Sarah; What brought you here so early in the morning?

Mom: Sweetheart, we need to talk.

* I opened the door wider and let them in*

Sarah; So early in the morning?

Dad; Yes, dear, we won't put it off anymore.

Sarah; Okay, I'll make some coffee then.

Mom; That's not necessary dear, we won't take much of your time, come and sit.

*They walked past me and headed to the couch where they both sat. She pats the empty space between them on the sofa.*

Sarah; Okay, what is so important that you guys came all the way here and so early in the morning?

Dad; Sarah, sweetie, we...we're…

Mom; We're moving. We're going to travel and spend some time, maybe a few years, not sure when or if we'll be back but it's something we have been thinking about for quite some time now. That's why we have been trying to get you married off. But we now see that you might want to do it on your own terms.

Sarah; So you're leaving?

Dad; Yes, honey we're not going to take forever we'll be back eventually!

Mom; You're old enough to take care of yourself so we won't worry but do hurry up and date someone. Are you going to wait until you're too old to have kids?

Dad; Damien, seems to like you a lot.

Two weeks

Yep it's that time of the year again. Yes, you have guessed it right. It's this beautiful virgins birthday today, happy 28 to me. No work, no shopping, no I have one too many outfits for this year plus mom bought me a dress and that's what I am going to wear because even though I told her not to, she still did anyway. As I finished getting ready I looked at myself in the mirror and boy was I fine looking . I received a text from Drake, asking me what is taking so long, I mean it's my birthday I am allowed to be late to my own birthday party.

I text him asking him, if it's his birthday or mine? Plus It's so early! Why are they rushing me, I don't get it? This nakedness makes me feel like I'm forever young, just this pin on dress and my heels and a pair of ear-rings am loving myself.

I went downstairs and grabbed my keys and left but the weirdest thing was that i kept feeling like i was being followed but when I looked in the rear view mirror there was no car or bikes behind me.

I slow down hoping to see if i was really being followed but still nothing, I pick up speed and shake off the feeling i was having. After I arrived at my parents house Drake was standing outside waiting for me as if he's my husband to be.

Sarah: Why are you here instead of inside?

Drake: Waiting for you, of course.

He was just staring and staring me, all the way down.

Sarah: Are you okay?

I wonder what he was looking at? I turned around face to face with a man dressed like some kind of delivery guy with a small box in his hand. He's looking at Drake and I'm staring him down like god damn but then i realize his face is all covered up.

Sarah: Who are you?

He didn't speak, he just handed me the box and left!

Sarah: Well, he's weird.

I look at the box, there's a note:

Weird, just then Damien walks up to me and hands me a box, I open it and it was a set of jewelry. A watch, a necklace, a pair of ear-rings, and a bracelet.

Damien: Don't you like it?

Sarah; No.. I mean yes, I love it.

If this isn't his gift to me, who is the diamond necklace from?

Lara: Sarah, long time still looking marvelous as ever. How are you doing?

Sarah; As you can see.

Lara: Yes I can.

Drake: Yet, you still don't have a man!

Sarah; Yeah, sometimes you don't need a man.

Amanda: I'll admit, you're looking very tasty tonight!.

Lin: But you don't like her, because she makes you feel insecure.

Sarah; I am never going down either of your lanes, so I would like it if she stopped thinking I would and Lin stopped making her feel insecure.

Lin: You're fine as hell and I would love to have a taste, just that you won't let me.

She wet her lips While looking at me and that's why Amanda keeps thinking we are getting down on it.

Mom: Hey sweetie, it fits perfectly.

Dad: I disagree, her body is out in the open.

Mom: She needs to find a man & men these days like seeing women dress like this, she looks beautiful.

Sarah; I agree with dad, mom but if i didn't wear it you'd have make a fuss. The way you wants me to dress people would think your my sister and not my mother.

The party goes on and some of my parents, friends show up and wishes me a happy birthday. Even the Samuel's show up except for Liam samuel's, I don't know why he had the same name as Liam Fallon but I think that's the reason I dated him in the first place, not because i love him or like him but because they share the same first name or maybe it was because i was missing the Fallon's Liam.

Mom; Sweetie, are you okay?

Sarah; Yeah, just a little worried.

I open the box and show her the diamond necklace.

Mom; Wow, who is it from?

Sarah; That's the problem mom, I don't know, the note wasn't signed. It's weird but the person said, he or she hopes I like it.

Mom; A secret admirer maybe?
