your comment, I changed my mind," said Izuku.

"Do you really want me to trust you or not?" asked Izuku, sighing tiredly.

Kaina felt a cold shiver run down her spine, as she had cold sweat all around her.

'I-I-I am s-s-sorry Izuku kun," said Kaina stammering.

"If you think you are joking or trying to tease me or something, you need to learn to do so properly, cause if you make such despicable jokes again, I might really have to consider whether I should tell you things or not.

I might be a villain, but what do you take me for, a low life who only thinks about sex and drugs, or are you into those kinds of people who care only about sex and drugs, I can understand your preferences might have changed because of staying in the darkness for so long, but if that's the case then I'll have to reject you, for I don't want a woman who thinks that his man only thinks about drug and sex.

Do you really think I can attain godhood by drowning myself in cheap pleasures like sex and drugs" asked Izuku, shooting a questioning glare.

"I-I-I-I'm really sorry Izuku kun," said Kaina meekly.

"You know Kaina, I might love you, but I can't give you more than 3 chances, out of which you have used 2, I might be tolerant, or let go of things because I care for you and love you, but that doesn't mean you make jokes regarding my character and integrity, if you wish to learn how to joke or tease me, do it with other things and not anything related to my characters, or my integrity, for even I don't know what I will do to you on your 3rd mistake.

At that time, it doesn't matter if I have to kill you, for, if you, someone I love, and wish to tell everything about me, would joke about my integrity and character, how can I expect others to respect me as their new god?

And once someone gets into the habit of doing something, they don't get rid of it easily, and I am not joking this time. I will be this world's new god, and anyone who questions my character, or integrity, will be punished by death." said Izuku as his eyes had glitches and a series of 1s and 0s going up at a really fast pace, things around him started getting caught in the glitch as they started deforming.

Kaina had fear in her eyes, she was bathing in cold sweat, she was shocked to her core, as this was the first time she had seen Izuku so angry and serious, killing intent was oozing out of Izuku, and the room started getting heavy, and it was getting hard for her to breath under such intense pressure.

Seeing this Izuku stopped doing what he was doing, as Kaina started taking heavy breaths and Izuku held her tightly to his chest, caressing her head, calming her down, as he kissed her head, and he said, "I'm sorry, but you should realize how important character and integrity are for a man, how do you expect me to trust you when you do my character assassination and attack my integrity because you try to joke," said Izuku caressing her head to calm her down.

She felt true fear today and was wondering whether Izuku really was right for her or not.
