24 Chapter 24: Death Surgeon Vs Hellfire club (1)

After their visit, Law made some special guns to deal with Sebastian Shaw using some of Kisuke's knowledge. He was internally laughing expecting what would Shaw's reaction will be after he used these guns on him

After a week, Law got a call from Charles to join them to raid Sebastian Shaw. He agreed as he reached the Division X facility of CIA to meet with them.

Law saw that there were two less members in their team so he asked what happened to them.

"Shaw attacked the facility while we weren't there. He killed Darwin and took Angel (Tempest) with him." Charles said with a mix of sad and an angry tone.

Law didn't know what to say so he just kept quiet.

"Hank where are you?" Charles shouted

"I am here." came a voice as a blue furry beast came towards them

Hank explained how he took something which he thought was a cure to get rid of his mutation but it messed him up further. Then they took the jet towards Shaw location which Charles found with Cerebro.

"So where is he?" Erik asked Charles

"I don't know I can't find him." Charles said while trying to find them

"Oh, they are under the sea. I will take them to the island there and play with them for a little while. See y'all there." Law said as he used observation haki to search for them.

He created a ROOM and 'Shambles' both himself and the submarine underneath the water to the nearby island.

Azazel, Angel (Tempest) and Riptide came out of the submarine. There was no sign of Sebastian Shaw.

"Well, well, well. Looks like the hellfire club decided to throw a little party. But you forgot to invite the guest of honor: yours truly, Death Surgeon."

Azazel said "We didn't invite you, We don't even know you. Stop interfering in our plans or you will suffer for it"

Law did not seem bothered by it.

"Interference? Nah, I'm more like the life of the party! So, what's the occasion? Trying to take over the world, or just bored? Where is your boss by the way? It's rude to keep his guests waiting. Let's bring him here too shall we?"

As Law said that he 'shambles' Shaw who was busy absorbing energy from a nuclear reactor.

Shaw was surprised to see the scenery change.

"Azazel did you just teleport me?" He asked thinking that it was Azazel who teleported him out of the submarine.

"No boss it was not me but this weirdly dressed guy." Azazel said pointing at Law

Shaw looked at law who waved his fan at him as if to greet him.

"Who might you be?" Shaw asked

"Y'all can call me 'the death Surgeon'. I came here to attend the party you got here. Here is my card. Hey have you heard this joke..." Law said as he threw his card to them.

Azazel looked angry "You won't be making jokes when we're through with you."

"Oh, I've heard that one before. Usually, it's followed by my quick wit and sharp blade slicing and dicing the bad guys. But hey, let's get this party started!"

Angel flies towards Law, aiming to strike him with her enhanced strength. Law quickly sidesteps, causing her to crash into a nearby tree.

"Nice try, Angel! But you'll need more than a few feathers to tickle the death Surgeon." Law taunted her.

Riptide unleashes a barrage of spinning tornadoes towards Law who swiftly maneuvered through them, slicing and dicing the winds with Benihime which was out of her sheathe.

"Hey, Riptide! You call that a storm? I've seen more action in a toaster bath!" This time Law taunted Riptide.

Now you all might be wondering why Law was making so many jokes or taunts during a fight.

This was not Trafalgar Law's or Kisuke's personality affecting him and making him chatty and may be annoying to others.

This was his own side that even he didn't know until a few days back. It was fair that he didn't know about it since he stayed on an hospital room most of his last life. So he didn't get to explore himself more.

But he was finally set free and given a second chance at life where he can be himself.

And he is taking full advantage of this new life. Anyways back to the fight.

Azazel teleports behind him, attempting a surprise attack. Law sensed him with observation haki and spins around, countering with a lightning-fast kick.

"Azazel, buddy! I've always wanted to try out this dance move. It's called 'Headless Swing'!" Law said as he swung his blade

Azazel dodges his attack by teleporting.

'Hado # 4 White Lightning (Byakurai)'

Law pointed his finger at Azazel and fired some lightning bolts at him.

Azazel teleported himself near Shaw and then used Shaw as a human shield.

Sebastian Shaw stepped forward, absorbing the lightning attacks with his absorption ability.

"You can't defeat me, whoever you are. Your attacks only make me stronger!"

"You're absorbing my hits? That's just rude! Time to bring out the big guns!" Law seemed relaxed by the new development as he had prepared something special for Shaw.

He pulled out a pair of pistols and started firing at Shaw. The bullets ricocheted harmlessly off Shaw's body.

"See not even bullets will work on me." Shaw said confidently

Law just smirked under his mask and said "Oops, I forgot to mention. These aren't regular bullets. They're filled with something special—my secret recipe of mutant-nacho-cheese!"

The bullets exploded showering Shaw with a sticky, cheesy mess.

Shaw was momentarily stunned as he tried to wipe off the cheese from his face. Law seized this opportunity to strike.
