1 Chapter 1- Fight or flight

"Jasmine come on girl we have to go" Audrey said rolling her eyes they had been located by a pack and they needed to get out of the cabin before other members of the pack showed up.

"You know she acts like she is untouchable Audrey" Quiana said also rolling her eyes fed up with the wait." Jasmine jones I swear to the moon goddess if you do not get out here I will drag your light bright ass out" Audrey said starting to get upset. She could sense Delilah scratching to the surface itching to pounce on her bestfriend.

Delilah is My wolf and my name is Audrey Moonlight I am African American, Puerto Rican and creole. I am a rare white wolf and I have rare Aqua Blue eyes. I use to be apart of the Moonlight pack in Puerto Rico until our pack was attacked leaving me the only survivor I ran for my life and ended up here in the United States now I am a rogue wolf. My father Ramon was a very sweet man he was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico he met my mother Cynthia while she was on assignment from her former pack. My mother  was also the sweetest woman to ever walk this earth with a heart of gold she was African American and creole and my father was full blood Puerto Rican.

I met my two very best friends while we were on the run they are also rogues I met jasmine first we were both only 8 years old when we met I found her so beautiful and innocent yet feisty. Jasmine is black, white and Spaniard she has beautiful brown curly hair and green eyes she is a beautiful tan and brown wolf. She's kind hearted but will claw your eyes out  if you rub her the wrong way she is also a major diva and drama queen.

Then we have Quiana she can be an introvert sometimes but is also the life of the party she is black, Dominican, and Native American she has beautiful long black hair chocolate skin and light brown eyes she is a beautiful grey and black wolf.We met while jasmine and I were running from a pack in Florida when we met Quiana,  jasmine and I had just turned 14 years of age and Quiana looked like she hadn't had food in days so we shared our food with her and ever sense then we have been inseparable to say the least.

"Jasmine why does it always take you forever to just grab your things so we can leave" . Quiana said obviously frustrated. "Come on ki you know Valeria always wants to make sure I have what I need for our next venture". Jasmine said rolling her eyes. "Well your wolf if going to get us killed". I said as I started to walk towards the door. "'Yeah I never allow Lethi take control over me especially in dire situations like this." Quiana said also walking towards the door to the cabin. " whatever let's just go before those idiots get back" jasmine said walking behind Quiana

As we walked out the door we seen three men standing across the yard from us angrily staring canines visible. "RUN!" I yelled out to the girls we leaped and shifted into our wolf form and ran for our lives. Me having alpha blood I ran the fasted so I had to slow my pace the girls weren't far behind seeing that jasmine had the blood of a beta and Quiana a delta. We ran and ran we wanted to stop but we knew we had to keep going.

We were running for what felt like hours when we ran smack dead into two wolves it looked like they were during patrols of their pack territory I was ready to turn and run when I realized Quiana and jasmine were acting strange they kept staring at eachother then at the Male wolves next thing I know they shifted back to their human form. The male wolves did the same and the four just continued to stare at eachother

"Why are you three masking your scents what do you have to hide" the beta said in a serious tone I could tell he wasn't an alpha but he still carried some sort of authority which told me he was a beta and the one next to him was a delta. " we could ask you the same thing Mr. beta" Jasmine said in a mocking yet flirtatious tone. "Release your scent jas for some reason I trust them" valeria(jasmines wolf) spoke to jasmine. "Are you sure" jasmine said in return, Valeria gave her a resounding yes and jasmine just sighed a nervous sigh. "I don't know why but my wolf trust you so I will release my scent" jasmine said to the beta. Quiana and I looked at her shocked wondering what the hell was she thinking then Quiana said that her wolf wanted her to do the same thing.

"We will do the same" the beta said the wolf next to him looked at him like he was crazy but he reassured him that it was fine. They released their scent and that's when all their eyes grew wide and in unison they said

"Mate!"
