Assessment of the Huntsman

Enhanced strength:
Elijah can lift up to 2 tonnes when pushing himself to the limit, and can exert 1 tonne of force in regular combat due to increased muscle density, resulting in a relatively smaller, toned body with explosive power
Enhanced regeneration:
Elijah can heal from most minor injuries such as bruises, cuts and contusions within a day or two depending on the severity. Fractures, broken bones and other severe damage can heal within 4-7 days.
Enhanced Speed:
Elijah can sprint at a stable top speed of 25 km/h. However, when forced to push himself in dangerous combat situations, he has been observed pushing his top speed to a staggering 40 km/h.
Enhanced Stamina:
Elijah can jog non-stop for 3 hours and sprint at full speed for 45 mins. This is due to a mix of bodily enhancements as well as extreme conditioning.
Enhanced Reflexes:
Through a mix of both enhancements and conditioning, Elijah possesses an impressive reaction time 0.13 seconds, far lower than the average of 0.25. However, while his mind may be able to react in time, his body does not always follow suit. Further training may be able to change this.
Enhanced Durability:
Elijah has thicker skin than most, metaphorically and literally. His skin has been enhanced to increase his chances of survival. Normal blades wielded by an average soldier cannot harm him, however serrated blades can cut his flesh. While he is not immune to bullets, lower caliber rounds, such as those fired by handguns, can only pierce a few centimeters into his skin. Not lethal, but still painful. It is yet to be determined if this applies to shots to the head out of caution, but if he continues to make sarcastic comments towards the director, "that bitch will get a round through the skull", as the director so eloquently said.
Enhanced Intellect:
While he may not be on the level of Tony Stark or Reed Richards, Elijah boasts an impressive IQ of 173. As we do not know his IQ before his enhancements, it cannot truly be determined whether this is his innate intelligence or has been enhanced, but seeing how far removed his intelligence is from the general populace, it can be assumed to have been enhanced.
Proficiency in armed combat:
Elijah is a deadly opponent at any distance. He is extremely skilled with handguns, shotguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles and hunting rifles. His versatility makes him an extreme threat when in possession of a firearm. It is to be noted that the director himself has compared his accuracy to the likes of Bullseye, a renowned marksman. When in a gunfight on his terms, no matter the number of opponents, the odds of him losing are miniscule.
Proficiency in martial arts:
Elijah has been trained in many martial arts during his time at [REDACTED]. His prowess puts some of our best agents to shame without even factoring in his enhanced body. However, his chances of beating Agent [REDACTED] are still questionable. She is currently busy with a mission in [REDACTED], but promises to test his skills upon her return.
Proficiency in first aid:
Elijah rarely worked in a team at [REDACTED], and therefore had to learn first aid in order to treat any injuries he may accrue during his mission. According to him, this skill has been put to use more times than he'd like to admit.
Proficiency in Engineering:
Elijah is a genius in many ways, but none as much as in Engineering. He claims he has been creating and modifying his equipment himself from the age of 10, and refuses to use any equipment provided to him, claiming he can only trust his own ingenuity. This seems to not come from arrogance, but from caution due to a previous event. Upon leaving [REDACTED] and joining shield, he abandoned his old battlesuit, preferring to build a new one when he deems it necessary.

This thorough assessment is liable to change as more comes to light about Agent Cole, but for now, it is safe to say that he will be a big asset to SHIELD. However, in case he is to ever turn his back on us and attempt to return to [REDACTED], methods to dispose of him must be prepared.
