Chapter 4

Yamaguchi's pov

As I went down the stairs to eat breakfast, I saw a note on the table. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed the note to see what it said.

'Me and Rika are at work right now, we will come home later. We went to the grocery store and bought some breakfast earlier if you want some, we'll see you in the evening. From: dad'

Rika is my dad's girlfriend since my parents are divorced.I'm not really sure what I think about her, I've only known her for maybe a year or two. She's nice and stuff I guess since she's trying really hard for us to get closer so we'll feel like an actual family, and I guess that I appreciate that.

I put the note back on the table and went to the fridge to get some juice, I wasn't really hungry right now so I walked back to my room after I put the juice in the fridge again. When I came in to my room a heard that my phone got a notification, one was from a random number and the other one from Tsukki, both on messages. I opened my phone and went to messages to read what Tsukki had sent to me

Hey Yams, do you want to meet up today? I'm bored

< The lack of enthusiasm when he text's is kinda funny. >

Me

Yeah sure! I wanted to ask you something anyways :) should we meet at the park?

Tsukki :)

Sure, see you

I put my phone away once again and changed into some clothes, brushed my teeth, I also brushed my hair so I could put it up. I then grabbed my headphones and plugged them into my phone and started my playlist on Spotify. After that I put on some shoes and started the walk to the park where me and Tsukki had agreed to meet up at. When I was at the park but I couldn't see Tsukki so I decided to sit on a bench and wait.

After a few minutes had passed, I then saw Tsukki walk in my direction so I waved at him and made some space on the bench for him.

"Hey Yams, what did you wanna ask me? You said something about that earlier" Tsukki asked me, I then remembered that I said that I wanted to talk to him.

"Oh right! There was this guy that started to follow me on Instagram yesterday and he said something about how he asked my tall friend to get my number but he said no. Was that you?"

"Ah, that guy? Yeah that was me, he didn't really have a reason so yeah I declined him. I mean,he could've been a total creep who just waned to ask you to do things for him. But he was that desperate so he dm: ed you? Was he rude or something?"

"No no, that's not the case. He was actually pretty nice, we didn't really have that much time to talk though, it was pretty late. But i understand why you said no, It's nice of you to think like that" I said

After that we pretty much just kept talking about random stuff. It was just nice to hang out and talk for a while. We talked pretty much about the concert, but that's understandable since it was yesterday.

"Yeah totally! I was actually a little afraid to go on stage you know, it was a bigger crown than usual. I mean, it was a lot of people who sang with me which was kinda surprising."

"I agree, Hinata and Kageyama played pretty good too. It was overall a nice concert"

"Mhm, maybe we should rent that place again sometime"

"You're thinking so far ahead Yams, we have school too you know"

"Yeah I know" I said as I pouted a little, We stayed quiet for a couple of seconds until we heard someone yell pretty loud. Tsukki and I turned around to see where the yelling came from.

It was a group that was skating, or at least three four of them were, one of them was standing on of the other's board looking scared, it was three guys and two girls. When they came closer a noticed a something about one of the girls.

"Hey Tsukki, isn't that Yachi?" I said as I looked at him.

"Yeah I think it is, who is she with though? They don't go to our school right?"

I looked at the group once again, one of the guys was the one who started to follow me yesterday! I looked at Tsukki and was about to tell him that I think it was him, but he looked a little disturbed, I guessed that he already had noticed him.

"Yachi!" I yelled as I waved at her, she looked back at me as I heard her say something to her friends. They then stopped one after another and Yachi came up to us.

"Hi Yams! And Tsukki, hehe" she said smiling

"Don't call me that" Tsukki said

"Don't be mean Tsukki" i said as I elbowed him in the arm kindly

"Ah! By the way guys, come here. These are my friends rom school" Yachi said to her other friends, I think one of the guys name was Teru something. At least on Instagram. The group came up to us and one of them said something.

"Wait, are you guys from that band?? We was at your concert yesterday! It was awsome!" A guy with light brown hair said

"Thank you! I'm Yamaguchi and this is Tsukki" I said while looking at Yachi's friends first and then on Tsukki.

"It's Tsukishima"

"Oh right, this is Misaki, that's Bobata, Teru and that's Futamata! The guy I invited to the concert, remember?"

"Oh! So you're from Johzenji? Do all of you guys go there then?" I asked as I tried to remember their names

"Yeah, we're all one the volleyball team! Misako is our manager and Terushima is our captain"

"Sure as hell I am! The best captain of the best team" he said proudly as his friends looked at him, with pain in their eyes

"If you were wondering, yes. He's always this annoying" the girl who was named Misako said sounding a little annoyed, which me and Yachi giggled a little at.

"I am deeply hurt now you know" Terushima said sarcastically.

We talked for quite a while, Terushima and the guy named Bobata showed me some tricks on the skateboard while Tsukki, Yachi, Misaki and Futamata talked. The evening was really fun until I got a text from my dad saying that I had to get home to dinner.

"Hey guys, I gotta go home for dinner. I see you guys some other time!"

"Really? All of us have to meet up sometime again" Misaki said while she saw waving a little with her hand.

"I'll go with you" Tsukki said as he started walking to me.

We all said goodbye before me and Tsukki started walking home.
