Chapter 2
When Janet woke up it had already been 10:00 am. Milly has bought a soup for her, so Janet is drinking the soup," Who bought me here?" Janet asked.
Milly got a little shy when she thought about the man of the morning, her cheeks became rosy, "Oh! when I came here a gentleman was taking care of you, when I entered he stood up and left without saying anything", Milly tells as she realises the suspicious gaze of Janet.
After thinking for a moment, "Is he was your ex boyfriend?" Milly asks.
Janet was about to ask something else, but she just shuts her mouth after catching the deadly glance of Janet. Milly avoids the Janet's gaze and sit downs on the chair.
"I never had a boyfriend before", Janet told Milly after drinking the soup.
Milly was quiet surprised, " Then who was he...?" Milly mumbles slowly.
Janet looked at Milly with, "What did you just said?" look and Milly didn't talk after that.
"Milly, have you also taken the leave from office", Janet asked.
"Yes, I have also taken leave, since there is nobody to take care of you, somebody has to take care of you,nah!" Milly replied in one breathe.
Janet turned her back towards Milly, "I am going to take a nap, you can go outside, if you are bored" after that she didn't talk. Milly also got up from the chair and walked outside to take walk, her legs have became sore since she was sitting there from morning.
When Milly was walking on the hospital's Park, she got a call from her boyfriend, she talked to her boyfriend for half an hour, when she realised that other visitors are looking at her strangely, she realised that she had laughed very loudly many times. So, she just got up from the chair and start to roam around, "Do you know sister Janet didn't have any boyfriend till now?", Her boyfriend was also shocked because Janet is now 26 years old and is quiet beautiful.
"How come she never had any boyfriend, ahh! she must be making you fool" her boyfriend laughs loudly, her boyfriend remarks change the mood of Milly." I am not a fool, I am going to look at sister Janet, Bye."
Milly cuts off the phone by saying this.
When Milly reached at the door of Janet's room, she saw that Janet has opened her laptop and watching something. Milly also got excited and run towards Janet, "What are you watching, sister Janet?" when she reached to Janet and watched the laptop she was shocked, "Who works when they are sick, are you a fool sister Janet?",Milly grumbles as she looks at Janet.
Janet who is busy in working didn't reply her and focus continuously on laptop, Milly just stands there," The doctor said you can be discharged tomorrow, but you have to take medication on time for some time, and watch what you are eating."
"Did you ask about the person who brought me here, yesterday?" Janet looks at Milly.
Milly pulls out the chair and sits, "No, but I got the form that he filled up yesterday and here is his name", Milly points at the name, "His name is Aaron Davies"
Janet looks at the name again, "Are you sure? it is my form" Janet looks a bit surprised as she sees her name there too.
She reaches her phone on the table and search something, and shows to Milly. "Is he was the one?"
"Yes, it was him", Milly answers as she take the phone, Janet sighs after the confirmation of Milly.
Milly looks at the phone and suspiciously gaze towards Janet,"But how do you know him?"
Janet takes back her phone," He was my classmate in school." Janet replies casually.
Milly doesn't believe the words of Janet, so she suspiciously looks at Janet, "He and I were not in good terms, so I was shocked that he helped me." Janet starts to work on her laptop after putting down her phone.
"But... you should still thank him." Milky speaks in a small voice.
"Yes, I will thank him, whenever we will meet" Janet smiles at Milly.
"But he has also paid the bill for your surgery, yesterday." Milly's voice get even smaller.
Janet looks at Milly and Milly nodes her head avoiding eyecontact with Janet.
Janet takes a deep breathe and rolls her eyes as she couldn't believe that she have to meet that fellow.
