Jets flew above the man while he enjoyed their dance. 

"Stop them!" 

My yell confused the rest but I knew that those jets were marching to their deaths.

"What do you—" 

Kitty words stopped abruptly as the jets exploded.

"Run!"

*Swoosh!*

The ice dome protected us from the rubble, but S.H.I.E.L.D would be ruining our plans if they continued in this way.

'Professor?' He tried to ask Xavier.

'I am contacting Fury to slow down.'

'Alright.'

"Scott, we need to hurry." 

The more time we waste the worse our situation gets.

Kurt readied himself to teleport near the man and Jean was prepared to enforce him.

"Ready… Go!"

Taking advantage of the jets distracting the man, Kurt teleported near him while Jean enclosed Kurt in a layer of psychic energy. 

But the man wasn't as blindsided as we expected.

He turned his head ever so slightly towards Kurt to give him a mocking smile. 

"Shit…" Kitty cursed.

"Not so fast." I had no intention of letting him win. 

As he was about to attack Kurt, I decided to step in.

*Swish*

A pillar of ice shot at the man when he tried to punch Kurt and by the time he noticed the pillar, I had created another one.

*Boom!*

The pillar crashed on him and threw him towards the ground. 

"Kitty!"

"On it!"

*Squash*

Kitty dragged him to the ground and Storm cleared every weaponizable item within the area and James was helping the civilians by hacking a pathway for them.

Rogue rushed at the masked man and instantly removed her gloves. But as she went near him, her hands started shaking.

"What are you waiting for?!" Scott yelled. 

What was sh— Ah, the memory trauma!

I froze the entire area around us, making it difficult for him to escape.

"Can you do it, Rogue?" I asked which made her look at me.

Gulping thickly, she nodded. "Y-Yes."

She placed her hand over the clown's head and the man's body started spasming in pain. 

"I-It's working!" Jean exclaimed. 

But that's where we were wrong…

*AaHhhHhhHhh!*

Rogue's screech of terror echoed through the emptied streets which made the X-Men widen their eyes in worry.

"That was not too smart, little one." 

"W-What is happening?" Kitty asked terrified while Jean tried to calm her down using her powers.

She tried absorbing my life force but instead got affected by the dark void aspect that I possess. 

How tragic…

"Anyways, it's pretty uncomfortable in here." 

They did manage to trap me within the concrete… with my permission obviously. But now it was pretty uncomfortable.

Using my psionic powers, I broke free and floated above them, again.

*Agghh* 

"You monster!" Storm yelled as a massive lightning cloud formed over my head. 

Rogue was still in pain but I had to take out Storm. Currently, she's the biggest threat.

However, stopping her was pretty easy.

As she shot a bolt of lightning at me, the lightning changed its track and was reflected at her, much to her surprise.

"W-wha—" 

I didn't let her finish as a punch to the gut threw her at a nearby building, with the lightning bolt following behind.

*Boom!*

The building exploded causing the broken shards to fall over her. 

"Ororo!" 

"Oh, you should worry about yourself." 

Not letting Kitty escape, I shocked her by tweaking with the bioelectricity inside her body.

Her body jolted and her eyes rolled over… and within seconds— she fell on the ground.

"Next…"

Scott was furious at me and as such, he unleashed his energy beam.

How adorable…

"That's dangerous, Kid!" I said while dodging the energy beam. But he wasn't listening and tried to aim the beam towards me. 

"Well, then… Don't blame me for this."

*Swuush*

I used my psionic ability to bend the ray and reflect it towards him. 

Bobby tried to help Scott but the speed of the laser was faster than any human could react. 

*Boom!*

"*Aggh!*"

The beam connected and he was thrown multiple feet away from me, and if not for his special armour… He would have been toast.

"You!" 

Rogue was still spasming in pain and with Storm, Kitty and Scott knocked out cold, there were only a few members left. 

Jean was furious and was about to rush at me but she was stopped by Bobby.

"Jean don't!" He looked at James. "Do not let Jean near him."

James was apparently under the orders of Charles to protect Jean at any cost as well.

Bobby continued. "Jean, cover me."

As he said that, he rushed at me. He froze the ground below him to increase the sliding velocity. The temperature around me was going down which indirectly affected my speed by freezing my muscles and nerves.

Increasing his own speed while decreasing mine…

Smart.

"Oho ho… that's a nice trick." I laughed. "But unfortunately, it won't be enough."

*Boom!*

Combusting the atoms around me, I created a shockwave that sent him flying. The heat from the fire melted the ice.

"Ahh" 

Robert Drake… You are stronger than I expected. He managed to survive the shockwave without taking much damage. 

But, it was time. 

"You were a good sport, Iceman. But it's goodbye."

I used my psychic powers to knock him out.

Now, the only person left was…

Marvel Girl.

Fury was furious at the failure of his agents and the X-Men. The Jester had taken every single one of them out in mere moments. 

But everything wasn't lost. 

There was hope. 

"I am disappointed, Fury. You had the best agents under you. Yet you failed." 

Fury lowered his head in embarrassment. "Forgive my incompetence, Mr. Magnus. But the opponent is clearly an Omega level."

"So?" This time it was another boy that interjected. "You have mutants under you. Yet you didn't dispatch them. May I know why?"

It was true. He had mutants working under him and he was planning to dispatch them. But he first wanted to test the enemy's strength and thus he sent the jets. 

However… before he could send the mutants, Magnus made his visit… with his little brother. 

"But don't worry about it." Markus showed a feral grin. "I will handle this issue… personally."

Fury didn't like the idea and even Magnus seemed a little uncomfortable agreeing to the idea.

"Are you sure?" Magnus asked.

"Yep. Been itching for some action lately." His grin grew wider. "And looking at him… I guess I can let loose."

Magnus sighed while Fury stood there unable to say no. 

"Do I—"

"Nope. Just sit back… and enjoy the show."

Markus didn't wait and jumped from the aircraft.

"Do you think it will be fine?" Fury asked. "Shouldn't you… interfere, sir?"

Magnus laughed. "Oh, Fury. Don't worry about it… There is no one that can deal with the Jester better than Markus."
