Chapter 29: A princess

Of course I lied to my family telling them that im going to walk around the place, actually im going out to the blacksmith shop to get Lucy from there.

Reaching the place, I came in like always since the door at the entrance is always open. I want to be as silent as possible to not make a fuss and not have witnesses in order to avoid problems.

Going in, I found the young girl sitting alone like usual just waiting for Tian to give her orders. Seeing me coming in, her face lit up and as she was about to shout my name but I placed my index on my lips to shush her.

"Shuuush."

She placed both her hands on her lips as if to stop her words from coming out. "Come on let's go. You will finally leave this place Lucy." I whispered to her.

Walking towards me, I lifted her in a princess carry and jumped doing a serie of parkour movement to reach the roof, and from roof to another I kept jumping to avoid people and attention until we reached my house.

I jumped directly inside my room from the window and I placed her down. "Welcome to my home Lucy, Shishishi." I laughed.

But it seemed that she wasn't really in a state to laugh since she bursted into tears. "Aaaahhh, hic, hic Meliodas thank you so much, I was really scared and desperate! Hic, I didn't want to continue living like that, I was scared that I would stay like this my whole life, hic thank you so much!"

"Its okay Lucy don't worry you have me now, I am your friend, okay?"

"Un." She nodded her head wipping tears from her eyes. After calming down I helped her take a shower and gave her a purple robe I bought for her, its cut was flattering and elegant and sleeves were long and flowing, it reached her knees exposing her white jade calves.

"Perfect, now we are ready to go!" I said with a proud smirk.

"Where are we going?" She shyly asked.

"To introduce you to my family of course!"

*Arthur POV*

We just got to the VIP room, me and my mother as well as my sister, Lilia and her mother.

"Im really excited to see what sort of items they are gonna auction off today." I said.

"We will be expecting very important guests later on, but for now make yourselves confortable." Tabitha said taking a look from the glass to the group of people down there.

People started gathering inside the room, we could see everything from above here. Mom and Tabitha were chatting, Ellie and Lili were playing.

*Sigh*

'Just where is Meliodas, it would've been fun if he was here.' I thought.

While everyone was enjoying his time, suddently the door of the door opened and armored guards came in. Followed with a hooded mage, then we all heard Vincent voice introducing the family that joined us.

"May I present his majesty Blaine Glayder, her majesty Priscilla Glayder, prince Curtis Glader and princess Kathyln Glader!" They are the royal family.

"We didn't know we would share the space with guests Vincent." The king spoke with a deep voice full of authority.

Vincent explained that we are a close friends, which ended up by being accepted and they became friendly with us. But the mage kept looking at Sylvie with curious and interested eyes.

Anyways, the auction started and everyone was having fun. The king was just buying whatever was to his liking at crazy prices, this is one of the perks of being filthy rich.

In the items that were shown off, many swords and weapons were exposed and I could just tell Vincent that I wanted one of them for me or Meliodas and he would reserve it for me immedietly for the help I was providing to awaken his daughter's mana core, but none of them was to my liking.

Everyone of them had a special abilitie or a affinitie and I don't like that, I want something less unique. While I was invested in watching all those items, Vincent sat next to me.

"Arthur, I managed to find two of the items you requested." He crossed his legs.

"Which ones did you find?" I excitedly asked.

"The voice altering mask, and a cloack made from nightmare fox, it has the abilitie to obscure your presence from unsuspecting eyes." He said with a smile.

"Really! You found what was most likely to not be found. Haha you are truly impressive uncle Vincent." It seemed that what I said now boosted his ego, since he pumped his chest and proudly said.

"Humph of course, who do you think I am. As for the sword, if you dont find what you want, you can always go and check the filing, there are a lot of things there, you might be able to snatch a cool thing." He said as he stood from his place.

"Thank you uncle Vincent!" I streched my muscles a little bit since I was in this position for like 30 minutes.

'Wait where is Sylvie?' I started looking for her around, bending to look under the chairs and tables, but still she was nowhere to be found.

Until I saw the king's mage bending on his knees cornering Sylvie who was freaking out. "Come here little girl~" He said streching his hand to grab her.

"Sylvie come here!" I ordered her as she skipped to hide behind me.

'I need to calm down, he's the royal family's court mage.' I tried to control myself since I didn't like what he was doing at all. Stalking people pets isn't something a king's mage should do.

Walking back to my seat, the stupid mage said. "A coutryside commoner has no place frolicking around with such a special beast."

"What...?" I stopped on my tracks still facing my back towards him.

"What im saying is..." He continued with an evil smirk. "That she will be mine." He pointed to Sylvie.

