At least the agents that follow me don't annoy me, they just observe and stand prepared should there be a need to shoot me. 'Ten'/'Ken' will stop the bullets but it's still gonna hurt.

"Sigh what do you want Sky?" I say before I turn around to see Sky coming, she was surprised i knew it was her

"How did you know it was me?"

"Trade~ secret~" I want to piss her off, i get the urge to annoy the hell out of these guys, i wonder why

"Director Coulson would like to speak to you in his office" she grumbles

I raise a brow to that. Interesting, wonder what they are planning.

"What does Coulson want?" He is above stupid power plays like this, at least I hope he is, these things are supposed to be subtle, like waiting 30 min just to enter since the boss is 'busy' stuff like that. If he tries it on me I'm walking straight in there, I don't have the time to waste on him.

After a few minutes, we arrive in front of Coulson's office "Wait here fo..." Nope, I just walk inside and sit on a comfy-looking couch nearby.

The people in the room, namely Coulson, May, Sky, Fitz and some 'mob agents' are offended, how cute.

Yep, I'm challenging Coulson's power play, he probably planned to let me wait for a few minutes then make me stand in front of him like his agents, let's see how it goes.

"What do you want Coulson?" i say in a lazy tone

"First of all that was very rude. Sec.." I interrupt Coulson

"Thank you, but planning to make me wait is very rude as well so we are even. Now you were saying?" I just smile at him

"I think its time you gave us actually important intel on Hydra what you call high tier information"

"Are you prepared to pay the price" here it comes

"Price? Ward we have given you everything you asked, now we are asking to show some good faith to us, you said you have changed, prove it to us"

Wow the bullshit that's coming out of his mouth, it sounds so fake, they definitely have something planned for me if I decline.

"You want me to give you the information for free?

I would be lying if I said I didn't see this coming. I kept getting everything I asked for while keeping the good stuff, they must have seen that this won't end well for them. They know I had the upper hand on these negotiations from the start, and still went along with it, which was just buying time until they figure out how to force the information from me.

I smirk "Alright.." they smile " but as a sign of good faith from you to me, how about you free me" and they just went stone cold. This is kinda fun.

"Then I'm afraid I can't give you that information then" I act disappointed

Now we have established that he is bullshiting and I know it, since he can't keep me here legally, brainwashed since my teenage year's excuse, the court will be forced to pardon me.

I think I can see a hidden smirk, oh this is priceless the Director of Shield, the one that swore to protect the people, will send a somewhat innocent man to get tortured.

"Ahh, so it's Christian. Oh how the mighty have fallen, you stooped so low to work with someone like him. I'm sure you checked the things I told you about him, yet you're still willing to work with him. I totally get it, I have information you need, he is a senator, but there is a limit to hypocrisy Coulson, it will come to bite you in the ass someday and I mean that for all of you, after all your all accomplices in this." Fitz and Sky pale a little

"Take him back to Vault D" orders Coulson and the grunts push me towards the vault

I take one last look at them and smirk. Oh, these poor fools have no idea what they have done. I pity them honestly.
