Ground Work

He spent a good fifteen minutes crying, and the first thing he felt was great.

He had never cried like that before, not as who he was before, which was also named Tony, or the Tony he lived as now.

Not that he just held back from crying, just in his life he never really needed to cry like that, things were hard, but it was my physical and mental exhaustion than it was emotional.

With his now renewed mind, he began to walk around the workshop, going through pieces of research and only pulling the information he would need the most at the time for the project he wanted to start first.

The very first project he would begin working on was J.A.R.V.I.S., the age of technology was slowly coming, and he wanted to have something as useful as Jarvis right away so that from day one he would have not only the most useful assistance, but the groundwork to also make other A.I's that focused on multiple aspects of his career.

In his previous life, he was a computer engineer, knowing everything he needed to know to not only make the servers needed to run Jarvis but also using his enhanced memory and greatly increased intelligence he could use everything at his disposal to pull the information in and act on it.

If he's lucky? He'll have a basic version of Jarvis up within the next two to three months. Even if it was just a basic level that would allow him to personally upload his knowledge, to lay the foundation for how smart he would need Jarvis in the future.

He wouldn't upload or write his memories down, he knew certain plot points and events that turned the tide of the movies, but he would do as the original Tony planned to. Plan for everything, anything, and everything that can happen in a universe related to Marvel.

Once he could get Jarvis up, and have it so Jarvis could work on projects without Tony's interference, he would start to practice to make his body stronger, while also slowly diving into the field of Biochemistry, not only to make him a better 'Him', but to make it so he knew how to work his body to achieve the best results.

Further down that road, he would also have ways to give people an abundance of regeneration and what else they would need to do that. It could save a lot of lives.

As he was writing everything down that he needed to do the alarm next to him go off, he simply reached over and shut it off, and not moments later did the doors to the workshop open.

''You know Tony... I'd mistake you for your Father if I hadn't sadly watched them lower him into the grave.''

Tony's mind worked, already making a plan to deal with the man who spoke. He wasn't sure if Stane was already doing his illegal acts or what, but it wouldn't be hard to find out, not for someone like Tony, maybe not the greatest detective, not yet at least.

Tony set down his pencil and turned to look at Stane, his arms crossing as he leaned back against the table.

''I'd give a lot for him to be back here, but I know that is impossible. How are you Stane?''

Stane shifted, his eyes watching Tony like a hawk before he seemed to shift, lowering into a seat and leaning back into it he released a heavy breath.

''Tired Tony... I had no idea how much your Father put into this company, and I'm finding out the hard way... I miss him, but I'll need to move on... What are you working on?''

"Dad was working on something before he died, some sort of energy source could provide clean power to whole cities at a time, I'm just seeing if I can't gather all his notes, and possible at least finish his last project.''

Tony looked down to his left, onto the table, pushing a few notes around, technically he already 'knew' how to finish the project. Since he knew about the scene in the movie, but now that he had the mind to back it up, he knew all the small details about it, the things he would need to build it just weren't available to him... Not yet at least.

''I heard about it, he spoke about it during our last dinner... Well, I'll leave you to it, Tony, let me know if you need anything."

Stane stood from his chair, the two of them sharing a look before Stane finally nodded as he turned to leave.

Tony watched as the man exited, waiting a few minutes before he turned back to his work.

Thankfully his father was paranoid to a point, and especially skilled so he wouldn't need to worry about anything spying on him, that is why he chose this workshop out of all of them. It came with memories, but it was also the best when it came to safety for his project.

Tony would still check and make sure he wasn't being watched since he did know how surveillance worked because of his computer engineering experience and the many fields surrounding it.

As he continued to pull everything together, he also began to use his phone to call people, using connections to find certain things he needed, as well as gain information about the city, he needed to find the best place he could learn more.

With his mind as it was now, it would not take him long to be able to learn a large base of subjects, that would only be further enhanced as he continued studying, and helping Jarvis learn as he was being built.

With all these projects, and the work that needed to be done. That is how he spent the majority of the next few months.
