17 Chapter 17: Alpha and Luna

It has been two weeks since Jay found me and mated with me. Since that night/morning I have turned into a freak. There was a routine in mine and Jay's life. Jay ruled the day and I ruled the night. Jay told me every day I'm his queen and his Luna. This Luna's riding skills makes Alpha Jason tap out basically making him agree to everything I want.

Someone shook me out of my dirty thoughts. It was Luna Elise. She gave me a box and I hesitantly opened the box and gasped at the pearls before me. She told me that not everyone got a chance to wear these pearls, only Lunas who are about to be officially accepted. Tonight, is the Alpha Acceptance Ceremony and since Jay found his mate, I am also going to be accepted. Luna gave me a hug before we shared an Italian kiss. She left so that I can get ready.

I was taking a hot steaming shower when I heard a soft knock on the door. "Who is it?", I asked. "It is Tia, I am here to help you get ready”, she replied. I told her to get in and give me 5 minutes to finish showering. I got out if the bathroom with a towel wrapped around my body. I noticed Tia as one of the omegas that I whole heartedly adored.

I sat on my chair in front of the mirror as I trusted Tia to help me get ready. She first worked on my hair and I told her to leave it in its naturally state because that's how Jay likes it, since childhood. My makeup was simple, and light and I must admit, I looked beautiful. After admiring myself in the mirror, Tia help me in my long mermaid white dress. It had a V-neck shape at the back, and I knew Jay would like the view.

Tia got the message that I should come. She escorted me to where the ceremony is taking place, near the woods. The whole pack was there to witness this moment.

My father handed Alpha Jackson a silver knife and Alpha Jackson raised it up high as he spoke out loud. " I, Alpha Jackson, of the Blue Reign Pack, acknowledge that my time to lead is over and it is time for new leaders to step and lead this pack in the best way possible. I hand over my Alpha title to my heir, Jason with the trust that he will lead this pack."

" Do you Jason, Accept the responsibility to lead this pack faithfully and in the best way, do you promise to love and take care of your pack and do you accept this alpha title to be officially called Alpha Jason?", Alpha Jackson asked.

" I Do!"

" Do you Naylani, Accept the responsibility to lead this pack faithfully and in the best way, do you promise to love and take care of your pack and do you accept this Luna title to be officially called Luna Naylani?", Luna Elise asked.

" I Do!"

Alpha slid his palm and slid Jay's too, he put his palm on Jay's and then there was an aurora, the was power exchange and every member felt it as we all bowed our heads towards my mate. Then everyone cheered.

Alpha Jackson handed the knife to Luna Elise and to say I was scared would be an understatement. Luna Elise slid her palm and slid mine too, she put her palm on me and I felt and witnessed the power exchange from Luna Elise to me. I felt more powerful and everyone bowed the heads in my direction as a sign of acceptance and respect.

After a moment, Alpha Jackson and Luna Elise spoke in unison, " I pronounce you Alpha and Luna!"

We went to the hall were everyone piled food on the plates, pack members came to congratulate us and our new betas, Kim, and Aaron.

After filling our wolf stomachs, Jay took my hand and led me to the middle of the hall. Erykah Badu's Orange moon blasted through the speakers and he whispered in my ear, "May I have this dance?", he asked. I nodded my head yes and we swayed across the room and loved every moment of it.

" I love you my, Luna"

"I love you my, Alpha"

" I'm thankful that we ended up as mates"

We shared a sweet and loving kiss until we were out of breath.

I love this man.
