The next few months passed. Ashborn made significant breakthrough in his divinities. He can now use all his divinities perfectly. Though his shadow realm is still locked. His fragment of light is still only partially awakened.

He grew wings like Ashborn in his ruler form. Yet he only gained ruler's touch instead of ruler's authority. But it is enough for now. Odin gave Ashborn the sword that his mother Bel used. It's called lunar edge and it's very sharp enough to cut through even god king level powerhouses, it's made from the fanf of niddhog and uru for bel as a gift from Odin during her wedding.

He also got the axe and spear of his father mor. The spear is named Nova and the axe is called warmonger. They're also made from uru metal. In addition ashborn also took other weapons like the bow, dagger, and others.

Although they're not as powerful as his parents weapons but still can be pretty useful in war. As the system stated the invasion of midgard by the two races started. Asgardian forces are sent to suppress them.

Ashborn asked Odin to send him to the war while Odin looked at him and asked why. Ashborn told his purpose to grow stronger and remove the limiters in his growth along with the purpose of massacre.

Hearing the method that hela and him knows, odin sighed. But he didn't stop ashborn, anyway the dead bodies are all burned or left there why don't he kill them and bath in the blood of 10000 giants to gain power.

Odin let him go to suppress the rebellion when Thor and loki also asked for permission to go, he only nodded. If they learn by the trick of ashborn he won't object. Anyway he believed Thor won't be able to notice Ashborn's actions. His doubt is with loki.

Ashborn greeted Heimdall who said," your highness, I received orders from the king. As you can see with the same senses as me the invasion is going on. I need to quickly send you but where the other two prince. I need to send your three".

Ashborn looked at heimdall and shrugged. Anyway helimdall threw his words at him for what he did. Thor and loki arrived leisurely while Heimdall sent them to midgard. Asgardians, frost titans and fire giants are clashing with each other.

As soon as ashborn descended he didn't wait for Thor or loki to talk. He jumped into the enemy forces and started using his father's axe to kill the frost titans. He rampages on the battlefield.

Unleashing his wings he flew at speed that is almost can't be perceived by normal eyes. Unsheathing the sword he began slaying all his enemies. Most of them tried to retreat but failed miserably when ashborn flew towards the portal and started masscarring them.

The ground is covered with blood from frost giants and fire giants. Like hela said ashborn bathed in blood of them he made sure not to spare even a single giant. Seeing his figure covered in blood even asgardians gulped.

Thor and loki saw their younger brother surpassing them and seeing his figure covered in blood they looked at ashborn with wide eyes. Putting his weapons away ashborn saw the rewards.

For eight hours he killed every single giant and now looking at the reward, ashborn sighed. He indeed gained two more divinities. Fire and winter, it looks like he needs to do more traning now.

Although fire and winter can't catch upto death and other of his divinities, they're still in par with top level divinities. He can probably froze an entire city if he wants now. If he can grow more in power then maybe a freezing a country with all his power won't be a problem.

Stretching his hands, he stepped into the descended bifrost and appeared in Asgard. Looking at his figure covered in blood even Heimdall frowned. Odin and Frigga looked him and Odin felt the two bloodlines faintly in him.

Sighing he dismissed them all while ashborn goes to his room and took a bath before going to eating something and slept for that day. He is going to need more training from hela it seems.
