125 Volume 4 Episode 4: Smokescreen

Grigory started the car, rattled the selector into gear and accelerated hard. Lin slid onto the seat next to him. 

"What do you think will happen to the situation with Nubia?" Lin asked.

"You mean will it ever get resolved?" Grigory glanced back and forth as he focused on driving. "I don't know, but the government doesn't plan to attack anytime soon, from what I've heard. Although the sources on that aren't very reliable."

They came off the main route where it turned east, onto the small rural road, ready to cut the corner to enter the highway.

"But there's surely got to be something going on behind the scenes right?" Lin didn't believe that the Circassian government would declare war on a superpower like Nubia and just leave it at that. It wouldn't make any sense.
