Furthermore, Mark added many accessories to Baymax, such as armor for combat mode, various tools for assistant mode, and a portable charging box with an ark reactor for hibernation mode. Along with various functional chips, Baymax was transforming from a personal health assistant into a versatile research assistant.

Most importantly, Mark upgraded Baymax's AI system. The original Baymax functioned as a weak AI, capable of completing pre-programmed tasks in its chips and had some analysis capabilities, but it did not reach the level of JARVIS.

This time, Mark upgraded the system core, which could be called Baymax's soul. It greatly enhanced Baymax's analytical and judgment abilities, at least reaching the level of strong AI. The crucial addition was the latest development by Mark himself, the emotion-sensing engine.

The emotion-sensing engine added by Mark was not a simple micro-expression recognition or psychological analysis. Its inclusion allowed Baymax to learn and genuinely experience various human emotions.

With the ability to perceive joy, anger, grief, fear, and more by interacting with people around it, Baymax might eventually obtain genuine emotions. First, removing the battery pack would free up more space for Mark's design. Based on his experience discussing Mark II with Tony, Mark examined the initial design draft and made continuous deletions and modifications. However, one problem continued to bother him: the design of the transformation mechanism.

After incorporating various systems such as the power system, weapon system, and balance stabilization system, there was no longer any space in the vehicle body to accommodate the transformation mechanism.
