Andrew's The Mastermind

Before Felix died, Andrew, Hart, Gabriel and Tom arrived at Carlton Gardens by ten p.m as discussed.

"so how do we find the entrance of the company without drawing attention" Gabriel asked,

"good question, according to Felix message on the paper, the entrance will be found if we find the tree marked with blue paint" Tom replied,

"so what you mean to say now is that we have to search all the trees here for a blue paint?" Hart asks,

"yes, I'm afraid so" Tom replies

"but there are lots of trees here Tom, how will we find the tree on time" Andrew asks

"well, we're four in number so we can split up to make things faster, whoever finds the tree first should contact the others"

Tom replied, the other three nodded and left in search of the tree. Andrew finds the tree first and informs the others who joined him.

"so what now" Andrew asked as Tom inspected the tree and it's surrounding, he noticed a particular area on the ground which sounded hollow so he bent down to clear out the dried leaves on the floor which then revealed a wooden door, he opened it and with the help of his phones flash light he went down the stairs, the others looked at each other then followed suite. Once they got to the bottom of the stairs, they found themselves in a tunnel, at the end of the tunnel was a bright light which they walked towards the bright light led to a huge empty space with some items scattered on the floor.

"fuck! we're late" Tom yelled out in annoyance. This was the point we're Felix died, the message Felix's best friend sent was delivered to them. Tom, Hart and Gabriel were about checking the message when they were stopped by Andrew, this act only grew Tom's suspicion about him being the mastermind.

"hold up guys, I don't think we should check it, it might be a trap"

"what trap, we don't know who sent the message"

"Felix's name is clearly written there, let's not trust him afterall he's the one who gave off the hideout of...."

"cut it out Andrew, I'm checking the message" Tom cut in not letting Andrew finish his statement. Andrew sighed defeated and they all eventually checked the message. The image contained the new hideout of $LÅZENGER and an image, Andrew, Hart and Gabriel were shocked when they saw the image but Tom wasen't Just then they heard some noise from above them, they all hid to see who was approaching them.

  "Tom are you here?" officer George called out, when they realized it was only George they came out of hiding, immediately Goerge set eyes on Andrew who reluctantly came out hiding he ran to him and knocked him down.

"I need two officers down here now!" he yelled into his walkie talkie, Andrew struggled to be free but wasen't successful, Tom walked over to them smiling down at Andrew.

"you thought you could get away with all this, I knew it was you the whole time, it's no surprise you found the tree first"

"you guys are getting it all wrong, I'm innocent, it's not me, it's...." George didn't let him finish, he knocked him out. The policemen he asked for arrived just in time and put a handcuff on Andrews wrist.

"David take him to the station,  Derek stay here with them and see what you can find"

"yes sir" they responded and left

"Tom, I and the other men will go to their new hideout"

"sure, thank you very much George" Tom replied and they watched George disappear in the dark.

"I can't believe Andrew's the mastermind" Hart said disappointment itching in his voice.

"I can and I told you but you wouldn't believe me, at least let's go home now, he's been arrested, Gorge will take care of his men and whoever is working for him" Tom said.

"but why then did he follow us here" Gabriel asked

"obviously to keep us away but unfortunnately for him, his own man betrayed him and gave out his information, come on now, let the police do the searching though I doubt there'll be anything to found, we already caught the mastermind" Tom concluded, Hart and Gabriel exchanged looks feeling something was off but they decided to just leave.

At the Wayne's house, they trio also got the message but only Jaden checked it, Shawn and Mia were downstairs chatting, their phones not close to them, Jaden immediately ran down to inform them about it but found them deep in a conversation he didn't want to ruin their moment but he had no choice.

"sorry to interupt but Andrew's the mastermind"

"what!" they both exclaimed

"yup, look here" Jaden said showing them the message from Felix.

"so my dad was right about him" Mia said

"looks like it, now we've gat to inform them about it" the trio dailed their father's line after Shawn and Mia got their phone but their line was unreachable.

"my dad didn't pick up" said Mia

"same here" replied Jaden and Shawn just then they heard a sound come from the attic upstairs.

"what was that" Mia asked

"I have no idea" Shawn replied

"I thought we're the only ones here" jaden said

"we are, I think" Shawn replied unsure, the noise came again, louder this time, the trio looked at each other frightened but decided to check it out, they went up the sound and followed the sound to a dark attic, Shawn found the light switch with difficulty, immediately the lights came on a bat swirled around in the air before it found it's way through the open window at the far end of the attic, the noise was louder now and it was traced to a locked cupboard,

"do you have the key" asked Jaden

"no I don't, I didn't even know we had this" Shawn replied. The sound came again but this time a woman's voice followed it.

"Shawn is that you" the woman said,

"mom?"
