22 He Has To Be Juicing, Right?

I swung with ferocity towards the commotion, soaring high and dropping low, feeling the wind flow through the new suit. I never realized how hot it was in the other one till just now. I mean, it was basically a mech suit, after all. I finally reached the site, landing on a nearby building to assess the situation. I looked down at the street below to see a giant man in a red helmet causing chaos. And when I say giant, I mean GIANT. He was easily 10 feet tall, and had biceps the size of my chest. He also had a really stupid looking bowl helmet, which kind of reduced his intimidation factor.

"Holy shit, did the Rhino have a bigger brother?" I whispered in shock.

I looked further and saw a group of people in yellow and blue suits fighting the red giant. One of them fired lasers at the villain, which seemed to barely do any damage. He punched the ground, causing tremors I could feel all the way up on top of the building.

"Holy hell. Where are the Avengers when you need 'em." I said, sighing as I watched Spider-woman swing into battle.

She punched him in the chest, causing him to barely flinch. My eyes went wide seeing that, because that girl could hit hard. Trust me, I know. 

She initiated close combat, hitting him with punch after punch, while dodging all of his attacks. None of her punches seemed to do any damage, but they did piss him off. He grabbed her by the leg and threw her down the road, causing my eye to twitch slightly.

I saw him then pick up a car and toss it at the blue and yellow group, all of them dodging except for one brunette that was looking at where Spider-woman was thrown. 

I sent two web lines to the ground on either side of her, and slingshotted myself towards her.

 I landed in front of her and grabbed the car out of the air before it could land on her, my knees slightly bending from the sudden weight, before I tossed the car to the left.

"That wasn't necessary, you know." I heard a familiar voice say behind me.

I turned around to see Laura in all her terrifying glory, my eyes wide with surprise.

"What? You got a problem?"

"No, uh. Nothing. A thank you wouldn't be terrible though"

"Go fuck yourself on a light pole."

"Alright, screw you." I replied, swinging towards the villain to get in on the action.

I landed a fast kick to his stomach, causing him to fall backwards onto one knee, before I jumped upwards using his knee as a stepping stool and landed an elbow drop to his shoulder.

I flipped backwards as I recovered from the pain in my elbow, only to see him completely unfazed, looking at me with a smug smile.

"So, who are you, steroid man, destroyer of gym equipment? Owner of the sweatiest of armpits in all the land" I quipped, causing him to growl in anger.

I sped towards him and jumped into another flying kick, but this time he was ready.

He tanked the kick, not moving an inch, glared at me as I fell in front of him, and punched me in the chest full force, sending me flying into a nearby bus.

I groaned as I lay in the wreckage of the bus, feeling something broken.

"Okay, maybe I shouldn't have pissed him off." I said, severely winded from all the air having been punched out of my lungs.

I very slowly stood up, groaning in pain throughout the painful process. 

I watched Spider-woman swing back in at punch the Rhino lookalike, before launching upwards and shooting webs at him.

I was confused at the reason behind her random webbing, but found my answer when I saw the webs begin to flash with electricity. She has fucking taser webs.

"Maybe I need to reconsider making web shooters. My organic webs can't do that."

"I AM THE JUGGERNAUT. YOUR CHILDISH TRICKS DO NOTHING TO ME" The newly-identified Juggernaut yelled as he tore off the taser webs, proving they indeed did nothing to him.

The rest of the boys in blue and yellow got to work, with one of them, not sure who, causing a car to lift itself into the air and get tossed at the Juggernaut, only for him to tear it in half as it reached him.

The one with the goggles, presumably Scott, fired more lasers at him, but once again, it did nothing.

I slowly emerged from the wreckage of the Bus, still feeling the pain as I clutched my chest and my roughly 25 broken ribs. Doctors may disagree with that analysis, but screw 'em.

I heard a battle-cry as I looked up to see Laura charge at the Juggernaut, with large metal claws coming out of her hands. 

She jumped at him, slashing at his chest, only for her blades to simply bounce off his skin.

He grabbed her by the leg, and I was about to jump in to help her, but the pain in my ribs flared up again, making me stop immediately.

I then watched him slam her onto a stop sign, causing it to impale her straight through the stomach.

What.

The.

Fuck.
