59 Chapter 59: Date

After their classes got over.

Law asked Gwen at what time should he pick her up?

"Sorry if it sounds rude but you have a CAR already?" Gwen asked since she knew he was almost broke so how could he get a car.

"You sure you are not doing any shady things like selling drugs? If you are then don't worry we can talk about it and come with a solution." Gwen asked while narrowing her eyes this time.

"Hahaha. No, i am not doing drugs. The company gifted me the car. Heck, i even met miss Emma Frost who liked me a lot and thus gifted me the car." Law said while laughing at Gwen who was thinking he was in a shady business. Technically, He was doing mercenary work but she does not need to know that.

"Oh sorry about that. You know right you are underage and are not allowed to drive? Besides, My father is a cop. He would not like me dating someone who breaks the laws." Gwen said with a chuckle.

"Dont worry, they gave me a driver too since they knew i am underage." Law said while thinking 'Oh well, Looks like Gambit is going to be our driver for today.'

"I am thinking of changing my interest from bio chemistry. Would they give me a job at Frost Internationals too?" Geen asked jokingly

"I heard that the company is going to expand to make new medtech and medicines in an year or two. Maybe you can get a job there then? I am sure with your talents, you would get hired easily." Law said

'I will have to make some medtech and find some new medicines in the coming years. What a drag! The things a man has to do to impress his girl and help her.' Law thought

"Cool. I will surely think about a job there in the future." Gwen said

Law smiled "Great! Alright now back to our schedule for today, I'll pick you up at 7?"

Gwen blushed at that "Sounds perfect, Law.

As soon as Law reached home, he called Gambit who was at Frost Internationals doing his job as the security head "Come back, You have to be my driver for today's date."

"But I thought you could drive boss." Gambit said confused

"Of course i can but turns out, my date cares about rules and underage driving is a crime." Law said

Gambit agreed to drive them to their date after hearing Law's reason. He was ready to do anything to get his boss laid.

At 7 p.m, Law arrived to pick up Gwen while Gambit was on the drivers seat. Gwen wore casual clothes for those who wanted to know about what she wore.

Though, Law thought even in that she was one of the most beautiful woman in the world.

Both went to watch a movie first. He decided on a romantic film rather than watching an action film.

He was thinking whether to hold her hands or not?

'Damn, I flirted with Clea in front of Dormammu in my death surgeon persona so easily. Now i am sweating bullets here.' Law complained in his mind.

In the end, He decided to just watch the movie without thinking about just things.

"Damn, this scene is so beautiful Law." Gwen whispered

Law whispered back "Not as beautiful as you."

Gwen blushed while saying "Thats so cringy."

"To be fair, its my first date." Law whispered again as they both chuckled.

Next they both went to a cafe to get dinner.

"You are a glutton Law!!" Gwen said seeing Law take another slice of a pizza

"I have learned from the best hahaha" Law replied back seeing Gwen eat another dessert.

Law smiled "Gwen, I'm really glad you agreed to go out with me."

Gwen smiled back "I am too, Law. I've been wanting to spend more time with you."

They share a meaningful gaze, their connection growing stronger.

Before they could say or 'do' anything.

The wall to their left crumbled as a hulking figure of a Rhino came into view who was kicked by a spider.

"Oops. Sorry guys for ruining your food." Spiderman appeared who had kicked rhino which resulted in the wall crumbling as Rhino crashed into it. His gaze lingering on Gwen and Law for a second.

'Fu*ck this is so cliché. It has to happen only when i have stopped using observation haki to focus on my date. Did Peter do it intentionally? Well who cares? Lets get rid of these two before they ruin my date. Though, i think it has already being ruined. I don't want Gwen focusing on spiderman like in movies.'

Law creates a ROOM as he shambled both Rhino and Spiderman kilometeres away from the place.

Everyone was surprised to see the two disappear as if they were not even there.

"Oh, Would you look at that, they disappered! I always wanted to meet spiderman. How unfortunate! Oh well,Let's get back to the food Gwen." Law said as he started eating the food again without a care in the world.

Though Gwen got suspicious seeing his poor acting.

'Something is wrong. Law is too carefree after seeing a monster and spiderman. He should be excited or scared or anxious.' Gwen thought

They both ate as they chatted but Gwen was still a litte suspicious. After that, Law dropped Gwen back to her home.

"Thanks for today Law. it was wonderful. I hope we can do it again on some other day." Gwen said blushing while kissing him on his cheeks

"Sure" Law said as he said goodnight

After she was gone, Gambit looked at Law and said with a smirk "Though she invited you to another date, You did not get laid yet. She did not even give you a french kiss. Looks like you have another 5-6 dates before you get laid."

Law just teleported Gambit inside a swimming pool 5 kilometers away for annoying him.
