Legendary Battle of the Maze

When the Westonian Empire have fallen, they have experienced the power of the dark emperor that was nothing like.

People talked about the power but they never knew the real source behind of that power.

Before the magical swords have been produced, there were still wars between the empires.

But they were not the only great power in the world. There was also dragons, dwarfs and elves.

The dragons known as their high magic and destructive fire power, the dwarfs as their mastering in the swords and elves as their mastered techniques of fighting.

Among the dragons, there were a dragon king that was considered by many as the most powerful living thing in the world. But some disagreed with that opinion including the Dark Dragon.

Dark Dragon claimed to be the strongest one in the world and challenged the Dragon King. At the end of the battle of the dragons, the Dark Dragon vanished and Dragon King showed the strongest one to the world.

But Dark Dragon never gave up. Dark Dragon wanted to take down the Dragon King. As the dragon was looking for a solution, a human reached to the cave that the Dark Dragon was hiding.

When dragon realized the real power of that human, the dragon turned to a sword and allowed human to use the sword. This human later became the dark emperor himself.

Dark emperor's sword were the only sword in the world that both uses the power of the dragon magic and the power of the magical swords. Many of the empires and kingdoms fallen to the dark emperor because of that.

Dark emperor occupied everywhere including some lands of the dwarves and elves. But he wanted more power to conquer ancient empires. So he wanted to annex the maze.

When the people believed that there was nobody to take down the dark emperor, somehow dark emperor got beaten in the battle of the maze.

That was the battle which changed the history.

Dark emperor attacked to the maze and tried to break the walls. But the Forgotten Masters and the people of the maze defended the maze together.

After days of fighting, dark emperor himself attacked to the walls of the maze for winning the battle. But it was the worst decision he made. Masters were the advantageous side since they could use the magical power of the maze.

Two heroes of the ancient empires attacked to the dark emperor but something unexpected happened, their long time friend was joined to the clash as apprentice of the dark emperor. The battle continued as one of the heroes fall and the dark emperor left the clash for taking the control of the maze.

He took down every master and magician on his way through the center of the maze.

But when he arrived to the center of the maze his power wasn't enough to beat the last knight that defends the maze.

When everyone thought that the battle was over and dark emperor won the battle, the dark emperor fallen down as he got hit by the power of the dragon king.

His sword felt to the maze and disappeared as he took down.

On the other hand, the apprentice of the dark emperor ran away as the dark emperor has fallen.

When Leopold was telling the story to the Arthur, he was looking really pessimistic. He looked to the border between two kingdoms and started to hear the shoutings of the knights who were trying to understand what happened.

Arthur,

"Great story! Really I learnt a lot about myself."

Leopold looked to Arthur,

"Can't you be happy about anything?"

Arthur,

"Look, it's good to hear some story from you. I didn't know you are a wise guy. But still you take me from North River for nothing."

"I didn't. I told you about something do you remember?"

"You told lots of things."

"About the sword of the dark emperor."

"Yes, you told about that."

Leopold breathed the air and started talking again,

"Ten years ago, as the Kingdom of Westonia we fought with a tyrant. That tyrant was trying to annex the lands of the maze."

"I guess that guy was too strong."

"Yes, he was powerful but there were also other kingdoms supporting him. Whatever, he annexed the center of the maze, the place that the maze is being controlled."

Arthur was shocked,

"What the fuck? So, that master guys are real."

"Let me finish what I am trying to say. He entered to the center of the maze and he fought with the knights of the maze. Knights weren't expecting him to go to the center since they didn't know he had the sword of the dark emperor."

Arthur,

"They told me that the maze stopped changing the walls about a hundred years ago."

"That's because the magical structure of the maze is not working and some parts have been destroyed."

"Then you can fix it."

"It is not possible since there are no masters left. After that battle he declared that he is the strongest one in the maze and claimed the title of the king of the maze. As the Kingdom of Westonia we marched with other kingdoms in our side to take him down."

Leopold stopped and started to think in his mind.

Arthur understood that he was feeling sad from his voice,

"I think something happened at the war."

"We lost our queen."

Arthur,

"My condolences."

Leopold continued to his speech after trying to find a power to talk,

"That is the all story about the maze. But you aren't asking about anything that I talked about."

"Yes, I knew some of them."

"Arthur, the sword of the dark emperor is back. Because of that, with the princess from other kingdoms, I tried to search the sword that the masters hide in the maze."

Arthur asked curiously,

"What have you found?"

"I didn't find the sword but I found you."