I couldn't control myself anymore, anger took control of my emotions, how dare he say that he's going to separate me from my pet, she now is not only my pet but my friend, another part of me. I left out all of my killing intent and bloodlust when saying those words.

"Say that again!"

Everyone in the room was overwhelmed by the pressure that came out from the bloodlust I emenated. The mage lost control on his body and fell to the ground on his butt. The guards panicked and unshealted their weapons surrounding the queen and her children to protect them.

Vincent like the pussy he is fell on the ground having a hard time even to breath air, and the king took his sword from a pocket ring shouting.

"WHO DARES TO TRY AND ATTACK THE ROYAL FAMILY? SHOW YOURSELF!"

'Crap, I went too far. Thank god they thought its an intruder.' I thought.

-A few moments before this happened-

"If it isn't little Meliodas!" On of the workers of the Helstia house greeted me.

"Sup!" I waved with a gun shaped hand.

"Mister Vincent told me to show you the filling to see if there is something that you may like." He bowed slightly still looking at me and the beautiful Lucy next to me wondering who she is.

"Okay then, let's go." I hurried him. And this is what we did, I gave a look to the things there, but nothing really interested me to be honest.

"Lucy, if there is something you want yo can take it don't worry."

"A-are you sure Meliodas?" She was a little bit hesistant.

"Of course! You are a princess today, consider what your going to take a gift from me, Shishishi." I laughed rubbing index finger under my nose.

"But sir Meliodas, Vincent said that only you can take items." The middle aged man held his hand together leaning a bit forward closing his eyes.

"Huh? What are you still doing here, shou shou, go away. If there is something, Vincent will say it to me direcrly." I waved my hand indicating for him to leave us alone.

"O-okay..." He left looking down, disapointed to being treated like that by a kid.

"M-meliodas, im taking this okay?" She took a blue necklace that was intricately made, with delicate and intricate details. The blue crystal vibrant and glimmering seemed to almost glow,

'It probably is a true work of art, its gonna cost Vincent a lot for our services hahaha' I thought.

"Yes of course if you like it then it's yours." I smiled a little.

"C-can you help me wear it, Meliodas?" She said.

"Sure." She handed it to me and turned around facing her short beautiful white hair, after treating all of her injuries, her nape's white jade like skin was beauiful as ever. I am sure that she will grow to becaume a beauty in the future.

She turned around and stepped back, leaning forward she asked with a smile. "So? How do I look?"

"You look very beautiful Lucy, you truly are a princess." My left hand in my pocket, I gave her thumbs up with my right hand, a big smile drawn on my childish face.

"R-really Meliodas? Y-you are n-not lying a-arent you?" Her face became scarlet red, looking down connecting the tips of her index fingers, she shyly asked.

"I would never lie to you Lucy! You truly are beautiful." Well I was saying the truth, I really admired her beauty since the only girls that can match her in terms of narutal beauty are Tess and Liz after all.

I decided to give another look inside before going to join everyone, I actualy found a pretty interesting outfit for me, it looks like an exact copy of a dress Meliodas used to wear in the show before creating the Seven Deadly Sins, and I took it for myself.

Enjoying my time with Lucy until a sudden bloodlust speard throught the whole auction house. I felt the source coming from the third floor but it was strong enough to reach us down here.

"M-Meliodas im scared, I feel heavy." I rushed towards her and held her hand, at that moment the bloodlust stopped.

"Haha, just what the hell are you doing up there Arthur?" I smiled looking up at the roof.

"Ahhhh fuck this shit im out of here! This is too much." A man came running from inside the filling lifting a bag filled with items and armors. He probably is a thief who got scared from the bloodlust Arthur emenated.

"Get out lf the way kids!" He was about to push us out of the way, but he is unfortunate enough to meet me here so grabbing his hand roughly crashing it completely, I did a judo move spinning him around my shoulder and slamming him on the ground.

"Aaaahhh..." He screamed mid-air.

*THUD!*

Once he made contact 'softly' with the ground, he immedietly lost consciousness.

'Oh my god! Meliodas is so coooool~' Lucy thought while blushing.

I called for the guards and told them what happened.

-Back to Arthur POV-

While everyone in the room was panicking and waiting for the nonexisting enemy to come out, another one of the guards entered the room.

"Reporting to your majesty! The intruder has been apprehended by the captain's son Meliodas Leywin just now." He was standing staright talking with now emotion.

"Oh is that so? Then all is well." The king said.

'Thank you Meliodas! You saved the day.' I gave him an imaginary thumbs up.
