48 Heavenly Fire Sector

Everything is now in order. Perfect.

"Bluey, you're in charge of taking care of those people while I'm in the Academy. Split five percent of all our earnings and share it equally with the whole staff members each month."

The blue pheonix smiled as he mused, "I regret enrolling you into that stupid academy."

Setting off at five, (A: Not in the afternoon, mind you.) she managed to reach the location marked on her map by six in the morning.

"Oh yeah, 'It's close,' or so they say. Geez. It's literally two kilometers away." (A: With how unfit I am, nope. Not doing that.)

Hiking up the hill the academy was set upon, Xuanmei gazed upon the academy through the eyeholes of the mask, scoffing at how big it is.

"They literally accept any kind of talentless. Come on, what even did you expect." Ming popped out of Xuanmei's clothing, climbing onto her shoulder as he settled down on it.

Walking over to what seemed like the registration counter, (A: Sorry but I don't know what they're called :P) Xuanmei, (still wearing a mask,) just opened her mouth when she got interrupted by the lady behind the counter.

"Registration form?"

"Uh, no?"

"...No?"

"Nope."

The lady took something from a drawer behind her as she slammed it lightly on the table.

"Please fill in this sheet of paper. After you're done, grab your books and head east, walk straight for five minutes and turn north until you reach a hall. Then, wait behind the line there and queue to get in."

"As long as you've payed beforehand and written your name correctly, you should be fine."

"Thank you." Following the lady's directions, Xuanmei was about to leave, when the lady stopped her.

"No pets." She glanced at the cat at Xuanmei's shoulder as she pointed to it, having an eyebrow raised in expectation.

"It's my spiritual beast."

The lady looked visibly surprised.

"I guess you can bring it in."

"You're... Probably the only child with one, may I ask why you entered this school despite knowing it's reputation?"

Xuanmei shrugged, and moved on.

The lady sighed. Xuanmei was definitely going to be unable to find her way.

As expected, Xuanmei... Got lost.

Even though she followed the lady's instructions down to a T, she realised that she was, you guessed it, lost.

Of course, she obviously had no sense of direction.

"Hey, do you need help?" Turning around, Xuanmei saw a young boy, about her age, looking at her curiously. He looked friendly, and honestly quite charming. There was almost like a magnetic aura around him.

Having already kept Ming inside her Pagoda, the boy didn't really see anything 'strange'.

"Which sector are you joining?"

"Sector?"

"Yeah, you know? Which subject you want to study? Every sector is lead by a middle leveled professional."

"Every one of them?"

"Well, sort of... Other than one sector, the Heavenly fire sector, which is lead by a high leveled professional, one of the only ones who perfected the art of heavenly fire."
