That day, after the basic workout was over, Izuku and Kaina went back to the apartment as he showed them all the rooms of the apartment along with all the facilities available in the apartment, of course, he didn't show her the secret room or his study table, as he isn't a simp.

Kaina might be beautiful or attractive but that doesn't do a single thing, as she is still an unknown person to Izuku, he doesn't know the motives behind her actions, was she really betrayed by HPSC or did she make that up, there were many things he didn't know about her, and also he didn't know her story and without knowing the whole truth he can't trust her completely and she still needs to be worthy of his trust before he lets her in on those rooms.

Cause the information in those rooms is quite sensitive to just letting anyone access those rooms, and he knows very well that the underworld isn't a place where you can survive without being cautious and taking enough precautions.

What he told on the rooftops was to let her guard down so that she could reveal everything about her, that didn't mean what he said was false, he meant every single word he said, but he needed to make sure that the person he is entrusting to having his back, is truly going to protect him or and not just use him for her personal gains and throw away or work as spy for AFO.

Afterall he was betrayed by his own family, he wasn't going to make a new family that would just betray him once again

Once settled they talked for a while about the apartment and what he did when he went to meet AFO, saying Kaina was speechless would be an understatement, she was shocked to her core when she knew how Izuku acted in front of AFO even when he knew who he was.

And how he asked whatever he wanted as if it was the most natural thing to do. Following which Izuku asked, "Say Kaina san, what's your story? how did you end up like this?"

"_" Kaina was silent as she knew she would have to talk about it to him if she wanted a partnership.

"You don't want to talk about it?" asked Izuku as he looked at Kaina with intent.

"_" she was still silent.

Izuku just started patting her head with love and care as he said, "You don't need to worry about anything, you can trust me, and even if you don't wish to open up, then it's alright, I understand that it might be too hard for you to talk about something which scarred you.

I won't force you to speak if you don't want to know, just know wherever you wish to talk about it, I'll be there to listen to whatever you have to say, just know, keeping things in your heart for a long time might be harmful for your health, you need to let it all out." he continued patting her head with love and care with a smile.

Kaina nodded as she sat there silently for a while as Izuku continued to caress her head.

'How long has it been since someone showed this much kindness and care for me, I don't even remember how long has it been since someone showed me any bit of kindness at all, or looked at me like I am a human and not a tool, or an emotionless machine meant to do the dirty work for this fucked up society.

How long has it been since I felt this feeling, heck any feeling for that matter, feeling that someone is there to care for me, feeling that I have someone who will show me kindness whenever I need it as if something inside me that was dead for long ago is being born again, my heart started feeling warm, do I even deserve to feel this? After what all I have done, and the sorrow I have caused to the people who I killed based on the whims of the HPSC.'

Her mind was a mess, this simple gesture of patting her head with love and care took her completely off-guard as emotions started surfacing and she unconsciously started crying, Izuku just put her head on his shoulder as he continued caressing her head with love as he said, "It's okay, I'm here for you, don't worry, let it all out,"

As if she heard it, she nodded as she cried her heart out, letting out all the pent-up emotions she had locked away in her heart

Once she calmed down she narrated her story.

In the past, Kaina had an optimistic outlook in her desire to be a great hero but was led down a dark path by her superiors, having been trained to kill villains and corrupt heroes, sometimes unjustly, who were threatening to disrupt the order in society. She assassinated criminals whom the commission wanted to have "disappear" rather than be handled by the proper legal process.

Kaina has turned into a serious and disciplined woman who does not hesitate to hurt people to fulfill her mission or achieve her goals. Kaina's repeated killings made her disillusioned, and she soon fell into a depressive state upon realizing that the Hero Commission maintains a fragile and hollow peace at the expense of others while hypocritically justifying that their actions are for the good of everyone.

Upon seeing some young children in admiration over her, Kaina eventually reached her breaking point, realizing that the youth of society wholly admire Heroes and wish to become them while not being aware of the bloodshed behind the scenes. While reaching out to shake the hands of said children, she saw how bloodied her hand was and retracted it in horror, not wanting to pass said bloodshed on to them. Upon implying that she wished to leave her post, and receiving a veiled threat to her life in response, Kaina finally snapped and killed her superior.

Once she talked about everything that happened to her, her crying also calmed down as she fell asleep in Izuku's embrace.

Izuku just took her in a princess carry to her room as he laid her on her bed, had it been before he awakened his quirks he wouldn't have been able to even lift her let alone carry her to her room, but now things were different he had strength enough to pick her up and place her in her bed.

Following this Izuku went to his room and slept as it was already 10 so he just changed his clothes and went to bed.

In the morning when he woke up, he saw that there was a small paper by his nightstand, when he took the paper he read,

'Thank you for last night, I'm really grateful of you, yesterday I able to let out what was eating me from inside and due to which I felt the burden on my shoulders reduced considerably, and to thank you for it, I wish to protect you however I can and wish to try to repay you with equal amount of love and care as much as i can, taking into account what you said about your quirk, I have prepared a basic gist of things you can do to start training your quirk, meet me at the rooftop when you wake up, and I'll start your training.

Below this is some idea regarding what to do for training specific aspects of quirk

Absolute Access(Phasing):-

* Learn to phase through solid objects at will.

* Practice phasing through different types of objects, such as walls, floors, and even people.

* Learn to phase through objects without being detected.

* Use Absolute Access to move around undetected and to gain access to restricted areas.

Intangibility:-

* Learn to make yourself intangible at will.

* Practice becoming intangible to avoid attacks and to pass through obstacles.

* Learn to control your intangibility so that you can still interact with the physical world when needed.

* Use Intangibility to escape from danger and to ambush your enemies.

Lagging:-

* Learn to slow down time around you at will.

* Practice slowing down time to different degrees, from a slight slowdown to a complete stop.

* Learn to control your Lagging ability so that you can still move and think normally while the world around you is slowed down.

* Use Lagging to gain an advantage in combat and to avoid dangerous situations.

Teleportation:-

* Learn to teleport short distances at will.

* Practice teleporting to different locations, both within sight and beyond.

* Learn to teleport accurately and avoid teleporting into dangerous situations.

* Use Teleportation to quickly move around the battlefield and to surprise your enemies."

"As expected, she really is the perfect trainer for me, I wasn't wrong in helping her open up, this is going to be fun," said Izuku with a smirk as in his eyes various 1s and 0s were visible which were going up in direction of his brain, as he went out of the bed to the rooftop.
