Preparation (chapter 17)

Before it literally did a 180, as it was stuck on the ground, turning its hands, head, legs, and torso to a position where the Asgardian woman was on top of its torso before she jumped down, avoiding the large beam of energy. "Oh, thanks. Although I want it destroyed to get some material, I still wish to see its capabilities." Of course, Henry being Henry, he was rooting for the Asgardians to win, but that is only because he wanted to steal the golem just in case the Asgardians managed to destroy it. Otherwise, Henry being a hater, he would have rooted for the golem. He then watched as the golem released continuous beams of hot energy, paving a path through hard gravel ground before sending the female Asgardian warrior flying as the fat Asgardian was then aided by the two other males who were then told to evacuate everyone in the town. Of course, Henry left, but not completely; he just watched from a distance he didn't want to get hit.
The golem would have killed them if Thor didn't step in whom started to yell to his brother? "guess odin gets around". "anyways the God of Thunder is stepping in," Henry smiled as he waited with anticipation, only for the golem to turn around just for a second before backhanding Thor and sending him flying, as human women yelled no before running towards Thor, who started to bleed. Meanwhile, Henry was confused. "What? Is that it?" and stunned at how quickly Thor was taken care.

Chapter 17
"Is that all the God of Thunder can do?" a confused Henry stared at the downed Thor being tended to by a human woman as the golem walked away. "What the hell?" Henry watched as his precious study material was walking away. "No, come on, Thor, get up!" So Henry surprisingly started to root for Thor himself. "Come on, get up," like the human woman standing over Thor, and it looked like someone was listening because something flew towards their direction. "Huh?" Confused, Henry watched as something that was capable of exceeding the speed of sound flew towards Thor. The human woman was then dragged away before Thor lifted his hand, where the object flying towards him stopped in his hand, allowing him to grab it, which caused a massive bolt of lightning to strike Thor, kicking up dust.
It turned out to be a hammer. "Yes!" Henry thought in delight as he watched Thor suit up, literally. Metallic armor appeared around Thor, including a red cape, before he spun at high speed and then threw the hammer towards the golem, hitting it in the head, which sent it flying towards Henry. "Aw shit," Henry cursed as the golem hit the side of the building he was hiding in before Thor's hammer was recalled. The golem, now missing several pieces of armor, then got up and shot a high-intensity beam of energy towards Thor, who deflected it with his hammer before throwing the hammer again, sending it through the building. Meanwhile, Henry stared at Thor, who recalled the hammer before using it to fly towards the golem as he thought.
"He should call himself the God of Hammers instead." Henry then entered the destroyed building where the golem was flying through as he thought, "It's missing several pieces, time to collect some materials." He was, of course, happy at the fact that he received yet another extraordinary material, so he collected them. There were 10 pieces that came off from the golem, which made him happy as he gathered them. "They're hot," he thought to himself as he then teleported back to the first hideout. The excitement on his face was palpable, but he had no need to go back for more. "Well, I got out with what I can. Thor should be able to beat that thing now, and S.H.I.E.L.D would sweep the whole place, so it's great I got out of there without putting myself back on their radar again," he smiled.
He might be greedy, but he was not stupid, at least not according to him. After placing the parts down, the first thing he wanted to do was melt them down before remembering something, "Right, there is a 50% chance that this thing is destroyed," he sighed. His new skill was still not high enough, so he was not willing to use it on precious limited resources, so he shelved the metal as he thought, "Well, now that this is out of the way, it's time I head back to New York. I still need to attend that party those stupid low-lives are hosting." Being a drug dealer, Henry of course wanted to make connections, even with low-lives, but honestly, for someone who made the homeless and high school kids OD, he shouldn't preach. But Henry was a hypocrite, so he didn't see any problem in separating himself from gang lords and human traffickers.
The reason why he needed to attend this meeting was to of course set himself to a better place and climb the underground ladder, and he is planning on getting himself to a higher status was to selling a limited amount of 4th grade orchid pills to some rich millionaires who wanted to get high to the heavens, but to do that, he needs some connections and some friends on the otherside of the underground ladder, just for that green paper, that money, and henry was going to a lot for a benefit. After savely putting away the metal, he turns his attention to a potion he was working on, "going to meet gang leades, mafia associates and criminals without arming myself is quite stupid" which he knew, so he was preparing to arm himself, so that he doesnt die.
He was brainstorming some ideas, "although i have my alchemical belt, its no longer satisfactory as even with it being protected from impact, it could still break" so he though of an idea, an idea that might work, which he of course going to implement, "hmm, it might just work" he though to himself as he got up, before talporting to his second hideout along with some harvested plants, before he started to prepare some the plants, by turning them into past, while another plant he cooked, literally, as the plant was boiled, it dissolves, he then filtered the cooked plant, turning them into before adding the paste.
After mixing the two plants, henry then activated his potion synthesis skill before he then melted the two plants together, since they where prepared, he had hell of a lot of easier time when he was melting and purifying them using his mana, a minute later, henry then had a new potion, the fact that there wasnt an excited grin on his face told that this wasnt a 4th grade potion, "well, i wast expecting it to be a 4th grade potion" he sighted as then poured the potion into a pill mold, which then used his state of matter skill to turn into pills, which allowed him to turn the single potion into 15 pills, this made him happy as he though, "i really love turning 1 use item into 15 use item" of course he was happy about this, who wouldnt, he was saving materials, "although i have noticed that i am not getting as much as i could get from downing the whole potions" but that was to be expected.
After he prepared his potions and other items, henry whom was looking sharp and strapped, henry whom was now wearing his suit, which was consisted of his mask, jacket whom didnt have as much potions as before but there still some potions left, especially his rare 4th grade potions, although they were still dwindling, but 10% chance of him getting a potions was still a chance, so he still have some 4th grade potions. After everything was ready with the packace on him, henry then left his second hideout, while he walked along the abandoned train station, "i should synthesis a night vision potions" he sighted to himself as he left the station while heading to the agreed upon location, which was a abandoned apartment complex.
Walking into the apartment complex, the first thing he saw was the number of people, there were men, 4 of them, wielding a bats, crowbars and machete, they dont seem to be surprised by his arrival as henry through, "i dont like this at all" he felt like there was something wrong in the back of his head, "well, i am making a deals with low lifes" he sighted to himself as he climbed the first floor, which 4 more people, he continued to climb to the third floor where there 5 people before arriving at the 4th floor where the meeting was supposed to take place, instead he found 4 people whom immediately surrounded him, causing henry to sight as he chuckled, "hhhhhhhh, alright, fuck it then" underneath his mask, a pill was crushed underneath his teeth.
