"It's their lookout, I don't care what they have to do or sacrifice to train their quirks, its none of my concerns, and yes while doing community services they aren't allowed to use their quirks and will be wearing quirk suppressing collars or handcuffs while doing community services and I'll make sure there is someone to monitor them so that they don't remove their quirk suppressing handcuffs or collars," said Nezu.

Kazuki and Katsuki had a look of disbelief as if they heard something really absurd.

"But—-" said All Might as he was interrupted by Gran Torino.

"Shut the fuck up All Might, like Bakugo, you have no right to say anything in this matter, for what you guys have done, you should be lucky I'm not putting you behind bars and blacklisting these kids from becoming anything and having their names as child offenders," said Detective Naomasa, as he slammed his hand on the table.

"Even after all this you still had the balls to ask the question whether it's true or not with your son, do you think we are here just for fun, wasting our time here, even after all this, I see no amount of remorse or guilt in your eyes, same goes for your wife here, she's seeing everything like this is some kind drama, as a mother, I can't believe she has shown zero remorse or anything knowing her child might have committed suicide, all this is making me believe Fuyumi Todoroki's words here, that you are unfit to become the symbol of peace, Nana would be ashamed of you," said Gran Torino as he vented all of his anger.

"You will also have a pay cut and your 90% salary will go to the welfare of all the kids and people who are quirkless and suffer because of the likes of you guys," said Detective Naomasa.

"It applies to you as well," said Detective Naomasa as he was giving Kazuki death glares.

"Because he was quirkless and yet he wanted to become a hero." said both Kazuki and Katsuki at the same time.

"And what's the problem with that, can a quirkless person not be a hero?" asked Aizawa with cold eyes.

"How will he survive and fight villains who have strong quirks?" the one to answer was All Might.

"Ohhh, so he can't fight villains without a quirk and because of that he can't achieve anything in life, is that what you are implying All Might?" asked Aizawa as he faced All Might

All Might nodded.

"Then All Might care to explain how I have survived against mutant-type villains whose quirk I cannot erase, or when I am surrounded by many villains, as far as I remember, I am very much alive.

Nezu here was successful in opening a school that became Japan's No.1 School and as far as I remember I don't think he has any fighting-type quirk yet all the young aspiring heroes want to get into UA." said Aizawa with a dead voice.

"And as far as I remember, Sir Nighteye, your sidekick for the longest time, all he can do is look into one person's future and can be used only once every 24 hours, as far as I remember he doesn't have a combat-related quirk, and once he uses his quirk he is as good as a quirkless man, yet he was able to be your sidekick for the longest time, and even after that he was able to open his own agency which has become a leading agency in Japan, I don't think Sir Nighteye has died, let alone he has achieved everything you thought a quirkless person couldn't achieve, he became successful, well known, feared as well as was able to be your sidekicks, so don't utter bullshit like a quirkless person cannot be a hero," said Gran Torino as he was having the urge to hit All Might on his head.

"He didn't need to have a quirk to be a hero, he has a gift no one else has, which could have been proved to be very helpful to the heroes," said Fuyumi.

"His mind, he was a quirk nerd and had made detailed reports of all heroes, their quirks, their weaknesses, areas to improve, synergies with other heroes where they could cancel out each other's weakness, everything was writing and that too in detail, along with their current ranking and how they can be in top ranking heroes within no time, what are new possibilities with the quirk, and where there is room for development, and many creative ways in which a hero can use his quirk, in short, he knew everything about that hero probably even more then those heroes knew about themselves and their quirks, and if that said hero got his hands on this information he would be able to easily overcome his weaknesses and become a lot stronger than before, and he has made reports about all the pro heroes working in Japan, even the ones overlooked by media or not given much importance," said Fuyumi with a sense of pride in her voice which had a layer of sadness mixed in it.

Hearing this everyone including Endeavour was shocked to their core.

No one could speak a single word, all of them were digesting the information just provided by Fuyumi.

All of them had just one thought in their heads, 'What a waste.'

Nezu upon hearing this was pale as he said, "Do you guys have any idea how much of an asset Izuku could have been to pro heroes, and the hero society in general, if what she said is true, then pro heroes could have overcame their weaknesses got even stronger and the crime would have gone down to the point Japan would have become a crime-free country. Honestly, if I were asked, I would have Izuku in UA with my eyes closed and all the pro heroes would be dying to have him as an intern." Said Nezu with a look that said a really good opportunity was lost from their hand over discrimination, and this pissed him alot.

"Indeed, with someone that has this kind of mind and knowledge about the quirks it could have been a hard kick on the guts of the villains, what a waste, to think we lost such a great mind that had one sole dream to be a hero," said Detective Naomasa.

"Indeed, I would have loved to have him tell me my weaknesses which I could improve on." Said Aizawa as if someone killed his cat.

"How can you say it was detailed when we haven't even seen it" said Kazuki trying to refute it.
