Blake entered the room his eyes looked darker and brighter somehow his focus was on only one person that was Sophia he didn't said anything just stalked inside the room and

He snatched her away from me and sank his teeth in her neck and whispered

Mine

What the hell is going on here!? All of us stood shocked

I have never seen something soo... Intense

His teeth were buried in her neck and she was whimpering but may no attempt to push him instead she was accepting it

Xander was the one who recovered first

He pushed Blake away from Sophia but to no avail infact Blake growled at Xander when he tried to stop Blake from whatever he was doing

"I say leave her at one's gamma!"

Xander said in his alpha tone even I flinched Xavier was on the surface it seems

"go go calm him down " Ruth whispered beside me galvanizing me into action

I went and laid my hand on his chest and he buried his nose in my hair and his muscles relaxed considerably

Sophia Fainted And Blake picked her up cooing softly to her and he took her to his room I think

"what was all that about? " I asked no one in particular

"he found his mate and his wolf had to mark her he and Sophia were destined long back just Sophia went away to complete her studies and those stubborn heads weren't ready to accept what the moon goddess had dictated finally their wolves took over, " elder Edward said

Woohoooo this wolf thing just keeps on getting better and better I thought cynically

The next day I was having breakfast with everyone when Blake and Sophia finally made an entrance they were positively glowing and Sophia had a tattoo-like thing on her neck with Blake written in fancy cursive. Xander growled looking at that and I tried to calm him but he had to "go out to check on something " my poor protective Alpha King

"so do you wanna go shopping? " I asked Sophia basically to distract her it seemed she'll die of embarrassment with the constant teasing at the breakfast table and the not-so-subtle heated looks from Blake

"yes! I would love to " she gave me the look saying you are a lifesaver and practically dragged me to the garage

We took Xanders ferrari and headed out its been almost 3 weeks after which I finally left the castle in a jeans and tshirt because I am sure people would think we are mad if we turned up in our gowns though today since I was angry I had rebelliously worn western to irk Xander

We stopped at a restaurant to eat food I ordered a burger and fries while Sophia ordered pasta

"thank you soo much for saving me from there I am sure I would have burst if I had gotten any more embarrassed, " Sophia said eating her pasta

"No problem dear but what happened between you'll? " I was genuinely curious and I want to know exactly what happened

Sophia turned pink and started fidgeting with her food

"you don't have to tell me you know I understand "

"actually it's just... Blake and I we knew each other since childhood and there was always this thing between us but we being stubborn tried to fight it off as Blake was a complete ass back then always flirting I wanted to reject him but I just... "she trailed off

"you just could not I understand, " I said putting my hand on hers

"so what happened yesterday then?"

"our wolves decided they had enough of our stupidity and Leo and April took things into their own hands that are our wolves by the way"

"I love the name April it's very sweet "

We talked about many things about mates about Xavier and Blake I told her how Xavier used to get jealous of Blake she laughed at each of them

We became fast friends and then we decided to go shopping I was trying on shorts when I heard a disgustingly familiar voice

"life is that you? " Alex was standing there with a bag in hand he was looking good in jeans and a shirt that I'll concede but nowhere near as mouthwatering as Xander just the thought of him brought a smile on my face

"life it's you? Isn't it? " he drawled again

I ignored him and carried on with my business I don't want to do anything with him anymore

"where have you been life I missed you soo much "he tried again

He came near me and caught my shoulders in a painful grip

"look at me when I talk to you Damn it! " his face was twisted in anger

"leave me alone Alex," I said coldly

But he just smirked

"so you can talk you know life how much you liked noo you love me, sweetplum"

"I don't and I never would and leave me alone alex"

He tightened his grip on my shoulder

"you are mine Life did you forget it? "

"I said leave me alone right now or I swear to god I'll scream! " I said trying to push him away but he wouldn't budge

"is there a problem?" Sophia materialized beside me and gave Alex a deadly stare

"leave us alone! " Alex threatened Sophia

"help! Help molester!" Sophia shouted at the top of her lungs

And in a minute people surrounded us

"fine! But this isn't Over life! " he threatened and backed away

I sagged into Sophia while she hugged me tightly

"you alright? " she asked gently

"I guess "

"let's go back " she lead me toward the entrance and we made our way back to the house

The moment we reached the house the door opened and a fuming Xander was standing at the doorway

He looked ready to murder

He took me in his arms and made me sit on his lap I think he was trying to calm down

His grip was strong and I couldn't stop the whimper that left my lips

"are you hurt? "

"No," I said too quickly trying to cover the bruise with my sleeves

But he just ripped the sleeves off and there he saw the dark purple bruise which was forming

"what happened life!? " he asked in a deceptively cold voice

"nothing "

"don't lie to me love tell me what happened, "he asked again with that same chilling voice

"nothing really"

"Sophia!" he shouted and Sophia appeared at the doorway immediately

"why are there bruises on life's arms? " he asked softly but no one could dare underestimate the anger behind it

Sophia visibly took a step back when she saw her brother's face

"we ran into some guy names alex"

Xander's whole body turned rigid

"Xander I really am fine I. " I said a little nervously

"enough! And no you aren't! "

With that, he stood up and went out

With the look on his face, it seemed to kill someone
