Not This Talent

Hyson's jaw dropped and almost hit the floor when he saw Shui Xian coming back with Raelle. He rubbed his brows with his finger as he looked at the two of them coming together.

"Is it painful?" asked Xiang Wai to her in a small voice.

"What?"

"The slap!" she asked.

Hyson touched his cheek and felt like he was really slapped invisibly. He was just saying that it was difficult to bring Raelle to have dinner and here she was coming so easily with Shui Xian. Wasn't it like slapping his face? He didn't know about pain, but the slap was resounding for sure.

"You guys are here," he said the obvious. "That was fast."

Shui Xian gave him a look, "Didn't I say? It isn't difficult for me."
