Prince~ Eleanor

"What happened?" Ell asked worriedly when he saw Jessica retracting with an aggrieved face.

"Nothing, I'm not used to this kind of ritual so please refrain" she replied directly while looking straight at him.

Ell felt thankful that Jessica didn't realize that what he did was an intentional act instead of some rite because there was nothing like a kiss in the beast world. Ell just got an urge after looking at her pink soft plump lips which resulted in his novice like a soft bite on her lip.

He controlled himself light night but currently when he looked at her beautiful face shining in the golden light making her look alluring, he gulped but he lost his sanity when he inhaled the sweet fragrance she was emitting.

After listening to her words Ell nodded and slowly touched one of her hands, he said in a wronged voice "Are you angry with me?" while looking at her with gleaming eyes.

Jessica looked at his face and sighed because instead of being angry she was shocked by his earlier kiss. She remembered how her heart skipped a beat at that moment, that was her first kiss in a real sense even if it was a soft bite on the lower lip.

At some point, she enjoyed the kiss which was like a first different sensation for her but in the end, all she got was a disappointment. She was kind of happy in the beginning that she got kissed by someone like Ell in the first place but when Ell agreed to her statement that what he did was just a ritual she was discontented, she wished for him to deny but in the end, it was all futile.

But after some deep self-contemplation, she removed the thought from her mind, she concluded that maybe she is overthinking because having all this kind of tradition is not something she couldn't think of because she remembered that there were many countries in her world where kissing was a normal greeting.

So in the end, she helplessly smiled at Ell who was making a puppy look, and said "No, I'm not angry".

Her words were like a soothing remedy for Ell so he slowly gave her a side hug and said " Thank you for not getting angry", in reply Jessica just chuckled.

Ell suddenly got down and sat on the ground, he asked " Can I remove this? After that we can soak our feet in the pond" while pointing at her sandals.

Jessica instantly agreed and sat down, after removing the sandals both of them sat down side by side with their feet in the small pond. Since Ell was wearing a long skirt he had to lift it to not to get it wet, showing his sturdy legs.

Jessica who was looking at him thought ' I don't think getting kissed by him is a bad deal, after all, he is a perfect man a woman can ask for '.

Ell who felt her unwavering gaze smiled shyly, in return he also looked back at her and asked "What are you looking at?" in a teasing tone.

"Thinking about you, Prince~ Eleanor" she teased him back making him blush hard. His reaction was so adorable that Jessica laughed so hard and after calming herself she said " By the way, you haven't explained to me about you being a prince".

Ell was looking at her smiling face intently and when she asked him he explained " Remembered? Levi told you about the land distribution in this world. Floating Islands belong to us Phoenix clan and I'm the first Prince because my father is the king".

Jessica was surprised because she lived in a world where aristocracy was abolished so she asked " Then what are you doing here? Aren't Princes supposed to live in their palaces?".

Hearing her questions, Ell laughed and said "Being a prince doesn't mean that we can't do anything, and You asked why I live here? It started with friendship, then because of training and soon this place became my second home" as if remembering something good, then he looked at Jessica and continued " Look how lucky is this place as I got to meet you. Now this place feels more homely".

His words made Jessica blush so she suddenly said "you have a very beautiful name, Eleanor".

" I knew it. My Aunt gave me this name but Blaze said that my name is very long so they started calling me Ell...but Jessica can you call me by my name?" He started in an enthusiastic tone and turned it into a soft plead in the end.

Jessica agreed without any further argument and started calling him by his name which made Ell blush hard so she began to tease him.

After some time of soaking Jessica started to feel drowsy, she felt a warm yet soothing sensation running through her body so she asked "Eleanor, what kind of pond is this? I don't know why but I'm suddenly feeling drowsy"

Ell who was fiddling with some flowers which he plucked from a bush beside the pond, looked at her and smiled. He said " I created this pond, the water inside it is from a precious river that flows in the floating islands and Its water can remove fatigue, that's why you are feeling drowsy. You can sleep right here, I promise not to disturb you."

Jessica nodded and carefully lay down on the soft grass beside the pond and looked at the Golden trees above her, scattered sunlight was coming through the leaves making the place look like a small Paradise. Some leaves were falling with a slow cold breeze making the environment peaceful.

Only one thought came to Jessica's mind ' This is the real heaven an office worker could ever dream of. A peaceful environment without any nuisance, free schedule to sleep anytime, what does anyone need more than this?... Now that I think about it, I'm supposed to be in my office today....let's forget that, I don't want to think about that right now...' and soon she fell into a deep sleep.

Ell who was carefully looking at her smiled when he sensed her taking deep breaths, with a flick of his finger the long red skirt disappeared leaving him naked.

He tried to remove his clothes earlier but Jessica stopped him in a straight voice by saying " Don't even think about removing your skirt". Ell refrained earlier but now Jessica was asleep so he slowly went into the water soaking his full body while looking at the beautiful maiden in the front. He thought ' How can she be so perfect? ', He kept on looking at her with a smile while relaxing himself.

Ell brought Jessica to this place for two reasons, firstly because he wanted to show his secret place to her, and secondly because he was tired. He came back from the floating Islands yesterday after traveling continuously for more than twenty days but he would have never thought that his return will allow him to meet Jessica with whom he fell in love at first sight.

Ell gave a long sigh while putting his head on his arms which were slowly fiddling with the long black scattered hairs beside the pond, he slowly mumbled

" How long will it take to make you mine, my jazz~" inhaling the sweet scent whose intensity decreased by a noticeable amount compared to last night.
