1 Chapter 1

I wake up in my house like usual and open my window. I see a forest in front of me and stretch in front of the window. I go downstairs and into the kitchen to make some breakfast for myself. After I am done eating I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I look in the mirror and see myself in it. I have white hair and heterochromia eyes, my left is red while the right is violet. My hair is wavy and over my red-eye. My body is lean with muscle on it. I look like a teenager from my appearance alone.

After I finish in the bathroom, I go outside and breathe in the fresh air. This forest is home to numerous creatures that people have never seen before. This place is a pocket dimension I made in the past to rest in when there was no work to be done. This was my resting place for hundreds of years.

My name is Merlin Emrys, the original Merlin, I have lived for hundreds of years in a suspended state. I only awoke recently from the slumber that I have placed myself in. Some may ask why I did that to myself and the answer is I had no real goal to strive for. I was a walking cheat since I was reincarnated.

Yea, I lived a life before in another world and I reincarnated into this one. I thought I traveled back in time because of the medieval age I was in but I figured out quickly that It was not. The reason for this was that gods do exist in this world. After I learned about this I needed to get stronger fast, since this world was much more dangerous than my original one.

Magic was present in this world so it was fun trying to learn it. There were all kinds of different magic because of the different religions and beliefs that formed them. Some required mathematics, others imagination, and some astrology. I even made a system of magic that was unique to me later in life.

After that, I went and followed king Arthur just like in the legends from my old world. Although Arthur was a girl unlike the legend from my past life. The story played out exactly like in legend except for a few things that were different from legend. One was Mordred being the son of Arthur which still happened but, he was adopted by Arthur instead of a biological son. No one knew this because they look so similar.

Arthur still died even if I wanted to prevent it. She was my friend after all, of course, I would not leave her to die and yet it still occurred since I was too weak at the time. I was heartbroken when it happened and didn't know what to do after that. So I trained and trained until I got strong enough to face gods. I got trained in all types of weapons that were known and learned all types of magic. Even when I was the strongest I could not find a place in this world or period to call home. So I decide to enter a state of suspended animation for hundreds of years, to try to get to a period where I was more familiar with it.

That leads us to the present, where I woke up recently and have started gathering information about the state of the world. From what I can see the events that took place are the same as in my original world so no real change there. It appears that normal humans have no idea about the supernatural side of things.

The supernatural world has some changes it would seem but none that I care too much about. One interesting change is the name for different tiers of power. From lowest to Highest.

-Mesos Tier

-Major Tier(low, mid, high)

-Extreme Tier(low, mid, high)

-Super Tier(low, mid, high)

-God Tier(low, mid, high)

-Ex Tier(Anything more powerful than god tier)

These tiers are just a classification of power, that the supernatural world made, to judge the relative strength of the opponents. They even have a website only accessible to the supernatural world by supernatural internet, which shows who is on each tier and their rank. I found it extremely excessive to make the internet just for the supernatural to use but I guess that is how much they want to stay hidden from normal humans.

I don't care about the supernatural side of things since I much prefer exploring the human world since it has been so long since I was in an age of modern society. I should explore Japan first since I always wanted to live there so might as well set up my home-based there first.

'Guess it's time to go back to the human world to have some fun. I also hope that I will be able to find something or someone to help alleviate my boredom.' I thought excitedly.

I get ready to leave so, I open a portal to my familiar that I have not seen since I went to sleep. I go out of the portal and in front of me is a white dragon who is sleeping.

"Wake up Mashiro!" I yell with amplify sound magic. She wakes up startled and looks around only to see me on the ground in front of her. She looks surprised and immediately shrunk down into her human form. After she shrunk a teenage girl with long white hair, silver eyes, and a slim figure emerges, with a one-piece white dress. She then proceeded to jump on me and hug me.

"Merlin you finally came back!" She yelled and started to cry on my chest.

"Yea, sorry for leaving you for so long." I said

"It's alright as long as you don't do that again. Do you know how long I wanted to see you? How long have I waited for you? Please don't do that again. I won't be able to take it a second time" she begged with tears in her eyes.

"Alright, I promise. I won't leave you again. From now on we will be together." I told her.

"Ok" she says while wiping her tears.

This girl or dragon is called Mashiro. She is my familiar as well as one of the strongest dragons on earth. During the time of Camelot, I defeated her and made her my familiar.

"Ok, Mashiro from today on we will go to Japan to enjoy what the human world has to offer." I declared to her.

"Alright then, anywhere is fine as long as I'm with you" she says in a happy tone.
